We had to bring our 17 year old kitty in for evaluation, as she seemed to be struggling. Even as brand-new clients, Dr Sparks, Sophie and the entire staff were amazing! They were kind, respectful and compassionate. It was a peaceful way to have to say goodbye. 🙏

PAH has taken excellent care of our pups over the years. We have had a little bit of rough luck with rare genetic diseases in our dogs and they have helped us keep them happy and health for as long as possible and are always willing to go the extra mile even when it required extra research and new treatments. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

I absolutely love the care they give my puppies. I wish I would have switched to them years ago. All of the staff are so friendly. Dr. Shipp is wonderful.She doesn't rush through the exams and is very thorough. I highly recommend Pacific animal hospital!

This is the best place I've ever been and I'm not even a patient there. My mom uses this bed and I was taking my dad's dog to them for an emergency situation. I promised him that I wouldn't let them keep him. We had to put him down due to cancer and I couldn't take him with me so they let me do everything out in the yard so I can keep my promise. There after burial ashes collection is beautiful and I will now be seeing them for future needs. I was outside holding him crying for like 2 hours and they were very patient and kind. It's rare to meet people so caring.

I've worked with Dr. Shipp and Dr. Hezel over the past few years as my older kitties came to the end of life and my new kitten had a polyp in her ear. Both are wonderful - presenting multiple treatment options, providing a wealth of information, and following up consistently. I cant recommend this place enough. My fur family will always go here for any/all treatment.

We needed to bring our dog in for sedation to get his nails trimmed because hes a huge baby. They scheduled him for Monday at 4. They called and said since he was going to be sedated he needed to come in earlier. So we rescheduled to today at 2. Im almost to the hospital when they call and say they dont do sedation on Fridays. So I had to take time off work twice because they cant figure out scheduling. This is money out of our pocket. We will be finding another place to take our boy. Sucks because they were really nice...but I cant keep taking off work because of their scheduling issues.

I was able to bring my cat in the morning that I called. The building and the rooms were nice and clean, the vet techs and doctor were very kind and prompt. I would definitely use this hospital again.

We were taking our Boston Terrier since he was a puppy here. At 2.5 he tragically died from a genetic disorder. The family and other dog were mourning him so hard that we decided it may help some to get another puppy. We brought our 12 week old Boston to Dr Steele last week. The staff is so caring and helpful and Dr Steele is wonderful. She took so much time with us answering questions and commiserating about our lost dog. She was vey through and informative. I would recommend this vet clinic as a competent and caring place to take your pets.

Our Athena stayed there for 6 1/2 days in May. We had her bathed and groomed on her last day. She came home gorgeous and happy. Highly recommended! (And a huge thanks to the incredible staff for the ongoing care of Athens's "cousin" Hazel)

I've always received good service at Pacific Animal Hospital. But it wasn't until my dogs aged and started suffering from chronic diseases (liver and kidney) that I really came to appreciate the doctors there - especially Dr. Shipp. I love my doggies so much and never had to put a pet down before. I really wasn't prepared for how difficult it is. Shockingly painful. The last few weeks of Tuffy's life I must have called Dr. Shipp 5 times and each time she returned my call even though in many instances their office was already closed. I bombarded her with questions and cried on several occasions. Dr. Shipp was extremely supportive. She helped me accept the decision I had to make when the time came. Days later I received a card signed by everyone at the vet. Dr. Shipp's comment was especially touching and very much appreciated. She is a great vet and very compassionate. I highly recommend her.

They always take the time to make sure our pets are settled down when they come to see them before they start an exam and sometimes that is really a challenge but they make sure they are OK and ready to get it done. That means alot to us and makes us feel comfortable if we need to leave them that they will be will taken care of and take the time to make them for comfortable.
