Was in Missouri for fishing and had a peek at the hams in the cooler at this location to see if they had Fricks hams which they did. Fricks hams are from Missouri farms and they made it up to the Chicago market area for Easter this year. Our family had one and they are delicious. If you see one, snag it and you will not be disappointed!

Don't come here to get tires if you have anything to do for the day. Simple 45 min to a hour job takes them 2+ hrs just for appointments. They seem to get walk ins in very quick and out fast. So maybe don't do appointments.When you ask them about why, they look at you like there brain left the chat. Let's not mention they have 5 guys working and 4 are just sweeping as my car sit on lift waiting to be finished.

I've used the grocery pickup service multiple times and had no issues but tonight really aggravated me. I had other errands to run so I ended up being in the parking spots before I got an email stating my order was ready. So I immediately checked in when I got the email. And then I waited for 40 minutes for my groceries. While I waited, I saw 5 or 6 people pull up after me and get their groceries before me. One guy was even parked in the spot next to me and then drove up a few spots and rechecked in and got his stuff first. I don't mind having to wait. I understand this is a service and they might be shorthanded. My issue is with how they determine who's orders to bring out when. They SHOULD go in the order people checked in but that clearly didn't happen.

Do not give their optometry department your hard earned money, get your glasses or glasses for a loved one elsewhere. First pair of glasses I got here had the coating on them which came off the lenses cleaning them with cool water. I got a second pair which aren’t even a year old without the coating and one lense is cracking in two spots. I’m 56 and have been wearing glasses since I was 12. I know how to take care of them and don’t drop them either. Get your glasses elsewhere folks!!!

The place is clean and check out is usually smooth, but I have never been to this location and left with everything I came for. It's all-too-common that half the shelves at this location are bare. For the largest Wal-Mart in several nearby towns, this one seems to be the most inconvenient concerning available goods.

Lots of self check stations keep checking out quick even when the store is busy. Vision Center staff is very friendly and helpful in picking out frames. Large selection of seasonal lawn and garden supplies.

Just about one of the worst companies I’ve experienced. Management is awful always their way and they will call your ideas stupid they rarely make an effort to do anything to help out and will throw you under the bus the chance they get to do so. It doesn’t stop there either as corporate is no better they will never do anything for their employees and give them bare minimum to make it by and their love for costumers is equally concerning they talk badly about a lot of people and they target specific demographics so essentially once you walk through that door you’re a target… they only care about sales no new or neat innovations in the store ever happen its the same thing every year except when they do remodels because that’s such a high priority… they try to optimize everything in a way where they make the most sales which is pretty stupid…it’s no wonder why the turnover rate for this company is so high as a lot of the time they threaten your job over you saying things like “well you could do this or you could lose your job up to you” for a place that is supposedly prioritizing everyone’s happiness and customer service you can tell that its ideals are the farthest from that. There are a couple managers and I say that lightly only like 2 or 3 are good people if a manager has to ask an employee “how do I be more human” that is not a good sign red flags all around. The potential for a good company is there but with ownership shifting to be much greedier and careless promotions of people who can’t feel empathy and sympathy they’ve made one of the most toxic and unbearable environments.

I had a pil change done here today and unlike the other locations I've been to they actually changed my filter. They are alot better then the branson west location. I highly recommend coming here.

About standard for Walmart. They do a great job keeping the shelves stocked. I also got my oil changed and my AC serviced while I was here and they did a great job. They even went out of their way to get the only oil I use in my truck (motorcraft). The AC service is only $10 and totally worth it.

Well they just profiled me as a theif and had me tresspassed when i have never stolen a thing in my life. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and how you treat your customers. Rudest manager, short about 5'5"with shoulder length blonde hair black nose ring at the time a pink shirt and jeans. I had to answer a call for work and you chose violence for no reason. How dare you profile me like that i have a clean background with nothing on it but you didn't bother to believe a word that was being said.

It's not a total complete toilet/cesspool, but like most other Walmarts there's always a bunch of workers standing around doing absolutely jack and texting on their phones.

Used to when you walked in to a Walmart you were greeted by the greeter. They advertised this on commercials for years. Ibwalk in today about 445pm and I see someone wearing Walmart apparel standing where the greeter would be texting on their phone. When I left I went out the way I came in and sure enough, same person still texting on their phone. What kind of business are ya'll running? Seems like a waste of money to pay someone to play on their phone. Or am I being too hurtful with my comments for today's snowflake society?

Walmart is not even what it used to be. No bigger bags one size only for the product you buy. The prices are becoming outrageous. It used to be a place where you could go on a budget. Not anymore less service and more expensive.

Always helpful with questions, at self checkout very helpful and friendly and great with purchase returns as well. I Would like to add that the cart worker went out of their way to personally load my heavy dog food. Thanks! Never had a problem here.

