I just want to say Grace in automotive is seriously the best!! She helped me with my tires but she went above an beyond to help me not only find a size in stock, but to save me money is everything!! She is beyond kind just sitting here watching her with all her customers she made sure the kid's had something to color an make them comfortable is beautiful!! Grace you are a kind soul an I can't wait to see you again girl!!

Well stocked Walmart. My only complaint would be to open more registers to accommodate customers who don’t want to use the self checkout. I have a cane for walking so it’s hard to check out and no matter what Walmart I go to the only register really open is the alcohol and cigarettes line and that takes for freaking ever.

It’s Walmart! It’s a pretty consistent location compared to other stores. I wish they had a larger selection with some things, but for the most part I can locate whatever I’m needing in any department. The curbside pickup has also been a huge game-changer for me due to a neurodevelopmental disability I have, that makes it almost intolerable to be in a public space like that for very long. The curbside attendants are always super friendly and fast!

We had to make a quick stop by Walmart to get a few things and the first thing I noticed is that they changed the shampoo and conditioner aisle to the point of where it took 5 to 10 minutes to find the products that I was needing. Otherwise I was able to find everything else that I needed and proceeded to check out and did that and went on my merry way.

There aren't a lot of workers, but there are things in different items, and then where it is spose to be and when we go up to check out it's a lot of more money then want it is serpost to be

The Wal-Mart in my town Independence, Mo is nasty so i drive 30 miles to this store. it's always clean the staff is nice and they have items that my store doesn't carry. The older man that cleans the store should get a raise. I never see him stand around. he always stays busy and is very friendly.

Update below & removed 2 **Clean, organized & with friendly employees... Much better than my nearest Walmart!On my way in, I did notice that only 1 or 2 of the traditional check out lanes were open, while there was a line for the self checkout.But by the time I was leaving the lines were gone.I may start using this Walmart instead of the location that's 15 miles closer to my home!§§§§UPDATE 8/2023 §§§§§The deli section was the most disgusting, filthy and disorganized collection of food I've ever seen. The viewing window was nearly opaque with grease, gravy & small pieces of food. Yuck! (One worker did come to ask what I wanted, I said nothing, and he walked away. His personal hygiene left a lot to be desired so maybe he's in charge of the deli?!?I had ordered some cheap school supplies online and came there only to pick them up but decided to go in for a look around. No regular checkout available only self checkout lanes.

Not bad for a small town Walmart. They're always out of stock for several things on my list but usually have another brand available or an acceptable substitute. Bakery/deli is always good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was at the walmart in Richmond. I like it when it's not to busy. Also they had a lot more workers helping check people out and not those stupid self serve checkers. I liked that. Thankyou!

Put my order in by 10am pick it up between 3 and 4 most everyone is great I opt to take my own bags so it takes a little longer because I put stuff in the diferent kind of bag they are kind and patience

As far as in store shopping and online shopping even it's usually great at this store. I have no complaints. My complaint is I would like to understand why no one answers the phone?! I would've called the pharmacy, they always answer, but it was after pharmacy hours. Why is it that no one will answer the phone?!

Just like any other Walmart you get what you get this certain Walmart though at least people associates were working they were very nice friendly and even showed us places that we didn't know where products were they didn't complain about it nothing I recommend best Walmart over many other walmarts

The deli never has anything prepared they are slacking. Everytime I come here at dinner time there is no fried chicken no rotisserie chicken and it's always 20-30 min wait because they have none cooking, it's so dumb.

I drove an Hour & a half from Blue Springs due to this Walmart being the only one that had my tire size. Let me just say the drive was well worth it! They got me right in, had all 4 tires on & had me out the door in a matter of an Hour or less!!! Thank you to the hard working Men & Women back in automotive!

It walmart. Not enough cashiers, they also don't seem to know when peak hours are to open up more lines, so you are forced to wait at self checkout in a long line. Also, make the tobacco alcohol line a ten items or less. Ridiculous its all I want, but I have to wait behind two full carts of people not getting those items, but it's the only line open with an actual person. Also the staff at that checkout is usually undertrained and cannot do the lottery or even underage and can't sell the things they only sell at that line. Poor management, but forced to go because they have what I need. Also annoying employees part up front, taking up the best spots for 8 hours a day.

Never buy batteries or tires from Walmart, they give you the run around and don’t stand behind their product despite having a warranty. Told me it would take over 1 hour to test a battery if it’s good or not. That’s absurd.

Get more checkers! It's a holiday weekend, people need checked out quickly! Quit making people check out themselves. Those crazy carts that workers push around the store doing shopping for others, watch around you, for the ones in the store shopping for themselves! Move the cart aside, quit being so inconsiderate. You are worse than the people in the store!

The store is clean and uncluttered . Staff is friendly. Food prices are lower than the surrounding stores when buying a weeks worth of food at a time. Definitely need a store like #Winco to open out this way for much lower food cost.
