This place takes forever to load. That wasn't the bad part. When I arrived, it was late at night, and the place was very dark, so I could not see where the check-in office was because they had no signs. I was approached by their night yard dog in a very rude way, and I'm not sure who told that old man it was ok to put his stupid flashlight to people's face. Only to tell me I was blocking his very busy alley when I was parked to the side, and there was literally no one else behind me. The dude on the pictures is the yard dog. The only good approach I had there was the nice gentleman who brought my paperwork out to me.

It is only unpleasant if you don't know....Know therefore this: you will have a full sleeper break coming here. So, come here at the end of your day/clock. Knowing this, it makes it actually super nice.Appointment time is a suggestion. Again, if you do your due diligence and know this. You will come at the end of your clock.It is possible to unhook and go to town. There is the gas station, bar, restaurant and ample truck parking. And it's maybe 3-5 miles down the road back to 55.Ignore and disregard and maintain idgf attitude to the night yard dog. You will not have a positive interaction with him. Hence, the night shift and the yard Dog position.That's it. Come in the day time if you want, but you were told. Plan right.

Office is not hard to find, even I got here at 6:00am ( it’s winter), friendly people, I left before 10:00 am.

This place is the worse place you could go, I've never spent over 10 hours waiting no where, if you coming here be aware that waiting time is no less than 10 hours people are smoking and sitting in lounge and they always excuse they low on personal only 3 people loading 40plus trucks, the planner is really suck, pick up at 4pm they ended up loaded me next day around 10am worse experience ever imade the mistake coming here twice I learned the hard way, don't even trust load pick up coz trailer never ready its so sad that a big facility like that don't care about profesionalism and business that below zero....

No star for this stupid company. One star I gave it's very unfortunate they don't deserve any star at all because they give me appointments 8 am and I arrived 7 am still waiting to be loaded until 4pm all the people working in the office and warehouse there are Crack heads. When you look at them, very old people look like alliances. That why I don't even want to talk to them or go out of my truck. I never come again, and please avoid this senior citizen company who can even walk straight 🤢🤢👽👽👻👻😈😈👅👅

The old guy in shipping rude, unprofessional, cussing. All because I ask what's the wait time for being loaded. Had not the light turned red I would have left. This company on my list of not coming back no matter what it pays.

a terrible experience, like a factory that requires you to pick up a shift can take so long to load a truck, they play the time and money of the drivers if you come here you will know that they will take all the time to load you from 4 to 6 hours 🤦🤦 😡😡

Stay away from this company, driver checked in for his appt time, got a dock. 14 hrs go by and they still havent started to load. "oh we are short staffed" was their explanation. After 24 hrs he got loaded. "If you want it done faster come load it yourself" responce from their foreman!

Worst experience here. They have 20-25 forklift empty no drivers. Only 7-8 people in the whole warehouse. Truckers are waiting more than 24hrs however, they still lack some pallets to be loaded. Never ever pick load from here again. I would have given -5 star if there is any option for that.

15 hours 52 minutes that's my waiting time to get loaded. If you got here be prepared to spend at least 10h parked on the door. If you're asking questions they have answers. After 11h of wait went to the office asking how long will take and they said: "if you want, we can unload your trailer and you can leave"...

Always read the reviews before accepting the load. This place sucks! Been here 19 hours and counting. Got a door as soon as I arrived. Only 3 trucks have left since I have arrived at 12noon 7-19-2022, it is 7am 7-20-2022 no end in sight they havnt even started loading us. Should have known there was a problem here at $4.75 per mile

One of the worst place for pickups, they take forever to load u, Minimum 4-6 hours. I came here 3 times and all the times were 4 hours minimum. You can come anytime during day or night it’s always same 4+ hours. Very slow guys.

Took 4 hours to load me. But I was the first to come after Labor Day. I just didn't like that the candy machine took my quarter, and I couldn't get reimbursed. Don't use their candy machine.

Slow slow extra slow..Plenty of overnight parking though.Open 24h, open appointment ( even though they said load will be ready at 8am, backed at the door at 10:30am, its 3:30 pm, still getting loaded, just told me- I’ll will not be done before midnight )This place is by far one of the worst to get your pick up

Tons of space for parking and overnight sleeping, and you're going to need it. Arrived at 17:00 for a drop and hook scheduled at 18:00. Got out at 11:00 the next day. Staff were friendly and honest about the delay, which is something I appreciate. It's not the fault of the staff and workers, it's management and owners that should take the blame for the farce.

Does take a while to get loaded, but hey thats all the grocery store joints, big plus they have overnight parking and are friendly here. Rule of thumb, treat people with respect and they will respect you. Will most definitely accept another load outta here.

Very rude personnel at check in on 7/9 @ 12:53pm. Driver was stuck since 7/8 (over 24 hours waiting for a load). Upon arrival was rudely told Load wouldn’t be ready for another 48 hrs. Everyone encountered was moody and far from helpful.

This is a very good place to sleep. Because they take more than eight hours to load. Don't set an alarm to see if there is a green light. He's still a red light when you wake up naturally

Worst place ever I have seen. Checked in at 8,:30am for 10:00am pickup appointment. It's 4:00pm now still not loaded. There are few more drivers been sitting here since last 24 hours. Please avoid this place

Appointment time 10pm checked in 2pm give me dock next morning 2am load ready picked up ready to leave them same person came to me said 10 pallets still in side the warehouse back into dock again finally leaves this place 5am next morning

This place is a joke... I don't know what ppl do here, but definitely not working!! Truck was on site since noon, now it is 8:21pm, and truck is still not loaded. After calling them multiple times, all I hear is different excuses. All of the reviews are right about this location!
