The more and more I go in the more I see fewer and fewer things… literally in every isle there’s empty sides. I don’t see how a business can go so long without stocking anything. One time I went in and they were giving out brown paper lunch bags because they ran out of regular bags. They had 3 ladies working but only one was at a cash register while the other 2 walked around doing Knickknack stuff…. Don’t see a future for this dollar tree🙄👎🏽

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the new Assistant Manager working 7-10-23. She was so kind and super helpful. I dropped a star off because this store is never properly stocked. Please give this store more staffing hours to properly stock the store and then you might get better sales.

Love this store but a couple of the older "ladies" employees are rude. Couple of times i thought "wow, must really be a bad day for her/them" next time same thing! Every single time i see these two ladies they are very rude and they barely acknowledge the customers. Just weird. Made me feel really uncomfortable.

This place would be good place to put a store. Shelves were empty. Store a mess. The only good and thing about this place and the reason I'm giving it 2stars, the cashier was awesome, polite, friendly, courteous. I didn't get her name but she said today was her first day.

Some of their staff is really sweet and some are Very rude. It's a toss up from day to day how you'll be treated in this place and good luck finding what you need in this store. They are poorly stocked ALL the time with huge bare spots on their shelves. Corporate really needs to step in when it comes to this store.

good place to go to save alot of money. the store is usually always clean. the employees have all been very friendly as far as i have seen. great place to go for seasonal and gifting items such as bags cards etc.

Love shopping at Dollar Tree, I can ALWAYS find something to buy. I only wish our store was bigger with more selection. I am not a fan of most of the employees they have in our location, most of them are rude and pay more attention to their conversation with the other employees than they do to the customer who is making their job possible. I have checked out their site, but don't like that you have to order most stuff in bulk. I don't really need an entire case of [whatever].

I am a frequent customer to the Dollar Tree in Sikeston. I enjoy most of the employees, they are friendly always helpful and patient. The store manager Dorothy on more than one occasion has suprised me when Ishe berated customers. She is always very rude and disrespectful

I was excited to go to the sikeston DT because I know it's a larger store and the larger stores usually have more of a variety.That was definitely not the case at this store. If I was the manager I would be embarrassed! It literally looks like the store is going out of business and they're trying to sell what few items remain. I have no idea if it's a stocking issue or an ordering issue, but it's clear that there is a MAJOR issue!The ONE cashier they had was very pleasant and doing all she could do. The wait in line was about 25 minutes with one other employee opening a line to check out 4 people and then she had to go check in an order that came in.It's obvious they need more help, better management, SOMETHING!

Usually always find what we need, if not they usually have it a day or two later. Only thing I would have to complain about is when they are super busy and there's a very long line, all the customers are complaining because of how long the line is with only one checker, and some of the time the other workers are standing near by, see the long line and do nothing to help. I could understand if they have register difficulties, but there's like 4 checkouts. Just don't understand how their team works. Other than that service is good

Cheap quality products at a fair price.Great place to purchase sunglasses if you're like me, I lose mine about twice a month so it's in my best interest to spend as little as possible on a decent pair of shades! Lol

The store is awful!! Needs new management in the worst way. The shelves are bare and the store in general is really nasty. Went in the other night and employees standing around talking and one person checking.
