My mother inlaw took my dogs in for exams and heartworm medicine and the vet was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. To the point of getting in her face and my father inlaws face screaming and hyperventilating fro. Getting so worked up just because they told him he cant examine our second dog. The buisness doesnt even have muzzles they just use shoe string and tie dogs mouth shut. He also insists not letting anyone into the exam room during the exam which seeing the way he acts could indicate he could be abusing animals without the owners there. Completely immoral business with a scummy vet. Also he called the cops on my inlaws when they asked for their money back after not doing full exams.

I have always had a great experience here, we bring all our animals, they always get us in fast and they care about and remember all our pets, they have neutered 3 of my pets, they take care of all flea treatments, and yesterday our cat was sick with almost 104 temp and they got us in, hydrated him, gave him some medicine and he was back to his old self a few hours later. I couldn’t be more thankful for our local home town Veterinary and his incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable assistant.

It was a weekday morning emergency that our dog had after having pups, went into hypocalcemia and this office knew exactly what to do without all the expensive labs and got her back up and running healthy. Affordable and amazing care.

Needed to get my young female cat spayed. Was able to get her in within a week, dropped her off the morning of her appt, and picked her up the morning after. I live in Liberty, so it’s not too much of a haul. Joe was amazing. Personable and easy to talk to. Definitely will be coming back for any other services I may need in the future for my animals.

We told the vet what works for our dogs. 2 have terrible allergies. He refused to do what has been proven to work for 5 years. They both got very ill from lack of quality treatment. What a waste of money. We now drive all 4 dogs from Polo to Independence to their old vet because he listens and gets results.

It was a bad experience. The Vet acted like he was on drugs. His speech was not normal and his actions were crazy. He charged me $100 dollars to spay my cat. Unfortunately I hadn't asked him prior to the surgery what it would cost as I had no idea he would cheat me like that. I found out later i could have gone to other vets and paid no more than $25 at the most. I definitely do not recommend this man!

U know u have found the perfect vet when they know and love ur dogs about as much as u do when. They become like family to u when u have to put ur beloved pet to sleep and say goodbye they cry right along with u tomi is an allsolute angel they always work with me on every aspect to insure my pets have the care they deserve thank u tomi and thanks to the doc for taking such good. Care of my phylan he's gone but not forgotten love u guys

Called for an emergency for our dog. He said "Well i would have been a responsible pet owner and not let it happen in the first place" then said he wanted our name and number to bill because it was after hours on a Friday night. Then hung up. Doesn't deserve the one star.

Took my dog on to get neutered and rear dewclaws removed on 4/7 he had stitches in both legs Where the dewclaws were removed where the dewclaws were removed they started falling out that same day I am now at another vet getting them fixed because they did a terrible job
