A very rude employee at self-checkout.Despite the multiple signs stating that ALL nail care was on sale for 20% off, it didn’t show up when I scanned my items. I confirmed on the app that they were all covered by the sale and called the older lady who was at self-checkout (today at 11:15 am), showed her the issue, and she didn’t even bother to help fix it. She gave me attitude the entire time acting like I was the problem instead of the system not applying the discount.Not happy that I had to pay full price for all of my items when the simple fix is to adjust the pricing so it matches the sale. Ridiculously annoying.

It’s a great store that unfortunately has aggressive AT&T sales people hovering in the back. Really unfortunate when you’re in the book isle and a sales person FOLLOWS YOU down the isles and has to be told no twice before they leave….talk about uncomfy

This Target has everything you need from furniture, clothes, bakery, starbucks, household items, etc. It's very clean and well organized but the only downfall for me it that the self checkout machines in the morning are blocked off and when I get cash back from a particular cashier in the morning, she always shakes her head and makes me feel bad. I get their till is small in the morning, and I get they my be short staffed to watch over the self checkout but it's inconvenient for someone who just wants to get in and out before work.Other than that, I still love shopping here and will be back!

Came to this specific store for a specific cake that online said they had 7 of in stock, get all the way here and there’s not even 1, extremely frustrating.

Sadly half my pickup order was missing and a few items were expired. It's way too far away go back and get my missing items. Took me nearly thirty minutes to get my refund and I was denied my target bonus because of the refund. Yeah, should have checked my order. But it was two large grocery orders and it definitely looked like enough bags. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Location gets busy for pick-up sometimes, but they are always quick getting the order ready after purchase and they are super nice even if it takes a bit for them to bring it out.

I go to this Target all the time and Tom who works there is such a nice guy! He is always friendly, courteous, and willing to help you find whatever you need! My props to Tom!

This super target always has what I need! I went to the ward parkway target, they refused to take my manufactures coupon for dove men care deodorant, left ward parkway and came to this target and they accepted the coupon! Imagine that! This target for the win!

Target is my FAVORITE place to shop! Now, and especially during the pandemic, because their HELPFUL employees and cleanliness of the store made shopping feel PLEASANT and SAFE. Their PRICES are incredible and the beauty & personal items section has more variety than anywhere. Their FOOD section carries all the top brands, including organic selections. It is always such a positive experience to shop there.

9:45AM on a weekend, both self checkouts closed, only two registers open with a line 5+ deep, no express lane for under 12 items. Shopping time, 3 minutes, checkout time 15 minutes. Target people walking around all over but not one can cover the self checkout area?No manager on duty, team leader said it is because they have several pallets of perishables to unload… has nothing to do with the front end mismanagement. Much better served to go to my local grocery store. Target has lost everything they used to be! Now they are just a retailer I used to know….

I love this target but lately I’m not sure if they have had a lot of thieves that are poc but me and my sister are watched like hawks now. It’s very uncomfortable and I’ve noticed them standing there watching me check out and even had someone asking me did I ring up an item at self checkout. Maybe if you guys had more lanes open you wouldn’t have to ask me was Something rung up. I am a target red card holder and I spend hundreds of dollars a year here and this is my favorite target but in the past year not so much…..

I want to complement Julietta in the eye glass department on August 19. I came in because I lost the screw on my glass frame and although the store was very busy, she fixed my glasses quickly and I was not charged. She took care of me with a smile and took care of the customers with efficiency.

5-14-23 @1:05pmTarget, 1201 W 136th St, Kansas City, MO 64145Today as I was checking out… I told the cashier I was using a Snap card that only had $5 available And I used my Target dollars and would pay the rest in cash… well the cashier didn’t know how to apply the payment method so she went to ask a team leader… which told her no I can’t pay that way that it would have to all be on the snap card. Now I clearly told her there was only $5 on the card,., and that there is a way to put a specific amount in to come off the card.. and that it’s been done there.., she rudely replied that she will address it because it’s not supposed to be done.. and proceeded to rudely and loudly tell me I can’t pay with the snap card. After they have already applied my Target cash… and it did not get put back…. Needless to say I didn’t make a purchase there. I took my business somewhere where the staff was friendly and professional.. I will not be returning to shop in your store, I will also be contacting Snap (Department of Social Services) to alert them that customers are not being able to properly use their cards in your store.Some serious DIVERSITY TRAINING is needed with your staff.

Don’t waste any time coming to this target… full shopping cart, and $213 dollars later. Instead of being greeted with a hello, or how are you doing from the manger at self checkout she instead asked if we rung up our toilet paper and napkins. I am confused on why they have those devices/cameras if they are going to be rude and ask if i rung something up.

Wonderful experiences at this location, everyone has been pleasant and attentive to our needs. Drive up order was received with no errors, inside the store has always been clean and tidy and if help is needed all the employees I have encountered have been ready to help!

I don't know if it was just my time for a bad target run, but I didn't really appreciate the attitude I got from a cashier at the self -check out. I needed an item removed, and I was looking around to see who could help me. The person I got didn't way a word to me, but sighed and glared the entire time he assisted me. I love shopping at target, and I get it he might've been having a bad day. But it wasn't my fault that the item I wanted was put on the wrong price fixture, and I certainly wasn't trying to ruin his day.

Was pretty let down by the amount of sections that were just wiped. I couldn’t get the AirPods or Play Station that I came there for. Not to mention I counted 3 employees during the hour and half I was there and had to check out my $300 order myself.

Returned an online item with ease in less than 1 min. No waiting in line. I also turned around and shopped quite a bit spending a little over an hour in the store. The lady at the register- Karen was very nice and efficient, pleasant to talk to and appeared to really enjoy her job.

We have a great Target (especially after the recent remodel). The store is always clean, bright, well organized and well stocked. It is rare that I can't find what I'm looking for. The real bonus is that the staff has their act together and genuinely seem to enjoy working as a team. It just makes for a pretty good shopping experience compared to other big boxes.
