In addition to all the fraudulent charges I've recently received from Walmart, I bought a foot bath from here and while I didn't expect it to be spa quality, I did expect it to A. have all it's parts, and most of all B. for it to have not been previously used. Seriously I am disgusted. Foot baths carry so many germs and someone couldn't be bothered to check if it was used or not before they apparently returned it. You would think since they can send you a receipt by looking at your face at self checkout, they could check a presumably returned product to see if it was disgusting and already used and therefor not fit to be returned to the shelf. Not only is it just plain gross, but if I hadn't noticed I could have been exposed to all kinds of skin conditions that come with foot spas. Do better it aint like you aint got the money.

Walmart Supercenter at Stateline and 135th.Clean well lit building. Shelves were stocked and organized. For the day before Christmas I expected it to be busier.I’m not a fan of check yourself out or bathrooms that aren’t clean.

WalMart is always an experience. Fewer checkers and more self check-outs. But this year they have lots of cute Christmas sweaters, onesies and dress up clothes. They have sure to win ugly sweaters from the cow with "Christmas Mood" to the Flamingo (personal favorite). One of the best Christmases my 3 friends and I all dressed up in Christmas attire like the below, going out on the town. It was a huge hit and lots of memories..... so check out Walmart's Christmas section before it all sells out.

The customer service human was very rude. Funny though how she wasn't rude to the woman ahead of me that was trying to return clothing that had NO tags or barcode that she claimed she just bought while producing a plastic zip lock gallon bag with the items inside. Told her oh just go out there and find the same clothes and I'll use the barcode for your refund.I had an item that had all the tags, barcode tag too. Told her it was a gift that I can't use, I just wanted store credit so I could get a different item. She asked for my receipt, I AGAIN said it was a gift. She snarked at me about having to ask for a receipt, she has to ask everybody that while dripping with sarcasm. Mmmm... funny she wasn't that way with the customer in front of me that CLEARLY was scamming her. Maybe it was a race thing?....she and the customer are of the black persuasion, I'm white.I won't be back. Ever.

Asked one of the stalk workers where something was located and he begin to yell at me like he was on something. The previous customers he helped he was friendly toward. I have no ideal why he felt need to be rude toward me.

This experience was horrible to say the least!I was there to pick up tires that I purchased online. I had planned to schedule an installation but......When I got to the outside service door for customers, it was locked. An employee of the store was trying to exchange a battery and was also surprised. I stayed in my car, calling the service number for the next 15 minutes. Finally drove to the front and customer service said and assured that someone would be back there to assist when I drive back around.Nope, I actually knocked loudly on the door. Sat on the bench and called every number for the store with no luck, no response.Drove back to the front, walked to the service center and found two employees working by the door I was knocking on.When I received my purchase, they were plopped in my basket and I was expected to put them in my car. Thankfully the Very nice security guy walked out and loaded them into my car.

Walmart is one of the most racial profile places on this earth 🌎. That store doesn't know how treat customers or co workers. That place needs to be investigate by the higher ups. Yall truly need to come down and investigate that store undercover. You thank me later

It was my son's birthday and I desperately needed a cake. I contacted the bakery and someone picked up to my surprise. Noone had answered at any other Walmart location.Torie, the bakery manager, kindly took my order and promised the cake would be ready the next day. The next day came and I received a text stating the order had been canceled. Ugh! When I contacted the store Jordan, another bakery manager, answered and stated the baker had "called in" that day. I explained to him that Torie had taken the order and stated she'd create it herself if need be. He kindly took the order again and offered a discount on the cake for all the trouble.I arrived later that day to pick up the cake and it was perfect!!! Torie did a STELLAR job and the item was discounted as promised. I wish I'd been able to meet her to thank her in person. My son was very happy at his "kickback" later on that evening and Torie helped save the day and make the event that much more special and memorable. Thank you so much!*I didn't get any great pictures of the cake unfortunately but hopefully you get the idea💡.

If you have home delivery service, brace yourself for poor service. Often delayed, sometimes it doesn’t show up at all, or a lot of items are missing. Try calling the store, there is never an answer. Customer service is hard to get to a person ( automated ) there aren’t any options in the app to solve some of the problems. Very frustrating! Plus it takes ip to a week to get your money refunded. So if you still have to get the items, you’re out twice the money for a while!

