This is the worst store.If you have a problem go to the site on Barry Road.Zona Rosa store is not the place to get help.I made 3 trips there and never got my problem fixed. And stay away from big nail painted #$/%@ hole.He should learn some social maners.

Awful prices and abhorrent customer service make you wonder how any business other than a large chain like this obviously is, could survive. It's a phone dealership, you'd think they'd have been taught that in training?Be nice and distract people from your awful prices, people!

I went in to purchase a new iPhone for my granddaughter. We were greeted and helped immediately. The salesgirl told us the cost of the phone would be more than what it says online, with a very vague explanation as to why. After she scanned the phone, she said the total price would be almost $100 more than she had just told us moments before! When I pointed this out, she gave a very snotty look over her glasses and told us to let her speak. I let her speak and when I asked her another question, she gave us extremely dirty looks instead of helping us. As we walked out, she went to the back room to put the phone away and very loudly started cackling to her coworkers. Very unprofessional and we will not be coming back if this is how customers will be treated.

I been meaning to leave this review and finally got a chance to do it. I came to this store about 2 weeks ago to have my information transferred from one phone to a new phone. Brittani was super helpful and stayed with me the whole time making sure that information transferred correctly. It took about an hour and a half and instead of just leaving me there bored for that long, she was always making sure that the phones were doing what they were supposed to be doing. Brittani was super helpful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend coming to this store. They definitely care about you concerns. Thank you Brittani once again. You were totally awesome!!!!!

Customer associate and Manager only hear what they want to hear. I feel invisible. They don’t want to listen because they know everything. They run back and forth to the back room every couple of minutes. Very annoying. Ready to switch carriers.

Weve been long time customers 14 + years and don't feel appreciated by the company. I mean they offer no credits or lowering of the bill. However the 3 people that helped us they were very knowledgeable and amazing

The store manager displayed the most disgusting-unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced. I bought a phone from them, the rep that sold me the phone told me my bill would be a specific amount and to come to the store if anything looked funny on my bill. Well, it did. I went to the store and was met by Brendan Dunn. Immediately he was nonchalant and very dismissive to the problems that i was having. I had to call customer support from my cell in the store because he refused to assist me. “I’m not going to call them because that won’t help me,” is a direct quote from him. I had to visit the store two other times to resolve this issue and it was mainly done by the care team over the phone. I’m not usually one to leave to leave negative reviews but this store deserves 0 stars.

After many hours spent on the phone with various reps, all who made the situation worse (very abnormal for T-Mobile), the employee at the store was able to get things taken care of. Not only that, but she fixed some things that had been done by reps that were more inconsequential but still needed fixed. The wait was not long at all.

I went there to try and get my phone fixed with the full coverage I have on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra 1TB) They kept insisting I replace my phone. I was okay with the idea even though the lost time I got a new phone it took 43 hours 26 minutes to finish transferring my files from my Note 10+. But they wanted to down grade me to a Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra 512Gb and charge me $250 on I phone $980 more then the phone they wanted me to get for the replacement..... GET BENT! I paid $2000 for this phone I'm not paying $250 for half the phone I currently have. Then they insisted on closing a sale on trading my phone in for $350 TRADE-IN for the SAME PHONE they wanted to charge me $250 for replacement meaning they were trying make me pay for a new phone I didn't want full price with a $350 discount instead of getting it for only $250. In what world does that sound like a better option!?

Awesome place, came in to switch from AT&T, traded in, got the promo they were/ might still be offering in a timely manor. I recommend Katie I believe her name was. Better service, price, more hotspot gigabytes, customer service, and they offer financing for accessories which is important when you always have to have the new IPhone lol. T-Mobile you have earned my 5 star review.

Lots of folks working the store and was told to call T-mobile on my phone. You'd think they could assist with their own equipment. Third star is for T-mobile, which I've had and like a very long time. Experience in the store at this location, not so good.

It smells like a locker room but service was good. Really, use some good cleaners or something, it smells bad.We’ve been told that we need to upgrade our phones because they won’t be compatible with their towers….we’ve also been told that our phones are fine. No one seems to know for sure.

