The customer service I think was the worst i ever had. register price was marked wrong nor did worker know the kind of lumber I was talking about. I highly don't recommend this place customer service is terrible.Would like to add Management team did take care of my issues that I addressed highly surprised and impressed by. So thank you much Tim will continue to. Have my business unless problems continue. Said it will be taken care of very impressed about the manager and how he dealt with the situation.

When you walk in, even as you look around, you think "this place doesn't have much" BUT I have to hand it to the owner, it has always had everything I've needed for my jobs. It's always a dependable brand too. Hell, even Menards and Lowes had there own brand of the fittings I was after but I went in here and they carried the actually Sharkbites for the same price. But above all, the owner walked over to me, asked me about my job, looked a pictures I had and helped me build the "tree" I needed and suggested I buy PEX and just adapt it to my metal pipes. He saved me so much time and frustration. There all very educated in the field. It doesn't look like much different than a Ace but it is quite far beyond. I'd will (and do) suggest them to anyone tackling a project.

I'm working on rental houses in the area . And I would give these guy's more stars if I was able , there terrific crew here ,I'm ok with prices here .Big thanks to Scott and his crew .

You carry the product on your web page , then you go to the store to buy it, they don't carry it or even try to order it for you , and act like your wasting their time ! I'll shop and buy else where not the first time experiencing this at this store !