I'm not from here. I'm from tulsa. We checked into our hotel, and went to Walmart to get a few things. I was followed by some hateful little bumpkin that didn't have a cart. He was obviously loss prevention. I was never asked if i needed help. He apparently thinks his job grants him rights to harass customers.I'm 41 years old. Walmart is not what it used to be. They used to make sure you were satisfied. You would be asked if you needed help, constantly. Today, it is full of weirdos who express a psychopathic desire to make you recognize why they work for pennies.Anyways, im sorry, but Walmart has bottomed out.

Doesn’t seem to have a lot of items that it used to. Not many of my choices in bigger sizes for women although if you look around 2,3,4x is the majority of shoppers but they carry so much bigger selection of clothes in juniors than women. The blue bunny or other brand of white/chocolate combo in the gallon containers they no longer carry. You cannot get through most of the aisles because of workers shopping for grocery pickup. It is hard to find employees to help you and some workers are so unkept that they look like people off the streets. I don’t like grocery shopping in stores where mangy looking pets are around food items. Not service dogs, they need to be there for their owners but now days people get the service dog vests and papers off the net. I am highly allergic to animals so I am not a happy camper when I have to shop there. I think due to fleas etc not all animals should be allowed. Can’t seem to find lots of items you need or want anymore. Wish Rolla had lots of options to shop especially clothing etc. It is so hard to find workers to help you. I was in there yesterday and asked them to page someone to help me find an item I was looking for. Two workers paged for someone to come help me. I was hunting for the item for someone else so I didn’t want to leave without it. Two different times a worker passed me and I asked them if they could get me someone as no one ever showed up. The one worker saw me still standing there and asked if anyone came I said no, he said he’d page someone again. 30 minutes later he came back by and I was still standing there. He said seriously no one came? I said no they are probably all doing other peoples shopping and I am leaving and I will find it at another Walmart but I won’t come here anymore unless I just have to!

Be alot better if I wasn't stereotyped and followed around and watched like I was stealing everytime I went there can't stand that and not too long ago they was working with the cops I guess because there was a cop down every aisle and as soon as this guy walked into the store here got speered by the police then when they got him in cuffs and stood up they face planted him into the ground and to my knowledge this guy did nothing wrong he literally just walked in shady if u ask me makes me not wanna shop there in that kind of atmosphere sketchy sketchy sketchy

I absolutely LOVE my Rolla, Missouri Walmart. Always well stocked. Friendly and very helpful staff in all departments of the store. Clean, cheerful environment and atmosphere. I am also a Walmart associate , but I am a truck driver for Walmart, so I deliver to dozens and dozens of different walmart stores, so you can trust my judgment when I say that our ROLLA, MO walmart is one of the best!

One of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to, plus it must have been open cough day because I witnessed an employee and shoppers coughing openly as if it's against the law to cover your mouth. Needless to say, I wasn't there long.

If Walmart can’t operate grocery pickup efficiently then just discontinue it. Having cars idle in your parking lot for over an hour is an embarrassing show of mismanagement for this service. Good in theory but obviously not working. Your employees are always amazing, easy to work with, and working hard. You should probably allocate more resources to grocery pickup or drop the program.

Usually I don't have good experiences and Walmart automotive department but on this day which was a Sunday I had a blowout on my trailer and needed a tire and no one was open except for Walmart. The poor guy was working by himself as two of his co-workers did not show up and he couldn't really do any work and leave the counter until someone else was there. Well, long story short, he was very helpful and got me the right stuff and on my way in less than 20 minutes. Wow! Now if only the other departments inside of Walmart would get their stuff together then we would have a winner. Shopping at Walmart is always a gamble on the experience. It's never the same and everytime I go it's always a different drama. What's with Walmart sicking the old folks in the Blue jackets on people to look at their receipts as they're leaving? If anyone could explain that one to me I would appreciate it. One day I was leaving and I had my earbuds in and was on a phone call and an old lady followed me all the way to the very end of the parking lot which I'm sure was more than she's ever walked at one time in her life as it was almost two tenths of a mile to the end of the parking lot., But she was not going to give up! She was going to see that receipt to make sure I bought what I was leaving with. That really pisses me off that they would put those old folks under that kind of pressure. One day one of those old folks are going to ask someone in a bad mood and end up getting hurt and that's sad.

Overall this particular Walmart is okay if you don't need to spend a lot of time or extra money in this store. Some high demand items are cheaper in Walmart's surrounding Rolla. * See example at end.Whenever I go in there's a sense of disorganization as some everyday items are difficult to locate. The people working electronics are okay. They ask if you need assistance or will take the time to explain something. One of the biggest things that is upsetting is around 9 to 10:00 p.m. when they start bringing out the stuff to restock the shelves. Some of these totally block the aisle from being able to push your cart through. Also, such as the main entrance you've got all those displays that go all the way to the back which those are not the problem but they park the stock between each one of them all the way to the back so if you want to go from grocery to another part of the store you have to go from one end to the other. There are more times than not that it seems like they are being bothered as I look for something that I want that's almost blocked and there is no offer to help get it or move whatever stock they have in front of it. I can ask and then I'll get help, but the worker should be mindful of the shoppers.About the higher prices... I drink diet Dr pepper and right now it's $11.98 in Rolla surrounding Walmart's are usually one to $2 cheaper.