No one answers the phone and ill-informed workers on the evening shift. I called twice throughout the day and no one answered the phone. I go to the store, told the lady I need to fix my phone, she asks if I have insurance, I said yes and she tells me to go to U Break, I Fix and they'll they'll fix it. She confirmed they no longer have service technicians and they send everyone to U Break and they'll issue a claim through my insurance. Of the 4 people who appeared to be working there no one bothered telling me to go to another T Mobile store 2 miles down the road to get my phone fixed. Or to make an appointment online to have my phone serviced. I had to find this out from my sister who just got her phone fixed there (she has T Mobile too). All they did was tell me to go to U Break, I Fix and they'll they'll fix it if I have insurance. Either the workers there tonight were ignorant of what stores can provide tech services or they really didn't want to be bothered to help me. I've been in retail for 10 years and that was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and that's saying a lot.

Been to T-Mobile a couple of times over the past week and we had nothing, but friendly, professional service from both Solana and James the store manager. Both reps worked hard to get us taken care of. Will definitely be back!

I needed to go to the T-Mobile store to get a new sim card because the one that was mailed to me did not work properly. I was quickly greeted by MORGAN B. She was very professional, personable and witty (which I enjoyed). She worked on my I-pad while conducting an enjoyable, personal chat, about my cat named Morgan and making the time flow nicely. Some people are assets, others are liabilities. Morgan I believe is an asset. Thank you for the wonderful service Morgan.

This particular location on winter road is the worse, if I could give it 0 stars I would! I went there to get a new phone, as I have many times, they never have phones in stock & are unable to answer any questions, once in a while though your are able to if your lucky get someone that knows something about the phones & T-Mobile. I have tried 4 times in a week. I asked one person why do they work for TMobile at the store and they replied it was because they work off of commission.

I am honestly surprised at all the bad reviews! Cell phone stores are kind of like cable companies, or banks. We know they all suck, but we use them anyway. I was having issues upgrading my phone online, as well as the other line on my account and on both occasions (2 separate groups of staff) our trip was a breeze! No pushy sales tactics, friendly, helpful, and kept my son entertained while quickly setting up the phones. Definitely a better trip than expected!

Made me promises then changed they're tune later.Im actually calling my attorney because I think they're may be illegal business practices happening as well as fraud to the consumer at this location.Very unhappy never to be a customer because of this.

When I had iphone/Sprint issue I called Sprint 1-800 number a few times and none of the customer service representative were able to help.I decided to go and speak to local store and when I was there, manager Jeremy listen to my problem, troubleshoot some options and nothing worked. But he didn’t give up, he told to come back and he will make a few phone calls to see what can be done in my case. Next week I met him at the Zona Rosa Store again and he came up with creative solution which made me smile. He fixed my problem. Very customer oriented mindset and great store to go for any Sprint related needs.Thank you Jeremy A+++.

My husband and I wanted to switch to Sprint, keep our 2 iPhones (purchased directly from Apple) and purchase/lease 2 others. To keep this review as short as possible, we ran into every possible obstacle (all due to Apple and a little AT&T), but Brittany and Taj (as well as a few others) did NOT ever give up, were super patient, and never even bad mouthed the other provider or Apple throughout the entire process. Also, everyone there seemed to get along with each other well and worked as a team, which is often hard to find. They were so incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Went there yesterday, needed a download, guy acted like no problem, do it all the time. My phone locked up. He never tried to help, tried to get us to take service insurance for 15.00 a month. I said, no. He said you have to take it to apple on the plaza. We went to Sprint on Barry Rd. Fixed it in 20 min. No charge. Don’t waste your time at Zona Sprint.

I went to the sprint in Zona Rosa today and had the pleasure of having Taj help me. He helped me get the new iPhone and even dealt with all the craziness of me having over 6k photos and other data to transfer over to the new phone. It took a while to get done, but he was so great through the whole process. I noticed even though he was helping me if anyone would walk in he would make eye contact and welcome them and ask them how he could help. Instead of others who would just continue to help their customer and ignore that someone new walked in. Anyways, overall I had a really good experience today!

I would give this place zero stars. Customer service is awful. They are rude and dont really want to help. We wanted to get a new phone but according to them they have no Samsung phones in stock except one called an ultra and they couldnt even show us what it looks like or any information about it. They just give each other looks like they are only trying to sell the most expensive phone. Awful place.

Great experience at the Zona Rosa Sprint store! Employees were extremely helpful and were able to get us taken care of quickly and effectively. Many thanks to Ta'Vian D. for assisting us as soon as we walked in the door! Great one stop shop location, will visit again.
