This store or the manager running this store between 3&5 pm Monday Jan 15 2023. This day was a horrible day to even be outside it was a historical day with temp., -16 out and snowing and we sat waiting for two hours for the bus .it was so cold that it drained my battery within 15 min. Of being outside and needed to see about the only way home which was the bus we were waiting for.. I went into Walgreens to plug my phone in to charge and was told I couldn't do so and was literally denying me help from anyone in the store even after pointing out how cold we were and how inhumane she was in the middle of an emergency ,and told her that being the manger there she should learn a little bit more about using better discretion and take a class with the Lord in being a descent and compassionate humanbeing in cases like this. And walked out along with another customer they should be ashamed and hold their selves accountable for such heartless acts on her neighbors

This location consistently locks the doors before the published "close" time of 10pm. The store was closed today upon arrival at 9:36pm, despite the signs on the door and their advertised times shown on Google as well as on their website/app.

This place is a joke. Went twice today as I do deliveries and the manager I believe named Marcus (has long braids) needs to be fired immediately. For a manager he greeted zero of the 10 guest in line making us wait 30 minutes. He then acted like he is on drugs. When I confronted him about the wait and poor customer service he ignored me and the other guest.

The ONLY reason I’m giving this two stars is because there’s ONE girl there that is actually competent. I’m tired of my medication being ready for days and my trying to be patient just to get there and have to wait in line FOREVER. I called today, because I have two full time jobs, so I wanted to make sure my prescription was ready. They said “20 minutes”. 2 HOURS later I get off work and it STILL isn’t ready. I got “20 minutes” once again. Who needs sleep, I guess. The only reason I still use this place is because it’s close by. Figure out your staffing, so you don’t have one person doing it all.

I used to go to this location strictly because I live within less than a mile radius and even if it looks sketchy I could usually be in an out quick. That is no longer the case. I have gone for prescriptions, deposit money on my Chime card, and pick up quick medical supplies. The store has very little stock, the prescriptions take an exorbitant amount of time to be filled and there’s always a long line whether you go through the drive-thru or go inside. My final straw was I needed to deposit money on my chime card and the cashier couldn’t be bothered to count my money. She honestly looked so confused and overwhelmed looking at the money I handed her. The cashier then handed it back to me and said yeah you need to recount this. I counted twice in the car. And she then called for the next customer. I then went back to the pharmacy as I know that’s where the only manager they ever have would be back there and I tell her the situation. She says nothing, counts the money and deposits it. She didn’t apologize for her employees shortcomings or for the inconvenience. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. So even if this is the closest location to be I will now drive to Leawood or Raytown instead of this location. And it’s still quicker than going to my corner store.

Went in the other day, before I was always hesitant to walk in this place but I walk in see a man I've never seen there before says he is the new assistant manager I believe he said his name was Bobby or Robbie but he greeted me and also after he told me it was just his third week there he didn't know much but my god that young man helped me accomplish this old dog find every single product I needed and for someone who is a neighbor I can't say enough that yes it was one time but I pray this is the beginning of change for this location with the crime and homeless he has given me hope for finally being able to go back to a store I once thought was pretty good.

The pharmacy staff is great when I can actually talk to someone. However, they are always short staffed. Anything I can do that is automated usually goes ok, but when anything happens where I need to speak to someone, the phone call never goes through. I'll be on hold for several minutes and then be disconnected. When I come to the store, there is always a long wait as well. I don't fault the staff at all. I think they are doing their best, but they really need more people to function. Please, get them the staffing they need.

The pharmacy staff was super helpful! The pharmacy I normally use was out of my medication. It was in stock at this Walgreens. This could have very well been a headache to deal with but the staff went above and beyond to make it as quick and easy as possible.

This incident happened 2/13/23 when i walked thru doors a pitbull came running up to me, no collar, leash. Person sitting on floor said it was his dog. Thats not ok suppose someone not familiar with dogs or scared & ran they would be dead. You can't have a dog running around the store

My first visit for my first dose of the Covid vaccine went well, but the time-sensitive second dose was a nightmare, and never happened. At first I was rainchecked to the next morning because they were overwhelmed, understandable, but when I arrived at 9am I quickly discovered I was the only one in the pharmacy department who did. I again rescheduled twice and both times the reservation was canceled... I sympathize with the workers, but draw the line at being casually lied to and no notification beyond finding out in person after making that trip twice.

I used to like this Walgreens but ever time I call then they just keep redirecting my call to the hold line. My doctor sent the prescription over at 10 am. It’s 1:30 and the prescription still isn’t ready. I received a message saying one was ready and I called earlier about the one that was ready and told them I will pick it up when I pick up the others to please get them ready when the doctor sends them over. Now I’ve been coming to this same Walgreens for 3 years. Every time I come up here now. There are new people working. Maybe it’s time to switch to Walmart or CVS.

This is the second time I've scheduled a covid test, had my confirmation email and arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment just to either be told they don't do covid testing here or they closed early for the day because there's a lack of pharmacists. No one calls to let you know your appointment is canceled, you just show up and no one is even at the window. Stop wasting peoples time.

