I would NEVER take my dogs anywhere else! I went to Vanity Paws when she was in Springfield and without hesitation, followed her to Republic! I live on the east side of Springfield and driving to Republic was not even a question. Buck, my bassett, is happy to go there! She is personable to humans and is attentive to the dogs and knows them personally.

Our Great Pyrenees/Poodle mix girl is very large and very nervous. We are on our third grooming now from Vanity Paws and each time Mia has come home looking and feeling so great, I think she is even starting to get used to her grooming now! Would not go anywhere else. Communication from the owner is excellent also.

My husband just sent our Pyredoodle to be groomed today. I was really impressed. Her new haircut is sooo cute, just the way I love!! I can't be more satisfied with it!!! We didn't have much good experience with the grooming stores we went to before. I guess those stores had too many dogs in line and didn't have enough time or something, they either shaved my dog without beforehand notice, or got soapy water into her ear during the bath which gave my dog ear infection afterward! We definitely feel a change this time. Our pyredoodle girl came home so calm and happy, really clean, fluffy, and a cute haircut just the way I like. It definitely made my day! We will definitely be a repeating client. Oh, and the price is great too!! I will recommend it to all my friends!!

The summer cut she gave my golden retriever mix was so appreciated! My dog really seemed happy when I picked her up. I loved that I didn’t have to leave her all day the way they do at some places. Excellent experience!

Took my 12 week old rottweiler puppy in who'd only had one bath prior at home, she took the time to listen to me as I explained this at drop off and how we wanted everyone to have a good experience. I was so happy when I picked up my pups and they took the time to tell me that everything went well, (they were done quick, I live 15 mins away and barely made it home for lunch and they were calling me to pickup.Seriously impressed with you guys, will continue to bring all 3 of my fur babies to you guys.

Our dog's nails needed cut, so we dropped him off and came back in an hour and he had been bathed and his nails trimmed back. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. The young lady was very pleasant to deal with.

Recently took my Australian Shepherd to be groomed and she did a FANTASTIC job. We have been to many groomers and he has always come back with a bad cut and they take HOURS to finish him. He came back with the perfect trim, smelling amazing, and was clearly loved on and happy to be there. We will forever be bringing him here and have been recommending Vanity Pawz to everyone we know.

DO NOT USE!!!Made an appointment through text Tuesday Feb 22 with phone number indicated through voicemail. The lady responded she had an opening Friday Feb 25th @ 11:30. Her last words were “I’ll see you then”. I drive from North of town to the grooming salon, when I show up no one was there or answered phone. Never responded to text about missed appointment. With the absence of communication and professionalism, I am disappointed with this company. My dog and I are very disappointed with the way things went down!!

They greet you with a warm WELCOMING first off, My fur baby was very happy when I picked him up and me personally That means everything!! They also got us right in with them!!
