I've never used the Wal-Mart pharmacy before, but it was a surprisingly good experience. I had some problems with one of my prescriptions, and they were great on the phone. Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. In-store they were all efficient and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this location.

On January third I went to walmart to use my OTC card for the new year. I shopped for fruit and vegetables and after I was done shopping I had several items but only fruit and vegetables which I had called my plan earlier and they said I could use the otc card to purchase. When I got to the cash register the cashier rang my items up and when it was time for me to use my otc card she said it wouldn't go thru she tried several times but to no avail so i puchased the items with cash. My thing is it Walmart doing this on purpose because of the paying system that the insurance company uses or is it that to many people are using these cards I don't know why it didnt work but Walmart is one of the stores the insurance said I could use it there. I called the insurance and they said that I had money on the card and that it should have worked. I just wish that this problem be solved because my Walmart is not just around the corner. Thank you for taking my complaint

The pharmacists, Dave, and tech assistants: Vickie, Ta'nae and Nina are absolutely the most professional and helpful team I have ever had the good fortune to encounter. They were resourceful in solving the technical issue and did everything with a smile and patience. Their attention to me in no way interrupted their ability to expedite transactions of the other customers who were also waiting to pick up an RX. Thank you all very much. I plan to spread the word on the stellar pharmacy department.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used!! Their customer service is top notch. Everyone knows that difficulty/mishaps can arise with communication between the doctor's calling in medication and the pharmacy fulfilling the order. I worked in a clinic so I am well aware that things can and DO go wrong sometimes. (but then again we all know that b/c we're human too) In the event of an issue they are really good at communicating and moving toward a solution.I'm from Virginia and in the process of moving, I've used various pharmacies. This stands out in a very good way. The people here are good at what they do and are kind in the process.

I'm sitting at home in quarantine and run out of my breathing medication. So I call in for a refill. Seems simple enough, right? No. I request for the med to be mailed to me since I can't pick it up. They assure me they can do that. They get my card info and such. 3 days later, with no confirmation or anything, I call again. Oh, my card was declined for some reason. Did they tell me? No. Ok, I give a new card. Should go through in abt 30mins, they say.Any confirmation? No. It's 3 days later and no meds in the mail still. No word from the pharmacy. So I call again. Oh, FedEx picked it up today. Should be here Monday (today is Friday. I initially called last Saturday). So glad I didn't have a severe case of covid as an asthmatic because I won't get my breathing medication until AFTER I'm out of quarantine! Oh, and the tech I spoke to the first time and the final time simply ended the conversation by hanging up on me. Worst experience I've had.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolute worst customer service ever for a Walmart pharmacy.Had a script written for Qty 3 and filled only once and then I filled via the app, and said it was lost.Pathetic and will never fill here again.

Is this store closing? Used to be the best in the KC area, but every time I go in there now a days the shelves are bare. Not sure who is in charge of hiring but recently every time I go in there I always come across a group of employees huddled up, laughing & carrying on loudly. I’ve even seen a couple talking on their cell’s while stocking shelves. If you ask for help they act so put off. I won’t be returning. I was after a tablet which ended up being cheaper on their website anyways.

Too bad I cannot give 0 stars. Pharmacist at this location actually goes out of his way to be unhelpful. He is rude to customers. A person needs to have trust in the pharmacy they go to. My business will be taken elsewhere.
