Great store with huge variety of home decor, organizational items, home goods, etc. Many sales/clearance all the time in all areas. Every sales associate I walked into on the floor was friendly & quickly asked me if I needed help, one even walked me to a clearance area for a specific item. Next day I did a curbside pickup, associate was friendly and fast to bring trashcan to car parked at front of store. Email wasn’t the clearest on how to pickup curbside order and nothing in app cued me either what to do, only downside to pickup.

Be aware of overall cheap quality!! I bought $40 decor pillows only for them to rip pretty bad not even 4 weeks to having them.. I brought them back and the manager said I couldn’t return them.. I think the worst part was them basically waiting on me to leave and not even offering me a coupon, just the loss of my $40. Will not be shopping anything from here as it’s clearly low quality, nor would I recommend to anyone!

Warehouse full of anything & everything interior/exterior design. There’s something for absolutely everyone here. A good place to frequent, as they mark down product(s) for the next upcoming season(s).

Expansive and inexpensive store with a great selection on in home and outdoor decor. I recommend checking it out for yourself. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Lots and lots of stuff! It's Christmas time, so lots of decorations for indoors and out. Alas, there was no gravy ladle to be found, and that's what I was looking for. Really big store. Plan to spend some time there if you want to see it all.

I personally love this place. Literally everything you would need for a home it in this store. I will say during season changing or after big sales. You cannot walk down the aisles. It is a wreck. To play devil's advocate it's the customers doing to a point. But you can't even walk down aisles. They need organized in a bad way. You can't even take a cart down them. If it was more organized I would give it a 5 star. Some days it is perfect. But other days it is obvious it's almost a hazard.

Your store manager, Jeff, is stellar. I had a weird situation with a comforter set towards the end of the 60 "return/exchange" window and Jeff didn't hesitate for a second to fix it for us. The wife loves spending money in this store, it's awesome there are workers/managers like Jeff that keep everything running smooth and make customers happy. If I didn't say it loud enough when you helped me, Thank you Jeff!

Good looking store with tons of merchandise. This is a good place to find home furnishings for your home, dorm room, apartment or lake house. Lots of good deals and their prices are good too.

Absolutely love this place. Unlike Hobby lobby where things are spread out and you have to go out looking for different stuff, At Home has it grouped together in color and easy to find and the prices are much better also.

I went there specifically to get cushions for outdoor chairs. I wanted the ones that were on-sale (75% off). It was difficult to find which ones were on sale because they were not clearly marked. It would be a lot more "customer-friendly" for the sale cushions to be separated from the regularly priced cushions. If not separated, then the product should be easily identified. When I finally understood how to determine which cushions were included at the 75% off sale, I couldn't find enough for six chairs that were the same or in coordinated colors. It was not a good experience.

The At home store is a really nice store to go to. They have just any decor in all colors and all everything you would need to decorate or set up your living environment, from kitchen, bedroom. Bathroom, living room etc...

Just had a very frustrating interaction at this store. I purchased items using my rewards points and now when I want to return them they will not refund me for the full purchase amount. It won't refund my reward credits and they won't refund the cash. They only will refund a tiny portion of I purchase that I actually spent cash on. Instead of just overriding the price and giving me a refund for the two items I was trying to return with a receipt within the return deadline, they refuse to and gave me an email to complain to. There's no phone number to call. Every time I try to use my reward points here I run into some issue. No one ever notified me that there's a policy I can't have my reward points refunded after I purchase something and in fact on my receipt it said I could have hassle-free receipt list returns. The manager they brought to speak with me was not at all accommodating and did not try to help. I will be emailing and hopefully finding some help with my issue and I will be looking for a different credit card to use for rewards because this is the last straw for me. Every time I try to use the rewards the workers don't know how to use the reward points and they try to tell me I can only use one reward point certificate for transaction even though that's not true. I've previously returned things I've purchased with reward points and I was refunded the full amount. I'm not sure why today was so different all of a sudden.Also, for anyone else in need of customer service at at home store, you can quickly Google in 3 seconds and find the customer service number. My husband did it in the parking lot. I'm not sure why that was impossible for the manager to do while I was in the store.I noticed the response from the business suggesting I contact customer service for assistance with my issue. Believe I called an emailed repeatedly and no one in customer service did anything to help me. So I guess don't buy anything with your rewards points unless you are 100% certain you won't want to return your items.

Not a good store for allergies, but they have so many awesome things for the home and garden that it is almost worth it. Love the painting and wall art section - it is huge! We never miss the seasonal, either. If you venture far enough, they have a great collection of baskets, organizational items, and everything for your kitchen.

Filthy, disorganized and the staff is unhelpful. Where is a GM who cares about the store it the employees? A good GM & regional could inspire staff to care. Love this store but someone needs to fix this place or it will be gone.
