I appreciated the friendly service when I called to ask if a prescription for my dog be left at the front door for pick-up after business hours. The staff person was very accommodating and had the prescription in a marked envelope waiting for me. I was able to get the much needed prescription filled, which I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. Also, I have always loved how the staff know my dog by name even over the phone and treat her so special.

Took me a few vets to find the perfect one for my fur baby and this is the one! He’s had so many issues as I said took a few vets to find one that would ACTUALLY help instead of giving general advice. Rockhill has helped my boy with all issues other vets couldn’t and giving me the info I need in return as well as healing my boy quickly! I love them and will continue to go here and bring all future pets here!

Rockhill Pet Clinic is the best! We love everyone that works there. Our dog, Finn, also loves everyone who works there.They are all so helpful, communicative, kind and obviously love pets. They send out regular care reminders for your pet, provide several appointment reminders/confirmations, and check in with you 24 hours after your pet's appointments.The first time we took Finn in was for a little check-in about a week after we brought him home and we were nervous because we had just taken him from the only home he knew and then he was going to be in this strange new place! The staff were so great and sent us pictures of him having a good time eating some cheese lol (picture included).We love them so much that we have basically used them as a one-stop-shop for vet care, grooming, and boarding. We trust them and know our pup loves them (even if he doesn't always love being left behind). They have really great grooming prices! (second picture is him after one grooming session there).We are pretty bummed we don't live as close anymore because it makes it more challenging to get there, but we have still continued to us them as our vet for Finn.Thank you for everything you do, Rockhill team!

This clinic loves my kitties. They are just the best. I boarded my girls for 10 days at Rockhill and my kitties were so content. Plus they look out for physical changes. They want the best life for them. I’m 110% happy with every detail. I drive quite a ways, but it is worth it because of the love and expertise my kitties receive.Great staff, outstanding doctors. I can’t say enough.

I Love Rockhill Pet Clinic!! The staff are just wonderful, they really care about you and your pet. I know when I bring Coco to the clinic I don’t worry at all especially when I have to board her for long periods of time. This is the only Pet Clinic in the city as far as I’m concern.

My Bailey has been a patient there for years, when I had to euthanize my Brilliance all the staff was so very supportive. I compare it to hospice care In customer service. The grooming service and the Boarding service is excellent. They have great doctors 😳 jones family

The first appointment I ever scheduled with Rockhill Pet Clinic was a semi-emergency for our cat who had (what we thought was) an ear infection and was visibly uncomfortable. Even though we were new clients, they were able to take our cat in first thing the next morning (even though I was calling at 6 pm on a Friday!). They took great care of him, taught us a lot about cat allergies, and helped us care for our poor itchy-eared baby. We've been taking both of our cats there ever since. Recently, we opened our home to a stray cat who was extremely affectionate and heavily pregnant. We brought her in to the vet for an exam before she gave birth, then brought all the kittens + mama in about a week after they were born. The enthusiasm of the staff at Rockhill Pet Clinic is contagious, as you can tell everyone deeply loves their job and all the animals they get to work with. Everyone is always so helpful and kind. I've called before to just ask questions, and they're always on it. They even called several times after we brought in the mama cat and after she gave birth to just get updates on how they were all doing. They even asked us to email pics of the kittens before we ended up bringing them in. Rockhill Pet Clinic is in it solely for the care and love of animals, and there is no question about it. Thank you for always taking care of our fur family!

Rockhill Pet Clinic is the best! They've always taken care of our fur babies. My boys actually get excited to go see them! They always call to check in after a booster, procedure, casting, etc. It means a lot to have them check in on our fur babies! They're great at explaining costs upfront too. Dr. Miller and the rest of the folks at Rockhill are great. They very clearly have your pet’s best interest at heart, and as tough/busy as running a vet operation can be, they still manage to make time when your pet needs it (or when you’re unsure if they need it). Never used them but I called multiple vets all highly reviewed and even my personal vet on advise for allergies with my pitbull whom I’ve had since a puppy and is 5 years old now. She’s never had them before. No one would even talk to me or kept trying yo update things or telling me I had to bring her in. I left a voicemail with the Rockhill nurse and she called me wothin a hour and went over what I was currently doing and what she suggested. Very nice woman and informative. Never once mentioned bringing her in. I wish I could remember her name but these people have good customer service and it’ll likely become my new vet. I’ve always used Blue Springs Animal Hospital and they’re great but I expected more from the customer service

I have taken my senior cat here twice now. They are professional, caring, up front about pricing, and wonderful with communication. Grateful they offer grooming services as well. Will continue to take my cat here in the future. Happy to have finally found a good vet in KC for my boy.

