I travel all across Missouri and love Dollar General, This store has poor customer service let me explain, standing phone in hand with DG APP open I was refused help pulling up a digital coupon $2. Pepsi products the attendants didn't care to help or facilitate the sale in anyway much contrasted from my visit yesterday in Sedalia, Missouri where I was helped with the app by one store employee able to purchase and take advantage of sale with coupon from DG Ad, such a disappointment after using maps traveling to maybe the worst DG in the state.

I just drove to the store- 8pm was walking to the door when the employee decided to close even though I said it was supposed to be open until 10. No apology just turned her back a walked away. 4 other cars pulled up expecting them to be open too. They need more help!

It has not been as messy lately but the employees decide to close the store whenever they don't feel like working so I never know when it will be open. Half the time I have to turn around and go to Schnucks instead. I may as well just go there instead because they are open when they are supposed to be.

Nice workers but the store is always a mess. The photos uploaded are of a different store. The self check out does not take any cash and is awkward to lean over to reach the pin pad.

Store is never stocked up shelves left empty do not shop here go to another one plus if u doing doordash there is no wifi n no phone signal in the store plus the store closes before time to close or I'd not open at all stores always messy don't really have anything great to say bout the store it's a hit or miss if u get there and it's close or open

Dollar General has a wide selection of many items but today I was looking specifically for household cleaning products. I needed a mop, baking soda and ammonia to make a homemade cleanser. Many of the cleaning products had not been restocked this evening. I only saw two employees and there was a line of customers waiting to check out, so stocking merchandise should wait until you have finished helping your customers in the store. This location is looking for new employees and that is something I can pass on for anyone out there looking. Unfortunately I did not find what I needed this trip but it is a nice convenient location when you forget something or need to pick up something and you are in the neighborhood.

The team is so nice and trying their best! The aisles are looking more stocked as the weeks go by. I hope they keep up the hard work! The manager is doing a great job.

This store is seriously understocked. The items I needed showed as being in-stock on the app but were not on the shelf. The store is dirty and the shelves and displays are a mess. Shopping carts full of merchandise block the isles. It looks like a tornado blew through here. When this store first opened it was clean, fully stocked and well organized; that is no longer the case. The employee turn-over rate seems very high here and that may enter into the reason why it has gone so far downhill. The management doesn't seem to care about stock levels, shelf presentation or overall cleanliness anymore.

This store used to be pretty good, but after the pandemic it does they are short help and stock. Those who DO show up for work are very nice, but might decide to close the store anytime.

I like Dollar General but this location isn't stocked very well. Oftentimes it's a waste of a trip to stop in because I don't get much of what I was looking for and I rarely see an employee on the floor to assist. The carts are hard to separate and I usually end up carrying items in my arms. Since I can't find much I'm guessing not getting a cart works out. I would choose Family Dollar over them anytime. I'll update my review after shopping at a different location; hopefully I'll have a better experience elsewhere.

Absolutely lovely staff!! Although they seem a little understaffed they keep a good attitude around the store and they’re always working. I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted but over all it was a good experience! Definitely will return.

Such a disaster of a store. Oh I believe they have what I came in for. Just not on the shelf but somewhere in the maze of stock located in bins set as obstacles in EVERY aisle. I did find my way out, don't worry, empty handed again.

Went in for just a couple balloons for twins 1st Birthday and Miss Q. Made a very special balloon bouquet for my best friend birthday. All the employees were having fun while working together. It was GREAT!!! Thank you so much Miss Q!!!

Mrs. Q is an exceptionally considerate, professional, and kind demonstration of ideal retail management. I shop constantly; and I rarely encounter above mediocre service. Mrs. Q went above and beyond to provide an optimal and exceptional customer experience. The store was well lit, neat, and the service was fairly speedy and friendly. Tameka greeted me with a huge smile, kind words, like I was a friend. She explained to me the store policies without being abrupt, dismissive, irritable, or crass. She referred me to the general manager, who was just as polite and accommodating. This is the best service I’ve received at any Dollar General store, so far; and I plan on shopping at this location in the near future!

Love going to this store. Very friendly employees. Just found out they are hiring. One Manager is moving to her own store soon. And unfortunately they caught some fellow workers stealing. Sounds like jail time. But that is their problem. This store will give you the hours and they are really getting busy now.

Rude staff , was checking out and a store employee threw a package of cinnamon rolls on counter and complained about someone opening infront of several customers, only 1 register open when several employee's were sitting outside smoking! Also didn't have bags when we were there on Sunday, how can you let your store run out of bags?!

The Store Manager is rude and doesn't know what's going on in her store with sale items and then gives a thousand excuses about why she doesn't know the store ad. She have incorrect information then wouldn't honor the correct information prices. Her Assistants can't think on there own or make decisions without. Horrible Customer Service by the manager set the tone of the employees. Will not shop here again and it was my 1st time visiting

Crowded cause of Covid. Nice and friendly staff. Turn over is high but no complaints. Very convenient. Changing my review to 4 stars cause these kids are working hard.

This is the cleanest DG I have ever been too. The aisles are spaced out so it is easy to maneuver in the store. Newer staff right now so they are a little slow.

Eventhough there was a line at the checkout the cashier was very friendly. This store was very clean and organized. That was surprising to me. Every other Dollar General I have ever been to has not been. This one will be the one I go to from now on.

Your Employee (Sheldon) was very rude?!?I was just simply asking when would another Pepsi delivery come in? His reply "No, We don't have any" That certainly did not answer My Question. I'll not return to this store!!

Got to the store at 6:45 p.m. and as I'm walking up to the door oh, the employee that standing in front of the door tells me that they are closing for 2 hours. I'm not understanding what the point of closing for 2 hours is when your website says that they are open until 10p

Normally a great place to go but I went today when they should have been open and the employee in the store didn't even bother putting up a sign to say that they were closed despite it being during regular buisness hours.

Went to this particular dollar general looking for a exclusive item. Unfortunately I was not able to to find this item however the staff was very kind in helping me find what I was looking for and even they were excited to find out that this product is coming soon. I definitely recommend going back or going to this store.

Wow, The store closed at 6pm on a Saturday in the beginning of a new month. Recommendation: It needs a good General Manager to turnover the negative reputation it has...the inconvenient-convenient store.

This place is barely stocked, shelves empty on a regular basis. You will not get everything on your list from here. But there are ALWAYS shipping boxes blocking the aisles. So at what point do they put out the products?

The employees and customer service was phenomenal at this Dollar General. The store itself is a bit small but well-organized and clean it's not very close to me but if I'm in the area I would definitely stop here

Pick a different DG to visit if you want to pick a Dg don’t go to the one on Fee fee off Midland A good amount of staff is rude some of them are always on the phone not for business and the card readers are down almost all the time I may also add the fact if you go there bring a cart In Because they probably won’t have any inside is why I bought two in today to somebody else but at least have one

They never keep the store stocked. And the lines are always very long and takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to check out because cashiers are inexperienced and not trained properly
