Adding to add to my review:We went a couple weeks ago and every single time we go to this Walmart it is thoroughly understocked. I could understand if there was a storm coming or something. But it's like this every single time. It has been this way for the last 3 years we've lived here. Come on Walmart, you can do better.I understand Walmart is Walmart. But we were at Walmart yesterday and I needed to use the restroom. And I have a really bad back so a lot of times I'll use the handicap stall for the railings to stand back up. I turned around to put my purse on the purse hook in the handicap wheelchair stall and the purse hook was 6 ft up at the top of the door. Very sadly nobody's going to be able to reach this if they're in a wheelchair!

It's Walmart as far as I am aware other than basic customer service experiences they are pretty much the same ... The staff is normally very friendly though not always very helpful show up late to your curbside if you don't wanna wait for a half hour or more .

I love this Walmart! Everything is fairly neat and tidy and everyone I encounter seems to be polite and friendly! When I say excuse me I get an actual response instead of a death stare. It's refreshing.

Bolivar SuperCenter. The best cashier ever, Caitlin! Very friendly, quick, bagged the groceries perfect. I went to the manager and told her how wonderful this nice young lady was. I believe in letting management know about the employee's.The star rating at check out disappears too fast and usually when one has only had time to tap one star when I meant to tap five. Corporate needs to have their I.T. department make that quick fix.

It is what it is ..I usually find what I'm after but there are those moments (I'll leave it at that) lol where I sometimes get sidetracked and I'll ask one of the workers that carry the handheld thing, and they can usually always get me where I need to be. Since being somewhat disabled using there "go cart" lol I much appreciate their help and saves me a lot of time.The only exception might be is , if I get one of the newer faster "go carts" I'll do some extra browsing lolOther that all that Walmart is Walmart just best not have any high expectations and you'll liable to have a great time.Mite even get some local free entertainment never kno crazy stuff.. .

So disappointed! I called the Lebanon bakery to have them hold a cake for a birthday party, as I have done many times. I was told that "corporate" no longer allows them to set back and hold cakes for customers. Isn't that exactly what bakeries are supposed to do? Walmart, you're not the only game in town! Update: My local Price Cutter took care of my bakery order.

Grocery Pick up-So far no horror stories of bad product being picked like other stores. I have had items missed twice by the pickers, and was charged, however when I called I was able to go back and pick it up.The rest of the store is hit and miss on if items are in stock. Unsure if staffing issues and a person can only do so much with less man power, or if it is just under ordered, or if supply chain issue. Usually restocked in a day or two though.Store is clean and staff are friendly, courteous folk. Lebanon's produce and meat are not as good as Waynesville imo on selection or freshness. But when ykyk and shop elsewhere ( like Aldi, Lol) or the farmer's market during season.

Every time I go into this location I am ALWAYS asked to show my receipt at the store no matter how many items I have purchased. I have been to countless other stores and I have never been profiled and followed around the store like they do here. I have not once done anything wrong and I am tired of being treated like a criminal on every visit.

Grocery pick up is a great service Walmart offers, however our customer service experience at the Lebanon Walmart has been less than desirable. Occasionally we have had items missing and had to call the store. The customer service representatives have been rude, attitude is that they do not want to be working for this store, which reflects negatively on Walmart. In one circumstance I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by a team lead that there was no manager or supervisor in the store at the time. Which I find hard to believe. The team lead should have handled herself in a more professional manner and attempt to rectify the situation, but instead she wanted to let me know that there was no one there capable to assist me. We have decided to take our business to Marshfield or just go to Springfield and shop at an entirely different grocery store chain. Lebanon Walmart needs a refresher on customer service training.

Awesome store,they have legitimately millions of things to sale (i worked here a bit so I know this). But ever since the new store update they have an insane amount of security just walking around. First off, if I'm gonna steal something do you really think a rent a cop is gonna stop me. They're going to get hurt. This is Lebanon, we may not be the largest community but our concentration of Meth Addicts guarantee someone's gonna get stabbed.. great deli...

William (Lebanon Walmart) helped me today , went above and beyond to find a product I was looking for in cookware. He was stocking isle by toys and said let me look in back, he came back with what I was looking for and restocked the item that was empty on shelf. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank You I appreciated it very much!

Update: Everything is in order & they have some lanes open, along with many self-check out lanes. Always stocking & keeping the store running well!Update: I think the store is in much better working order after the remodel. Lanes seem to be running smoothly with lots of people in & out. Merchandise for your cars, home, & animals. Hot & Cold food items, frozen & fresh, & nice Bakery area. Also, have a lube area to get oil changed & tires.**Overall nice & clean Walmart! Very busy store that has not recovered since the pandemic hit. Lots of stuff is gone now and limited stock. The store was out of bars of soap last time I was there. Only a few actual cashiers and lines if you use the limited few that are there.Not even close to as nice as before & not sure it will recover. Store seems to be in a constant remodel state where aisles are mislabeled and items are hard to find or not in stock!

Lebanon MO Walmart needs to hire people that care and have urgency along with pride in what they do! Put an online order in 6 hours before scheduled delivery. Got a message that stated it’s going to be 2 hours late at 7pm. I have 12 guests coming for breakfast tomorrow morning and now I have nothing. Finally after calling the store 8 times, somebody finally answered the phone. Lady said she doesn’t know if it will be delivered and she was sorry. Sorry doesn’t fix anything. Step up your game Walmart!

Walmarts delivery system needs to be worked on. Not only am I tired of waiting for my deliveries but the amount of times I’ve had things WRONG is unbelievable. They also need to work on stock updates in the app as well. I like my specifics. Not overpriced knockoffs. Sad to see this store declining so rapidly.

Train Your Customer service desk people. Younger lady was rude, didn't even explain anything about the return process. So when I got my refund it was only a percentage of what I paid, obviously was not happy. She didn't even say a word, before hand. " that's just how it is".

Might as well shut down sporting goods. This is the second time I’ve waited 20 to 30 minutes to get someone to help me in sporting-goods didn’t happen this evening. I left Mike paged people twice. He did not have a key to get into the display case I spoke to Beth upfront. She said she would take it up tomorrow with the manager, but she must’ve heard the two pages. You could hear them all over the store why didn’t nobody up in front respond this place stinks of lousy customer service.

Prices are going up on everything. One side of Walmart for the self check out is closed down. And the other side only had 4 self check out registers. The line was long and the cashiers were slow checking out customers. School roll back prices for now book paper was .35 cents was a great deal. Asked for help and needed a large flate cart for about 40 minutes and asked 3 times and husband asked for help 2 times before finally getting help then had 5 employees all at once for a swimming pool that the box was damaged so asked for management to discount and got my pool for a good price

Ordered my daughter sweet 16 birthday cake picked it up Saturday morning and it was not right at all not what she wanted or what we ordered didn't even put her name on it and lady at the bakery didn't have time to put her name on it very upset and disappointed the gumballs Rock hard not the frosting we ordered it was just wrong All the way around