The store is nice inside but the pharmacy needs improvement. I think they may be short on staff in the pharmacy because it can literally take 2 days for my prescription to be processed and filled. They will say it will be ready in an hour or 30 minutes but that is never true. If there will be a delay we need to know and not come back 5 hours later and it still not be ready or processed or anything. I can speak to several pharmacy workers and they never remember or make notes of what I have said, for example what insurance or discount card to use. It there is an issue with insurance or discount, they will not even fill it but just wait for you to call and wonder what is going on. I know they are struggling, but this has been an issue for the 2 years I have used this location. I have used Walgreens for years but because this is the only one close to me, I am considering moving all my prescriptions and family prescriptions to CVS or Walmart. I hope things get better at this Walgreens because the location is convenient and nice for our community.

The pharmacy does this thing where if you call they'll "answer" quickly (presumably for some metric) and then place you on hold again. Rinse and repeat for 20min to an hour. Today was fast, only 15 minutes to learn that the "problem with your refill" text I got was for a medication that I had already transferred to another location.

My favorite Walgreens to steal from. The workers even steal from there. Seen a blonde dread head that works here putting herpes medication in his pocket the other day I just laughed and stole a beer.

This pharmacy is so bad. The lines are long. You call and never get ahold of someone. They are severely understaffed. When you do get a hold of someone after a 40 minute wait on the phone the man has an accent and you can't even speak to them they don't understand you. So frustrating.

The store is fine. Pharmacy has been having issues with customers prescriptions. Was told there was no Pharmacist on duty! Did not have my medicine for 4 to 5 days. Other than that no issues.

Absolutely the rudest and most incompetent employees at this pharmacy I've EVER dealt with!! -000★'s is actually my rating. I was told by an employee in your pharmacy that another employee (who was being very helpful) was "spending to much time helping me with my scripts", and "I need to go to another pharmacy if I require that much assistance." What kind of a "professional" person says that to a loyal customer?! Well, obviously CAMILLE does.I will NEVER go to another Walgreens pharmacy OR shop at another Walgreens store again. I'd rather deal with Walmart.

I have to say that I was impressed with the service I received whilst shopping in this store! I wish I would have gotten everyone’s name that was working today, because they were all helpful and friendly. The pharmacist was more than willing to answer my questions, and he pointed me in the direction I needed (I have had meds thrown at me at other locations). They noticed that I was looking for something specific that I was wandering aisles for, and asked me if they could help multiple times. I am usually ignored at Walgreens, but was very happy to have been serviced the way I was today. Great experience, and it was my first time at this location.

I will NEVER step foot in another walgreens for the rest of my life. After being told my meds weren't available and they should be in on the next truck. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called several times to check on the status just to sit on hold for over an hour and be hung up on. Never again.

Placed a photo order in the morning. Selected this store because others in town couldnt do the same day. Stop by at the end of the workday just to find out my order wasnt ready because they were out of printing stock. Didnt get a phone call or email and it is now too late in the day to find another location to get prints made at. Guy behind the counter couldnt tell me when they would be able to take care of my order, not to mention he didnt know how to wear a face mask. Will never visit this location again

Occasionally, you have to wait on an employee to come to the front counter to check you out. Most of the employees behave like they don’t want to work. Some of them don’t even know where certain products are located.Their pharmacy is worse. They close at random unscheduled times. They often mess up your prescriptions and they make excuses for everything.

Good location but it seems understaffed. It is hard to tell if they are understaffed or if the employees just don't like it there. I picked up some photos and the person behind the counter wouldn't even extend their arm to hand me the envelope of pictures. I had to reach over the counter to get to where she was holding them. Overall just make it an awkward transaction.

The pharmacy is terrible after being on hold for over 30 minutes 2x someone deliberately picked up the phone and hung it up 2x I called about a prescription I’ve been waiting on that I have needed for 2 days that’s still saying pending that I have refills available on. This should be unacceptable.

Extremely rude employees. I waited on the phone for 25 minutes because I was told to call back about something they could have left in my voicemail. When I drew attention to this, they threatened to put my prescription back on the shelf. Brianna then proceeded to end the call when she wanted to without notice. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy or talk to their rude employees.

scheduled a covid booster for which i received THREE confirmation emails over the five days until the appointment date. i arrived on time only to be told they weren't giving boosters until "tomorrow" and told me to reschedule. obviously if i could have done it tomorrow, i would have scheduled it for tomorrow. and why did i received THREE confirmation emails telling me it was STILL happening? waste of time.

On Christmas morning my meat thermometer broke. I drove to Walgreens and asked if they carried them. I was told no. I drove back home and found on internet Walgreens did carry them. So I called and again was told no so I drove back there and found it. When a customer makes an inquiry then an employee SHOULD do what they are hired to do.Patricia Brink

I recently suffered a stroke. I required a walker. I purchased the walker at Walgreen's. When put together it was defective with a wheel that did not track, creating a dangerous situation if used. When returned, there was a $10 fee to return a dangerous defective product.
