Called up as inquiring about grooming. It was confirmed and they were able to book me that day for my two miniature golden doodles. It was even on Friday. For first time on both with unexpected scheduling that moment (I didn't have to to give my personal heavy brushing to help eliminate small knots a day matting) the groomer did a fantastic job. I am planning on returning and hopefully making this their regular salon stop. I will have to look into the daycare and boarding. Verry happy and highly recommended.Before, then 2 after photos.

I left her this week for emergency going to the hospital. They go above and beyond for my pup honey. We love them great full for them and love there customer care I wouldn't go anywhere else while I'm away only place I trust. Dog day care she loves and gets excited everything she comes in. They called when something went wrong and went above and beyond thank u pet suites for taking care of honey feel free to publish her photos. Most amazing staff and facilities. So kind and so caring towards the animals. Very very clean! There is not enough space to say all of the good and amazing things here. My rescue dog was treated like a king! They helped him open up and prepare for his upcoming travel and adoption. They are simply amazing!!!

Professional & well organized all the way around with friendly, caring staff (& groomer!). 4 mo old rescue pup's 1st stay at "Puppy Preschool" & was a longer day than anticipated. She did great & already has a best gal pal, but also loves playing & romping with all the dogs & humans.I made several check-up calls throughout the day & was always able to reach someone (& with patience!).If you're wanting just a few hours of play dates & socialization, a "mom/dad" drop-off break, regular daycare, boarding or other needs, they do their best to accommodate nearly any situation, are well staffed & equipped to do just that. Highly recommended!

I will 100% be a returning customer, my pup is very anxious and in turn i am often very anxious about where he is placed. The staff took their time to let him get comfortable and seemed to me to do their very best. I felt safe leaving my pup for the weekend and had no issues at pickup-time. will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Great grooming experience. My Josie received bath, under and nail treatment. Dropped her off at 7:30. Got a call at 10:30 she was ready to go. She looked beautiful. She’s a husky so she sheds a lot. I also did the undercoat treatment. Her coat looks beautiful!! Super friendly staff I would definitely recommend.

My 2 Goldendoodle’s were boarded here for 5 days. Absolutely the best experience for them and us. The dogs were treated so well and I loved the daily reports with pictures that opted to receive. In the future when we have to travel and can’t take our fur babies with us, this is where they are going! Thanks Petsuites!!

The staff at PetSuites is wonderful. They took wonderful care of Oliver and gave me a full report when we picked him up. They told us how he interacted with the other dogs and how he behaved. It is wonderful that Oliver loves it there and we don't have to worry about him.

The referral I got from a friend to visit Pet Suite for my new puppy was great. They treated him just like a loved family member . He got a bath and enjoyed playtime with other puppies. If youre looking for a great place to take your pet i would recommend them.

From the person on the phone to the people I personally interacted with, I felt comfortable and confident that my dog would be accepted and taken care of.We boarded our dog for a few days (daytime only) while our house was being roofed, and by the second day, they already seemed to know her name and greeted her in a friendly way. Our dog is fairly nervous, but they seemed to be patient and understanding toward her.We would definitely book here again in the future.

I have been taking my dog to daycare once or twice a week for about a year now. She is always excited to be there and the staff generally greet her by name when we walk in the door.The facility is clean, the staff is helpful and I feel good about the care my dog receives.

PetSuites Lee's Summit is very clean and well taken care of. We too our Great Pyrenees last week and they greeted us warmly. It Sassy Mae's first visit so we had a bit of paperwork to finish. Everything went great and Sassy Mae left with the young lady. We did get an update during the day that she was having lots of fun. Sassy Mae loves all dogs and plays hard. She was tired when we picked her up so she must have had a good time.

My 2 dachshunds stayed for 2 nights at PetSuites this past weekend and we were extremely happy with the service received. I loved receiving daily reports on the pups and pictures. Having the webcam on daycare was so fun to watch and really helped ease the anxiety of leaving my dogs somewhere new. At previous boarding facilities, my dogs would come back with their food barely touched - it was comforting when I received a text asking about their eating habits and seeing the report each day that they were eating fine. We were so happy with the service that we booked a new reservation the same day for another trip we're taking within the next month.

All 3 pups were well taken care of and had so much fun!! The staff was so friendly and thorough. I love the picture updates from staff, the live video I could login to anytime to watch them play, and how tired they were all evening! Will be back! Would recommend to anyone.

My dog Duke who is very timid and shy had to be boarded for six nights while I went on vacation. We just picked him up and he looks happy and healthy. The "paw gress" report described his personality perfectly so I know they took their time to get to know him and be patient with how shy he is.I am very greatful for petsuites and will continue to utilize their services. One star is docked due to playtime being 20 bucks a day and I was never told how long the playtime was for and it wasn't indicated on the report I received.Staff was very friendly and professional as well! Thank you petsuites!!

We booked last minute while in LS for our two dogs and they not only were able to accommodate us but they were so helpful getting it done! The place was SUPER clean and friendly, and the private room with the TV was exactly what our puppies needed. We picked them up the next day and the dogs were happy and tired, which means they had a great time. We will absolutely use them the next time we are in town!

This place is one in a million. Truly from top to bottom this place is first class. I’m so happy we found the groomers here. I LOVE them, but my puppies love them even more. Their tails are wagging so wild as soon as they see where we are going. I have had terrible grooming experiences over the years with doodles and poms but these guys handle everything, even deep mattes. My pups are scared of getting their nails trimmed so they get the full package and dremel, their nails are always perfect and they come home feeling so much better! Their tiny faces smell sooo good. I’m so thankful for you guys! Please don’t ever change! :) <3

First time using a doggie daycare and enrolled my new puppy in the puppy preschool. I got a full tour of the facility which is clean and has really nice areas for the dogs to play inside and outside. The boarding areas are big and great options if you have multiple pets so they can stay together. The staff are super friendly and helpful and you get an update report every day with pictures and feedback on how your pet did. My puppy comes home happy and tired! A+ and would highly recommend!

On Saturday March 2, 2024 I recommend my cousin to bring her dog there for a grooming . We are very disappointed in the results the job was not even half done and nobody communicated with her the whole time her puppy was there . And the groomer was gone upon arrival time to pick him up . He was dropped off at 9 am and wasn’t done until almost 3pm and the only thing that was noticeable was him having a bath . And the only thing the manager did was apologize and that’s very unacceptable and makes me upset .

Lindsey is extremely sweet! She took her time to show us around were our baby would be staying, answered all of our questions, set us up for our dogs first visit. It was a great experience but his first day of puppy class was even better, I called to check on him during the day, they informed me of what he has been doing; how he made a friend etc. After picking him up again the front staff were extremely nice. I got a progress report of pictures of what he was doing, his friends name, his characteristics etc.we will definitely be back, I appreciate this clean, organized space for my baby.
