came in to ask for an appointment, was told,"you can leave your dog at 8am and will call by 12pm. yours is not the only dog." yes, i understand that my dog is not the only dog. i also understand that if you talk this way to a new customer, i do not want to imagine how you will treat my dog. for asking an appointment for a short-haired lab, and getting an answer of 4 hours is unsatisfactory. especially if he is a service dog. thank you very much for making my decision for NOT using any of your services an easy one.

First time customer but will definitely visit Old Mill Pet Grooming again! The staff was friendly and they did a great job bathing and trimming our toy poodle (Rocky). Really appreciated the curbside service. We were told Rocky also got to play with other dogs, which explains why he's worn out! Thank you!

My first day at this groomer was enough to convince me that this is the place for us! Duffy did very well and got to play with other dogs and didn't have to spend time in a cage. Good price and got a good cut/full groom. Looks so cute! I'll post a pic after next visit.Thank you, staff, for being so friendly and helpful. Oh, and good curbside service!!

They fit us in on short notice, while we were in from out of town and our dog was dying from the August heat. Not only did they do a great job with the clip, but he came out clean, happy, and with an awesome little tie around his neck. They also offered good advice for future DIY grooming, and said we could call back any time with questions. We went to Old Mill as a referral, and I would happily do the same for the next person looking for a quality groomer.

Careful they will trim your dog's nails and then make you go home and file them smooth her fresh trimmed nails they charged me $20 for kept catching on stuff and hurting her until I shaped them up. Rude service and very unprofessional.

I was allowed to drop my dog off but, when I got home I was told to come back and get her because her appointment wasn’t that day🤷🏽‍♀️. The lady that took my dog advised me she could groom my dog today. Not sure we’re wires got crossed but this was very inconvenient to me the customer.

Love Old Mill! Natalie & her mom are wonderful with dogs! Plus the dogs get to run around and play with each other while waiting to be picked up. My dog, Ruby, loved Old Mill and I will be taking our new mini goldendoodle there once she is a bit older.

Natalie is a fantastic groomer. I've followed her from shop to shop just so she can groom my dog over the years. She is very knowledgeable about the grooming needs of the different breeds of dogs. I have a bulldog and she cleans all the folds, and dries and powders them without asking everytime.

I took my rescue dog to have her nails trimmed. She doesn't like having her front feet touched so I was worried. But she was in and out in five minutes, they know what they're doing!

They did a fantastic job. They have great prices. I have a 60 lbs pit they washed and clipped his nails. He was so super soft and smelled amazing.

Love this place for my dog. They trim her nails which I can’t do because she is highly anxious and other places can’t handle her. She comes home trimmed, clean, and happy

My pom came back with ceanil cough. Have to take my dog to my vet to get meds for her cough. I didn't know my dog would be around other dogs. I will not bring my dog there again!!! No starts. Very disappointed.
