Then another young man was having troubles with the cash register and I said go ahead and help him after 10 minutes I looked around the corner and he was waiting on two other customers and I waited for him. And then he took off to help another guy

Don't ask anybody for help. Cause they're pretty much tell you look it up on your phone so now, not only do you have to cash yourself out most times but you also have to hunt down. We're the stuff sad, even if the app says it's somewhere completely different because most people working there do not know where anything is at.

This Walmart in Kirksville, Mo is kind of like a Target to me. It’s laid out better than the other Walmarts. It’s cleaner. I won’t have a problem going back here.

I shop the Boardwalk store in Kansas City North because it has a selection 2nd to all but one store in St Louis, MO.Other Kansas City Wal*Mart Super Centers do not have all the variety offered at Boardwalk.

Average Walmart experience. Solid auto center too. Plenty of workers around the store. I find it easy to locate the items I want by using the Walmart app, it tells you the exact aisle an item is in. They do good business overall - tons of selection, low prices, convenient check-out, etc.

I'm not one for putting bad reviews but I bought a large jar of heinz turkey gravy and not realizing the seal was broke and opened it found out it was bad won't be buying that again those jars should be checkedDisappointed customer!

First of all, I can't grocery shop anywhere else in my town. No one else will except my insurance food card. Otherwise I'd shop elsewhere.Second of all, my Walmart store has discontinued many of the food items that I've been buying there for a long time.Third of all, I wish sincerely they would leave "everything" in the same place and quit moving it around. I'm not the only shopper that complains that everytime you go in there, things are moved and you can't find what you're looking for.Fourth of all, "you can never" find someone to help you!!!Fifth of all, SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH YOUR CASHIERS HOW TO BAG THE GROCERIES CORRECTLY. It's really ridiculous to find soap in with your produce when you get home.I'm thinking seriously about driving the extra 30 miles to find a mom and pop grocery store to buy my groceries.It's really not at all convenient to shop at Walmart anymore.

The auto dept team was extremely polite and helpful today. They replaced a warranty issue with one of my tires and had me in and completed within 30 minutes. Awsome job guys.

I stopped at this Walmart on a road trip I was taking to Iowa. I had to feed my newborn daughter, and when I was done feeding her, I tried to turn on my car and my battery was dead. I called the automotive center and spoke with a nice lady. I asked if someone could come and jump my vehicle and if they were able to replace a battery. A gentleman came out within a few minutes and jumped my vehicle. I then drove to the back and the automotive people change the battery in about 10 minutes. This was great customer service. I will be stopping here anytime I need to in the future as they were very nice people.

I'm Overly Pissed! My boyfriend was having a toothache, drove all the way to Walmart needed help finding Toothache the lady stocking WAS TOO LAZY TO HELP HIM!! Said if you Don't See it we're Out!! Guess What I just ordered it Curbside. Please Please Tell Me Why???No Excuse for the Laziness!!

Not a fan of visiting this store, but have to sometimes. Gone are the days of friendly, helpful service. It's a find it yourself, good luck, then check yourself out and leave kind of experience these days. Either like it, or not. 😐

Its Walmart, if we all had any sense we would shop local instead of making them any more money. Funny that a billion dollar company doesn't even have a single shopping cart that isn't messed up. Pretty sweet being watched like a criminal every time you check out but they can't check out your stuff. Place makes my blood pressure rise as soon as I enter.

About a week ago I picked up a mobile order from this location, got CELERY in a green onion package (??), boneless chicken THIGHS instead of breast, and an already cut open ice cream that leaked in my car 🙃 if they don’t have what you need they should clarify before loading it in your car and def def def should check items for being opened or having slits across the top.

I don't enjoy shopping at Walmart anymore. There's lines every where you go. Lots of stuff locked up. You have to go get assistance if you can find it or get in line again because they are helping someone else. I was near the photo area two different times and both times they couldn't find someone's pictures. I was the lucky one that day. The feller that helped me was very good at doing his job just needed other helpers.

When I was checking out, an employee came up to me, looked over my cart, and started saying rude comments about some of the items I was purchasing. It was none of his business and I do not understand why he would go out of his way to disrespect me like that. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, but my experience was unpleasant to say the least.
