6 months later and Hyvee pharmacy continues to cause trouble with meds. They don't call for refills. For 5 days I went without one of my pain meds because they say they call it in and the doctor is not responding. My doctor said no they don't call them in. He was angry. My Thyroid medicine had a refill on it but refused saying no orders. Every month it is something new. Change pharmacies. There are more and more problems. Going to Riders now.

Update: Still terrible service. Everyone says they just dont have enough people. I feel for them but its been 6mo and its still the same story. Fix it or close it, hyvee. You're hemoraging money or customers at this point, including this one.Original: I appreciate the pharmacy for accuracy but they've needed more pharmacists for awhile. Waiting over an hour on a simple Z-pack is a bit much. May have to move.

Usually I have great service even when it’s busy. But there has been one experience that makes me nervous to go there. I’m transitioning and need to purchase syringes. Once when purchasing more I was scoffed at for saying I had run out, and then when she came back she had given me a pack of insulin needles, which are both the wrong length and gauge, and didn’t given me a chance to even look before stapling the bag closed and telling me to insert my card. I ended up getting home and not being able to take my medication because of it.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the slowest place I have ever been to I waited for 2 hours just for 2 bottles of medicine to be filled. I have had this issue every time I come here and I know it is not because they are short staffed.

Shorted controlled substances more than once, and called a liar by staff...but thankfully they were able to verify with counts. Still, after being told what I said was "impossible" by more than one staff person, I'm changing pharmacies. Can't be this rude with Walgreens across the street.

UPDATE: I have amended my review as the girl does not work at the Pharmacy anymore, or works when I do not go in. I have updated my stars...I love Hyvee! Very much, but there is a little girl that works in the pharmacy (short, glasses, skinny, brunette) who really needs some customer service soft skills. The low stars is NOT for Hyvee - it IS for the the gal who has terrible customer service and I sincerely hope they give her some assistance, otherwise, pharmacy will have other low scores. I am not the only one, I have friends and family that have mentioned this same girl. I wish I had her name, but unfortunately, I do not. I will change my review later when I see that this girl has had some proper soft skill training.

Total dumpster fire nearly every time I went there. Between them loosing my insurance information and trying to charge us full price to not being able to switch my maiden to married name over I had to walk away. Not to mention you wait FOREVER in the drive through pick up line. I know my experience is not typical but this was probably the consistently worse pharmacy experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for 3 days now. No one will answer the phone. It’s getting super irritating. Don’t go here it’s not worth it. Try Walmart they actually answer the phone.Edit: So I actually got through after calling 10 times so do whatever you want with that information

The customer service at this pharmacy is awful. They don't let you know if they can not fill your script or if there is a delay in filling it for some reason. You find out when you either call or go to pick it up and find it is filled! Complained to the pharmacy manager needless to say that gets you no where. Wouldn't not recommend!

Friendly staff, that's about it. They never have scripts ready, always some excuse. Walmart has half the staff and always has my scripts ready!!
