My experience with Rebecka is excellent. I would recommend her without a doubt. I have 2 shih tzus that are groomed every 8 weeks. They don’t enter or leave stressed which is very important to me. The appointments are structured so dogs are not around multiple other dogs. Appointment times are kept so it is efficient. I have been asked numerous times by strangers where my dogs are groomed and I am happy to tell them by Rebecka at Treats Unleashed.

This was our first time using the self service grooming room and WOW! It was SO easy and SO convenient.Once the associate was available, she came and checked on us to make sure we were okay, and helped us with the settings to the products available. We have 4 dogs, 2 of which are huskies, and taking them to get professionally groomed is not only pricey, but very stressful on them. We had such a great time and were so impressed by the amenities available. And the best part was being able to just walk out the door and not worry about the mess! We will be back for sure, and probably end up signing up for the membership!

I don't want to share this worker's name because while she experienced a series of unfortunate events, she also handled a few tough situations with professionalism. I had ordered a cake for my dog's birthday and went to pick it up a day after I asked for it. When I went in, the worker who helped me couldn't find the order but said it was no problem to do another one and I could come back and pick it up later. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day. When I went back, the same woman was working and she told me the cake was ready. I waited and she came back down on herself. She said she had accidentally dropped it and it's in a bunch of pieces compounded by the fact that she was mad at herself for not having it done the day before. I told her life happens. All good. Its just a cake. :) She refunded my money, gave me a general birthday cake and some treats. The thing is, my dog doesn't know when his birthday is. But, what we know after getting such amazing compassionate service is how great Treats Unleashed and the team there is. We will definitely be back again and again....

If you are nervous about taking your anxious dog to the groomer, look no further! This place is so gentle with dogs, and cats. They are a stress free environment. If your dog isn’t comfortable with something, they move on to the next thing, and let you know. Nyle took really good care of my anxious dog. My dog is also part golden retriever, which can be a difficult coat to groom. They also do cruelty free, pet friendly hair die. You just need to stop by and visit.

Such a great experience, I am so glad I found them! I have an Akita which can sometimes be reactive to other dogs, having a suite to ourselves made the experience stress free because I didn't have to worry about other dogs in the self-wash area. I will definitely be back!

This was Maya's first time using the self wash. I loved having a private room. She was nervous and it helped knowing that it was just me and her with no other distractions. It was really convenient that they offered all of the products that I could have needed for her. Maya loved how they had treats available and this helped calm her down a bit. My favorite was the dryer. This makes it so worth it because she has a lot of hair and takes forever to dry. The apron for me was a nice touch. I had plenty of time with her and we even got a special treat afterwards. Love this place and would highly recommend.

Love you guys, 1st time giving my pup a bath here. Much easier than having to lean over the bathtub at home, and I certainly don't miss the mess afterward. The hamburger treat afterward was devoured in the car on the way home. Very happy puppy and human, thank you!

Called for a b day cake first thing in the morning and was greeted by a wonderful gentleman on the phone that said he would be able to help me out on this particular day. The cake turned out wonderful and the pups enjoyed it to. Thanks Treats Unleashed!!

Went to get my dog washed for the first time and booked ahead. Got a quick explanation about how the wash station worked and was able to get my dog taken care of and gave him a good brush and dry. They have a nice set of supplies and it’s a decent sized room to wash your dog. Also bought some treats afterwards which my dog later devoured at home. Only reason I couldn’t rate this place higher was because the employee behind the counter seemed to want us out of the store as quickly as possible and made me feel more like a nuisance rather than a customer.

The staff was very helpful and they have a surprisingly large selection. They helped me pick out new toys for my dog who recently went blind. He loved them and started playing just like he did before he lost his sight. I greatly appreciate their help in selecting enriching toys for my silly little guy!

What a wonderful find Treats Unleashed was for my dog. I love their self wash dog station. I was able to go online, reserve the room and give my dog a groomer style bath versus trying to do it at home. The best part is their shampoo station, it is attached through the hose, so you turn the water on, spray down your dog, flip the switch on the hose to one of five shampoo choices, and now you can evenly shampoo your dog, flip it to rinse and your done They provide several brushes, ear cleaner, and even dog cologne spray. It was mess free so easy and the staff was very very nice. I will be back not only for the grooming, but they have a wonderful selection of toys, treats, all things for my dog.

Keegan groomed my Akita and Great Pyrenees and did an amazing job! I worked as a groomer previously and this is the first groom both dogs have been with someone other than myself. I was a bit nervous leaving them. Absolutely phenomenal work. They were so soft, well trimmed up and smelled great. They seemed very comfortable around this groomer and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Josie always does such a WONDERFUL job when grooming my pup! I am so impressed with the meticulous care that she gives to my boy. I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and she does such a beautiful job with his hair trim and nails/pads. We'll follow her wherever she goes, she is truly an incredible groomer and such a kind human being. You can tell that she cares deeply about each pet that she grooms. Also, quality care and an affordable price. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place! Hannah has beenb our groomer for almost three years. She is fantastic! You can pick as specific time for your grooming appt so your pet isn't in a crate for hours. The shampoo smells wonderful and they take care of everything else for a perfect groom. All the girls up front are sweet and helpful and the price is what I paid elsewhere. We've already scheduled our next session

Josie is amazing! She does such a good job on my longhair chi. When I pick up she is happy and seems to really enjoy Josie. IMO Josie is the best groomer. She pays attention to the details and I love how she trims her paws! PerfectNiles who is also a groomer is so kind and does an amazing job as wellHighly recommend
