We were not sure if we wanted to get new carpet or have it cleaned. Craig helped us make the best choice for us and ultimately had our carpets stretched and cleaned. Craig was very responsive and thorough in the estimate and explaining what the services included. They did fast, quality work that paid off when we sold our house. I have 27 rental units and many times when tenants move out they say they shampooed the carpet with a rented machine. It always feels hard afterwards and never gets out pet or smoke odors, usually smells like wet dog because it soaked in the smell!.Almost every time I will call C&C to come out and clean it again using their professional pet odor cleaning agents and water extractors. I can’t stress enough how many times they have saved me from spending at least $2500 in buying new! They aren’t a fly by night $99 volume franchise type company with barely trained techs, I call and get the same staff every time, they know me and my properties. I don’t even have to meet them anymore, I call and give them the location, they handle it from there. No stress and clean properties for the next person makes my life easier!! I don’t see them as a typical contractor, but a true partner in helping me manage my company more effectively.I also use them for installing luxury vinyl planks and new carpet as well, they bring the samples right to me so no store visits either….did I mention they make my life easier!

We have used C & C Carpet Cleaning twice in the past several years. They are prompt, professional, very very reasonably priced, and have done an outstanding job at getting stains out of our carpet. They recently clean carpets on a stairway and in a guest bedroom, and also cleaned the grout in our tiled bathroom. The carpets are over 13 years old and look absolutely brand new, and have such a very clean and pleasant scent! The grout also looks as new as the first day we moved in. We will use C & C Carpet Cleaning for all of our future needs and will highly recommend them to any of our friends and family! Thank you C & C!!

These gentlemen came out, cleaned all the carpet throughout our whole home, and the stairs and did it all quickly and thoroughly!!! I was able to call and be scheduled quickly. The whole process was hassle free and so easy. They did an awesome job on the carpets! They look soooo good! They also explained the whole process to me before and during the cleaning. All my questions were answered. Lastly, all of this and the price was definitely reasonable and well worth it. I would definitely recommend C&C Carpet Cleaning to everyone!

We just bought a house and the previous owner had a cat that was apparently allowed to use the carpet in the dining room as his personal litter box. Needless to say, the smell of cat pee was awful, despite the carpet supposedly having been cleaned prior to our moving in (whoever did that job would definitely not get my recommendation!). The rest of the carpet was in need of general cleaning as well with various pet and mystery stains. Craig was incredibly knowledgeable on the best way to tackle the job. He pulled up the carpet, replaced padding and tacking and treated the subfloor as well. The carpets were washed underside and topside where the pet stains were. He was very thorough and he and his team were respectful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them if you have any sort of carpet disaster. Our carpet is fresh and clean now, and the house smells great! Thanks to Craig and your team for giving me peace of mind about our new home!
