First time been here. Walmart always have lots of selection with competitive price compare to other grocery stores. The store was clean and well organized. They had what I needed. It was well stocked with lots of items. I was in and out in very little time. No waiting in line to check out.

Aggravating. At least four different associates purposely stepped in front of me with their carts holding me up. The customers show more politeness than the workers . Then, on the way out of the store, an associate with his nose buried in his phone walked into the store, at an angle, through the exit doors, again holding me up. No sorry, no excuse me. Walmart associates on the floor are rapidly becoming the rudest workers of all the different chains. Workers climbing on their little ladders, and as Murphys law would have it, usually right in front of what you need. The associates up front at the self checkout were friendly and helpful.

The workers often are rude. At times they are nice. They make fun of customers behind their back. They gossip a lot about residents and spread rumors about and make fun of non Catholics or others regardless. They are not very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. What do you expect at a discount store?The store is mostly clean 4 and a half stars one of the cleaner Wal-Mart's.Grocery store gets 4 stars because they often drop or can no longer get the hot sellers.The prices there have gone up more then others so that is 1 star. Could be poor USA GDP and national debt.They claim theft at this store is up. Don't know if it is customers,workers, or poor record keeping.Has a lot of complaints about not enough checker's but store claims they cannot find enough to hire.

This is the best kept , cleanest,nicest walmart i have ever seen and been to .. see pictures and this is the business time of the day shopping time..(store packed) very nice considering every other Walmart is a little messy.. thanks again !!

Place was full of family reunions in the isles. Plus, it's 1 pm, and the isles that didn't have piles of people having meetings, the aisle was full of employees restocking, and they didn't look happy.

Really enjoyed the customer service there very easy to return items and have the option to get cash back instead of going on a gift card or whatever the service Carson request unlike the sikeston Missouri Walmart

Usually have everything I need. The only reason for the lower review is something most people probably don't think about or probably care too much about. For years I dread going in during any season where the American flag is prominent in celebration. The reason is a complete disrespect for our flag by the products they sell. I have seen paper plates, shirts, table cloths, and the worst- napkins and door mats. I love the flag and I hate to see things sold that encourages defilement of it. I have brought it to management's attention before, but I guess they are good sellers so it will never stick.

Not a fan of self checkout but with only one staffed register open, we didn’t have a choice. Overall the store was clean, the aisles uncluttered and shelves stocked.

So thankful this Walmart store allows overnight RV parking. The store personnel were very friendly plus we were able to pickup some last minute items before we continued our journey.

Be careful when ordering online for a pick-up at the store. If you create an order from a different device from before, fraud prevention will cancel your order and your funds won't be released for 5 to 10 days. It is best to call fraud department if you want to order again instead of trying to set up another online order because i had 2 canceled orders totaling to $364 which i still can't access this money, now 6 days. I had fraud prevention/ customer service help me set up my 3rd order which cost $153. $170 was held again but the actual amount spent cleared my bank on the day after i picked up the order.I would have spent more money at Walmart this weekend but all of my money was unavailable due to canceled order not releasing held funds within 24 hours. Walmart administrative Department, your store is losing money because of this policy!!!:(

Found everything I was looking for and the shelves seem to be pretty stocked! Can't believe they actually had the speakers that I needed for my truck and the young man that helped me went out of his way to make sure that I was helped

Traveling with our Airstream. The manager said it was no problem to park overnight. Shopping was great as the shelves were stocked. Restroom was clean. Store was clean and one of the nicer Walmarts we have stopped at.

It’s quite the adventure coming here,you will never know what you will see! Someone who just got out of bed with there pajamas on or maybe even someone who thinks there a cat! I love this place! The one thing I don’t like is it is very crowded and busy so I suggest you come at 10:30 pm because there is no one there at this time.Keep up the good work!!!

My cashier was welcoming and very attractive. Very eager to help me in any way! Let's just say, the check out process laster longer than the customer assistance, for it wasn't needed long to fulfill the service needed.... It's me.... I was my cashier.... Talk about full service, with a smile!

If I could I would give WalMart no stars. We did our grocery shopping and came out and found a cart hit our vehicle. We did a claim and WalMart will not pay to fix our vehicle even though it’s their cart to damage our vehicle. We will no longer be shopping any of their store’s. We will give our business to the little local grocery stores. WalMart claims service is nothing but a bunch of liars and good for nothing but getting out of paying for anything.

It was a nice experience. The employees I did interact with were helpful and friendly. At this time I have to online shop for groceries. I've been going to the Festus store and their so discombobulated at Festus. Every 2 weeks, since i got injured in October, without fail I have 2 call for refunds because they rang up stuff I never received/ordered. Festus NEVER does substitutions even when I've given specific substitutions. I can never get more than 1 loaf of bread, 1 gallon of milk, always out of my preferred cat litter which is crazy because it is made by Walmart. I just moved so last week I used Perryville and what a difference. The young man came to my window, showed what they were out of and asked if I wanted him to go back in and get replacement items! Talk about courtesy and great customer service. I thought that was so kind and helpful. An extreme rarity these days.

We prefer this store over Cape or Jackson! Always good customer service and people are friendly. Employees help without making you feel like they had better things to do. We plan on shopping here more regularly even though it's 20 minutes from home.

I need to brag on this young man -- his name was Dustin and Tuesday Dec 13 he was the checkout guy for lane 16!! He was polite and definitely new how to bag groceries-- infact I believe he could teach alot of the cashiers how to do this!!

Love it when I get to shop here at the Perryville Walmart.. employees are so polite and helpful, the best store in this area.. thank you to all the employees that makes this store great.. some of the surrounding area stores might need to spend some time with management and employee's at this location.. Way to go Perryville Walmart🎉🎉