My order delivery driver pulled up across the street, sat there 30 seconds and then left. I got a message saying my order was delivered with a blank screen as "proof of delivery". $75 gone. I contacted Walmart and they said it'd be up to 10 days to process. I know it's not this stores issue but, still. $98 a year to have "Walmart" steal their stuff back from me? Not cool. Also not a renewing member.

The Walmart at 133rd & State Line needs better management. They are out of a lot of products & they don't keep their shelves restocked even when they have the groceries on pallets in the back of the store. Sitting on revenue because, too cheap to higher stockers. Some items sit empty for months. And, we are paying for the theft at this store, they allow them to walk out so they raise the prices for the honest people to pay for it. The police that monitor the store said they could get sued for stopping a thief if they don't see them take it. There are cameras everywhere & they still can't control their store. I witnessed a 20 year old male exit the store by slipping through the entrance gate with a bulging backpack on his back. He almost ran me down when he had to veer around my cart to the exit door. While this was happening a Walmart associate was checking a receipt of another shopper trying to exit, he had his back to the view of the entire room. You check a receipt, face the entire room next time!!!!!

Stopped to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy. There was no waiting, and the pharmacy technician was very professional and friendly. The pharmacy staff is usually very nice and helpful.

The store is always clean and nice! The employees not so much. This store has a nice selection of hair care products. They never have enough cashiers open. This store gets really crowded doing peak times. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed.

I live in Kansas and we drive further to go to this Walmart. I’ve never had one issue here. Great employees. I was helped above and beyond by Brandy in the housewares department. She is great!!

Waited to check out for almost 15 minutes before leaving my items and walking out. More security around there than employees that should be there to allow people to spend their money. Checkout person thought holding a conversation between scanning items was more important than letting people get on with their day.

My family and I were harassed and followed by a Caucasian female police officer on staff this morning. It was very noticeable and caused me to feel uncomfortable. I feel we were targeted because we were black. I'll be glad when people realize theft is most common in both the black and white community, though the news prefer to report it as a crime focused towards the black community. I proudly purchased all my items.Wake up ppl!!!!

There is a manager at the store named EMALEIGHI believe her name was who sings. She is queen of Walmart. She feels she has all the power in the world and she is at her job as a manager at Walmart I had an encounter with this particular manager at the self check out while spark, delivering for a customer. This manager in no way understands her job, the spark delivery, driver’s job or any idea of common decency or respect. This woman only motivation in life is to demean others and throw around her pseudo power. It speaks of Walmarts inability to properly staff its managerial roles with smart, respectful, customer oriented people.

Dear god the pace of the check out clerks is atrocious. It’s like they are numb. At one point there were 3 clerks standing around doing nothing and a line half a mile long. Awful experience but had no choice. Closest place for stuff bc my mom was in the hospital.

This was one of the better stores in the metro but the past few years its gone down. And it's a leadership issue. Now it's poorly faced, items not stocked for MONTHS.The associates do their best but its obvious from the way they are scattered through the store their managers do not know how to manage their work flow.Case in point the item attached. This item bulk stacked in the midway and was priced online for $145, signed in the store at $149 but rang and register for $229.

Jeremy team leader was great. I was looking for Cornish Hens and couldn’t find any out. As he was walking by I stopped him and asked him if Walmart had any. He looked and looked until he found where they had been relocated. He didn’t stop until he got me my 2 packages of Cornish Hens. He saved my Thanksgiving.

Really, Walmart? The store is full of people and you have like two lanes open. Checkout is backed up into the isles. What’s wrong with you? As much as everything is costing now you should be able to afford to pay employees to work your registers.After 20 minutes of waiting in line I got frustrated. Here’s my cart. I hope you have someone available to put everything back on the shelves. I really need these things but I’m frustrated and I have things to get done today.

It's Walmart. Nothing "super" about it. They still didn't be have half the stuff on my list. The employees who are shopping for someone else are even more rude an inconsiderate than regular shoppers, acting even more entitled parking their carts in the way and completely oblivious of shoppers around them. Hate this place.

Half of the stuff in the store is now behind a locked glass case, security gate and video screens at the entrance- this place obviously attracts citizen of the year types. The shelves are not stocked or are regularly empty and checking out is nothing but a frustration. Been a good run, Walmart but honestly not worth the extra hassle now with all of the other shopping options.
