Tiffany had an amazing experience with her shampoo, blow dry and haircut. If you live anywhere near the KC Metro I highly recommend having your fur baby groomed here. Keegan was so gentle and took time with my sweet cat to make sure that she wasn’t scared. This is the first time that she has looked wonderful and hasn’t hidden under the bed afterwards!

Keegan did a wonderful job with my 14.5 year old shi-poo who previously had had the same groomer for 14 years. He made Wicket feel safe and his ears are adorable!!! I wish I could take better pics…. But he’s wiggly.

Mariah did a fantastic job. She was great with my dog, listened to what type of cut I wanted. Love that they do one dog at a time & I took her in & then picked her up at soon as she was done. I would highly recommend.

I requested a gender reveal cake to be made so we could include our dog in our announcement. We loved the results on how it looked and our dog ate every last crumb of the cake! Turnaround time was very quick and they even sent me photos of the blue to be sure it was what I had in mind. Communication was smooth and we loved the end result! Thank you for helping us make our gender announcement so fun!

Keegan was excellent, and really took excellent care of our pet! I really feel like we left our dog in the best company to get groomed. He came back to us smelling delightful (a feat with a hound), with a silky soft coat. We love coming here for treats for our guy, and will absolutely be returning for their grooming services again!

Our elder pup went there for a full grooming service and we loved the experience! The lady was so nice and clearly treated our pup with care. She didn’t have any knicks that indicated she was hurt in any way. It also didn’t take long at all. I loved that she didn’t have to spend the whole day there (probably 2 hours total). This is the ONLY place she has come back to us not shaking. Will 100% be returning☺️

Had our 11lb Morkiepoo groomed. She is normally squirmy but the groomer said she did really well! I attribute that to the kind and calm disposition of the groomer.

Keegan is awesome! He is gentle, careful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Besides all that, he did the most beautiful groom on my heart dog, a rough collie, that she has ever had! If she were a show dog, she would be ready to rock! We have our groomer! Thank you!My boy collie also needed grooming so I decided to become a returning customer. He is very shy but he was so good with Keegan who gave him Keegan-cookies. My Collies’ groomer in Florida always uses a muzzle with both of them but not Keegan. He is a dog whisperer. Calm and sweet with both. Here is an after photo of my boy,scraggly no more! Two wonderful experiences!

Mannie was great!! We walked in last minute and asked for a personalized dog treat. He not only made it on the spot, but let my little boy add sprinkles to it to feel included in the birthday celebration. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely ask for Mannie!!!! 😊

Keegan is the BEST groomer. He is so gentle and caring with my dogs, who are both nervous nellies. It is clear he truly connects with animals and wants them to be comfortable as they’re being groomed. He also takes so much extra care with the grooming itself; no detail is overlooked. They always look and smell gorgeous when they are finished! I live about an hour from this location, but it seems 100% worth it when I know my dogs are being treated so well. As a side note about the store itself… the treats are all adorable - another customer joked that she was so tempted to try a dinosaur cookie, and I had to agree they looked perfect. (My dogs enjoyed the taste, but I was able to resist actually eating one, haha.) The other staff members were all personable and kind as well. I love the cute sign outside that it looks like someone hand made it. It is just a super cute shop and we will definitely be making the trip up north again.
