Excellent customer service and very pleasant experience. The only problem that was a big deal to us personally was that we researched this business prior to traveling(as we do all new places)and it taking us over an hour to get there. Was It clearly stated that it was ♿️ accessible. This is NOT TRUE! Unfortunately, my husband, who is a paraplegic and wheelchair bound, was unable to join in on the fun with his son and wife and had to remain sitting outside in our van while the kiddo and I shopped :( picking out all new fish, plants, and decor for our pond back home.

Great customer service and that is very important to me. Relatively new to the outdoor fish ponds and hands down outstanding information. Looks like a really small store but walk inside and head to the outdoor area and a lot of fish. Great selection of colors. Have heaters and fountains all sorts of stuff.

I like that these guys always take the time to answer questions that I could probably just Google the answer to! They have healthy fish, I've gotten some really pretty koi from them that grew huge!

Don’t go anywhere else! I have been at my home for 3 years. The pond was here when I got here. I’d never had one before. My fish are alive today because of KC Pond! They have the tools both in store and knowledge for what you need to have your pond operating correctly and your fish happy! Their customer service is top notch and unparalleled.

It looks like, and is, a tiny little shop. But, they have a large variety of pond fish and plants. The stock tanks out back are filled with hundreds of fish, large and small. Beautiful plants. Invertebrates to help keep things tidy. If you're looking to keep fish outside, they can help you!

Best place in KC for fish pond supplies and advice. I have been buying all my pond supplies from here for years. The staff are knowledgeable and give great advice. They have a good selection of pond supplies and they're accommodating in getting things that are out of stock.

Super helpful and nice sales people. American and Japanese koi for sale of all qualities and price ranges. Also sell gold fish varieties, water plants,saltwater aquarium animals, food, and any equipment you need for your water garden. They probably sell aquariums, too, but I wasn't looking for that.

This place is so rude. Especially the woman who runs it. Just a bad attitude and not friendly at all. If you don’t want people in your business while you are working on it, then lock the door. Sorry to have inconvenienced you all today. I spent several hundred dollars at your establishment last season. I’m ordering Koi and supplies off Amazon from now on.

I recently bought a house with a fish pond in the yard, somewhere between 600-800 gallons and I really didn't have any idea how to take care of the pond or the fish so I stopped in KC Pond and Water Gardening. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive with regards to educating me on how to take care of the pond, knowing what to feed the fish and when, and how to improve on my pond. Instead of just trying to sell me everything in the store, they really listen to what you're trying to do and will let you know what the best course of action is. After stopping in here, I feel much more confident in what I'm doing with the pond. I will only come here for pond supplies, fish and supplies, and pond plants. If you have a small rock pond or a large pond full of fish, these guys can help you keep everything running smoothly. Also, I really appreciated that when I had a silly idea born of pond-care ignorance, they politely explained why it wasn't a good idea and offered other solutions. Read that like a savvy tattoo artist tactfully talking you out of a forehead tattoo!

I buy food for my pond fish here, at good bulk pricing. It's worth it just to come here and watch their humongous koi swim around. They have lots of fish and supplies for sale, their people are nice and knowledgeable.

Kansas City Ponds always has the pond supplies, fish and plants you need and are super friendly and helpful. They also have salt water fish, plants, tanks and supplies now as well. Very cool place.
