Alisha was very helpful and friendly during our time there! Even when it took forever to transfer stuff over, she never made it seem like we were bothering her or wasting her time.*updated review on 1/5/24*Although that day she was very helpful we were told that we should qualify for trade in values of up to $800 per phone we traded in. She told us it could take a month or so before our account would show the trade in. Here we are almost 9 months later and still paying on devices that should have been covered with the trade in of our old phones. I've contacted Verizon themselves and they say that they have received our old phones so I'm unsure of why we are still paying on our new phones when they have our old ones. The ones we traded in were still in great condition with no damage.

I recently opened a business account through this location. With 20+ years in business and perfect credit, this was probably one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made. I was lied to by Alicia throughout the entire long and miserable process. The final pricing was much higher than I was promised, and I never received the bill credits that I was promised. An absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end.

I came in on the 27th at 6 Alisha was with another customer until about 6:30. She then moved on to me. She was very patient kind and is extremely knowledgeable in her job. My jet pack wasn’t working. She got that fixed and informed me of some offers on my account for my phones. She changed my plans and saved me some money and made room for me to be able to upgrade both of my phones.I had intentions on switching carriers but after working with her I’ll be a customer for life. She even waited until after I got back from getting my husbands phone which was after close to stay and make sure I was taken care of. This company is very lucky to have her as an employee.