Rockhill is our dedicated vet. We have tried many in the area and this team is the best. Everyone very clearly cares. They work with us on getting scheduled (we have a house of 5 pets). We have an elderly cat and this vet is so good with her and our needs to give her a good last few years of her life. We won't be going anywhere else for our pets.

Everyone there is awesome. However I feel as if I am there often spending unnecessary money. My dog has allergies and gets yeast ear infections always every year, but even though they know what it is they have to run tests they will not prescribe him any of the medication he was using for it unless I bring him in. I know they have to make their money to keep them open , stop the squeezing please come on. Been going there for many years my dog has been on thyroid medication and was doing blood work 1 time a year now they wanted me to bring him every 6 months I don't know what changed but that's 300.00 I don't have. I guess I will have to take him off of it. So sad they are doing this to customers that have been faithful for 15 years or to anyone else in that matter.

They have always been there to help me take the best care of all my dogs. Right now young Maggie is my only child dog and I depend on Rockhill to keep her healthy. (Waiting for Covid restrictions to be lifted.)June 2022, Covid restrictions lifted. Maggie still being treated with the greatest respect at the Clinic. Maggie finding it extremely hard to get back into the doctor visit mode. She is far to shy, but everyone seemed to understand and with time I am hoping she’ll be back to her old self.

Update: It's been over a year and I still stand by this review. Also, I highly recommend anyone visiting Rockhill Pet Clinic purchase Companion Protect for their pet, especially a new pet. It has already saved me thousands of dollars treating Lux's autoimmune disorder.I feel comfortable taking my kitten to the Rockhill Pet Clinic and trust RPC to give my baby the very best care. He has respiratory issues and Rockhill has been fantastic about helping get him on the right medications. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Most all of them have their own pets and their insight into toys and products that really go over well with pets is invaluable. They always offer me a water or a coffee when I have an appointment and the veterinarians are always on time. I've never had to wait long. The lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. Most importantly my cat feels comfortable being there. He loves the attention and treats he receives. I've never owned my own pet before, and I'm happy to have Rockhill on my team.

New to KC looking for affordable quality pet support for my dog Gracie. Initially chose this clinic after finding them on the maps app being close to the where I'm staying but now I can't imagine taking her anywhere else. Their excellence in care and support are second to none at least in my 3 1/2 yrs since I acquired Gracie as a puppy. The receptionist, nurse & Dr were all very welcoming and personable answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I treasure their expertise & "from the heart" care Gracie received.

The entire staff from doctors to veterinarian tech members and other front-line staff, are just amazing at Rockhill Pet Clinic. They are prompt, expert diagnosticians and provide courteous, individualized attention to both of our senior dogs. One of our dogs has 3 legs and requires more oversight and we appreciate all of their extra efforts in caring for her. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring staff. Update: No change in rating- I found a cat in my backyard this summer and took him here to be scanned for a chip, get a basic exam, and tested for FeLV and FIV. He's about the same age as my adopted kitty and they were able to give me just what I needed to make sure he was safe to be housed with her. Taco got to go hang out with the vet techs while found kitty (Later named Nacho Bell Grande) was being examined. Taco loved it and Nacho did fine. I've never had cats not hate the vet, like full blown peeing themselves, growling, swatting, even had a childhood cat end up in a straitjacket. I'm starting to question if the building is just infused with catnip and feliway 😆I came here for the free initial exam after adopting a pet from KC Pet Project. I was impressed with how much time was spent with my cat, Taco during her visit. We returned for some vaccination boosters last week and again, Taco got a lot of individual attention during a follow-up with no exam. I do think the prices are a little high for the shots but it's worth it for all the time/attention. With that time comes attention and care to any issue or question I have. I've been given helpful advice or suggestions for little issues and adjustments. Taco has been adjusting quite well to my home. She loves visiting her friends at Rockhill Pet Clinic and she especially enjoys the treats and cheek scratches. My cat sat at the door crying for the staff to come back in.

Pads bills and has almost no expertise on stuff not available elsewhere. In this neighborhood you don’t need to be upsold you need a quality product. Heavily push unneeded testing and wasted my time on numerous occasions. I’ve never felt robbed on animal bill until this place….

This place is absolutely wonderful with my cats. One of my cats was known as SUPER hard to handle with his last vet and they get along with him great at Rockhill.
