There are carts in the way . It is hard to shop. Always a long line to wait. To get your turn to be checked out.Needs to be checked out.It could be a lot nicer if the people working respect for the place they work at. They seems they don't care . I've been in a lot of their stores and there very clean and shelf is stocked .some things are still in the same cart a week or so .

Rating 3 stars because it’s a great store that typically has what you need making it a great pit-stop on your way home, but often has lots of clutter when it comes to their isles and clearance section. More often than not have to wait in a line of 5+ shoppers in order to checkout due to slow cashiers or only one cashier being present.Definitely will have what you need, but definitely won’t be an “in-and-out” kinda stop.

Dollar General is a great store. They have almost everything I am looking for when I shop there. I am so glad to have this store in my rule area community. Can't help but notice they don't hire local people to work for them full time. Basically the same at all the stores I have been to. They should work on that.

The store is very dis-organized!!! Can barely get around without running into stacks of crates either empty or full. The Christmas section was so messy, clothes looked cluttered, couldn't look at them without holding the others back with my body. Very disappointed!!! But the employee was nice!

Store was working with only one cashier and one person stocking. The cashier was efficient but was unable to be more than basically polite. The stocker was not helpful and almost ran over people. Tough day for them.

I have never seen such an abundance of poor customer service skills before in my life. Not only is the store itself disorganized, unstocked, and cluttered but the employees lack the capability to socialize with the customers. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Honestly, this location does nothing but frustrate me every time I come in. There is no room to get through the aisles, there are always boxes stacked up and laying around, and hardly ever will there be two lanes open even though there are visibly two employees working. This DG has always had a problem maintaining!

Need to pay the good employees so they'll stay, when the store is taken care of, it's nice. But there are new ppl every time I go in. District management needs to address it bc I know that store is highly profitable, no need to cut the employees short.

Theres never enough room to walk around bc theres boxes and carts in way. If a handicap person has to get wheelchair thru they cant. Its all dollar gens and its all time not just today. Hire more help.

It never has things in stock so don't plain on getting what you want just hope bathroom seems to be always out of order or dirty not all dollar stores are like this the one in bowling Green mo and elsberry mo seem to be fine

Not enough people to help you, and a handicap wheelchair person has no room to get through. Boxes and boxes blocking aisles. Cashiers are not friendly.

Never has anything on the shelves that are a necessity and the workers can be extremely rude sometimes cant even walk down the aisles and workers throw a fit if you move the carts of merchandise to hope to find what you need on the shelves

Nothing in freezers and carts of food sitting everywhere. A total mess. You really need to get stockers in there at night time to keep up with it. Only 2 people working. So disappointed!!!

This particular Dollar General is the worse. Why? It can't maintain employees. Why? Because you won't pay a decent wage or offer enough hours to the employees and to the store itself. DUH!

Can never get thru the aisles. Also there is never anything on the shelves.They need somebody to work just overnight to stock the shelves so that they can keep customers

As per usual, boxes on the floor, hard to maneuver around the store and it seemed super under staffed. Avoid at all costs unless you HAVE to go to the store

Typical dollar general, nice place, nice staff, lots of stuff, good prices, store is a bit cluttered, trying to keep prices down by putting as much as possible in a relatively small space, shop there first to get what you need at a good price.

There is nothing on the shelf. If there was it was all the way in thre back. Definitely need more people working and less people standing around doing nothing.

They remodeled the store. It has more items, bigger freezer section. Staff is always fantastic.

Stuff was in the aisles that should have been put on the Shelf in the evening there there was no way of getting around things I'm blind and it made it hard for me and my attendance to walk through and do our business I would give it one star

Everytime I go in there always stuff in the aisle and u can't walk thru or get around it!
