I thought it was bad enough when my daughter ordered groceries for delivery and the first driver was on the way, cancelled the pick up and took it back to the store, and then the second driver got to the complex, cancelled the pick up and took off with the groceries. So my daughter had to go get the stuff herself. But this tops it! I paid for a vacuum that the app said was in stock and I selected to pick up in-store. An hour and a half later I got a message that it was unavailable, and the only options it gave me was to get it shipped or cancel the order. So I chose to have it shipped. My daughter was just in this same store and sent me a photo of not 1 but 2 of this vacuum on the shelf. How is it unavailable when it’s clearly there. That’s flat out laziness that they can’t get one simple job right. We already check ourselves out and then get questioned about it. This store has just gone downhill!

I am quiting walmart. Every week I have a problem with my pick up order or shipment. I can not get a lot of items unless I have them shipped. I get double orders and damaged items. Who mails a graham craker crust and in a plastic mail bag? Way to much stress. They are NOT amazon. I am not renewing our company Sam's card either. Produce is always less than good. I can't even get the soda I like. This is supposed to be a grocery store. I also have found the great value brand is starting to sneak up higher than some of the name brands. This place is not about the customers but how can we make more money.

Always a pleasure! Walking into the walmart store's! This one is the closest one for my convenience! They know when I've been hurt 💔 by all the brace s I'm wearing! I can look like I've been in a train wreck. Without ever seeing a train or being near one. Mercy me!... therefore they quickly come to ask if they can help me. Bless them beyond measure!

I made an appointment for a 3pm oil change and tire service. After a bungle of back and forth regarding road hazard and the crew not being able to create a proper work order to check me out, I sat there for three hours. Worst experience with an auto center yet. I'm also still not sure what I was charged for. There was only one employee who was apologetic, I wish I would have gotten his name but he was a one of the mechanics (clean cut auburn haired man). After this experience I'm going to spend my money elsewhere.

Picked up a prescription from Walmart Republic and was once again struck by how friendly and helpful all the staff is there! They're always cheerful and on the lookout to help us save money if at all possible. That is so appreciated!

Not crowded like Springfield. Employees are nice. Just have to watch out for the employees pulling orders, they sometimes about run over you.

Today I purchased 2 tops and mouthwash. I scanned and put the mouthwash in the bag, took hanger off top and put hanger in the bag... It alerted the system to where I needed a checker to come and check my order because it would not ring up my top...?.. So the system alerted them thinking that I stole something.. It was the hanger that I put in the bag.. After she corrected the system and I rang everything else up I glanced over and 2 employees were standing at the end of my cart glaring at me as though if I were some kind of criminal... I felt so Low and Iwill go out of my way to shop elsewhere!! I don't think you should treat people like that!!There was no reason for 2 employees to be standing over my shoulder giving me a dirty look. Bring back the checkers and we would have a better shopping experience!!

I love shopping but me and two sisters were shopping and one of my sisters dislocated her knee a week back and she was using A electric scooter because of it hurting to walk and one of the workers came up to her and told her to go put it back. and followed us out until we put it back

No service. Scan, bag, and load your own stuff and get frisked at the door. Why do Walmart employees get paid to run a register, but I don't while performing the same task when shopping?

The most biodiverse Walmart I’ve ever been in!The grey tree frogs were a treat to see. Although I would suggest a noise policy and anti wheel devices to keep the frogs extra safe.Or, since a Walmart is no place for a tree frog, maybe this location can restore its grounds to provide them a better habitat outside. Certainly the concrete ditch on the north side of the site could be naturalized like South Creek in Springfield.I hope Walmart collaborates with the city and other local businesses to put in rain gardens, native plants and natural features on their property. Because frogs like this live around here. But with the way the landscape has been changed, they’re lucky to survive the parking lot.

Very disappointed! The shelves are barren most of the time and it is getting worse. I always have to shop at another store to complete my weekly shopping because of this. I have complained to the mgr several times but always the same excuse, that Corp does the ordering and they have no control! HEY CORP, GIVE YOU MGRS CONTROL OVER THEIR INVENTORY! YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS!

My orders are constantly delayed to where I have to reschedule for the next day; which is a huge inconvenience. I only have this problem at the Republic Walmart. Very frustrating!

It was an in and out trip which those kinds are my favorite. The cashier on the other hand was incredibly cranky other than that all was great and we enjoyed the free Wi-Fi very much

New self check out scanners and the employee treated me like a thief. For pushing my sleeve up in front of the camera. After she watched the video 3 times and realized I did nothing. She just walked away.

It shouldn't take take 45 minutes to get your online order. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but the workers bringing out the order was working their butts off. I very seldom use that store, and I'm always disappointed every time. I guess I choose convenience over quality when I choose to use that store.
