Great prices. They have paint supplies, party supplies, helium balloons, food, seasonal decor, adult coloring books, books, dishes, makeup and health related items. All for one dollar.

They have their Halloween stuff out!Everything is only a dollar,leave your bag up front by the registers and make sure to look in every isle they have lots of useful and fun stuff.It's a great place to get batteries,TP,basic cheap kitchen item's etc.No cash back at the register and the cashier's and customer's have always been nice.This is a book I found just today,which is great because I just registered for vocational training today.And I found cat toys for my friends kittens.Like I said this store always has a large selection of item's,it's worth a cruise through at least.

Employees VERY unprofessional, cursing etc. There needs to be something done about "Profiling, Customers" when they come in the door or at least save (Your) judgements and opinions for AFTER the customer leaves your store. Not everyone is a thief nor am I Homeless. I am just carless, relying on the KC transit system and a bicycle to get my errands ran and the last thing I need is woman sweeping My feet instead of the floor as I am bagging up my Items after checking out just to make sure I wasn't trying to steal a 2 liter of Coke. Stop profiling.people when come into the store. You done know anything about me to justify continuing this very rude behavior.

I stopped by today to pick up few little art supplies. I found new items that will make my class excited to create with these new materials. Bonus was I found something I've been looking for, for over two months! AND it's a 6 pack, I'm over joyed!!

It’s hot inside. They must’ve bought their a/c at Dollar Tree or something.Fortunately, they sell battery operated fans. And batteries.Almost everything $1.25 now (I know right, time to change the name!) but now also offer some higher dollar items ($3, $4, $5)Decent frozen food section. The only dollar tree I’ve seen that has bread products. Good place for home stuff like cleaning products, hangers, ziplock bags etc.

Nothing is wrong with it but I think the cashier in there was pocketing money because he told me that the register wasn't scanning and as soon as I walked off he was scanning the next woman stuff so I think he was pocketing the money who knows how long he had been doing that but other than that the store was great. The manager needs to do a better job of screening the people that their hiring

This Dollar Tree usually has a LOT of items, we are looking all over the Metro area for at ALL the Dollar Trees. Talk about knowing where ALL the Metro Dollar Trees are. We know them. It seems we are always looking for the most sought after trendy item while everybody else are also. 2022.

Shelves were bare in a lot of sections, but there were boxes being unloaded. I found the items that I wanted. Cashier was friendly and personable, and everything was affordable. More attention could be given to cleanliness in the store.

I love Dollar Tree and typically it's my go-to for a large handful of items that they do really REALLY well. I also used to LOVE this location because it was close, convenient, and relatively new. But recently, every time I've been in, the place has looked like it's been looted by survivors of a zombie apocalypse.Yesterday was definitely the final straw. I stopped by in the afternoon (2/9/18) to grab a few things for a school party. They were out of stock on at least half of what I needed (all regularly carried items) and the rest was SO disorganized and SO chaotic that the couple of things I *could* find, got put back because the line to check out stretched all the way down the toiletries aisle. The shelves were poorly stocked with many areas completely bare. There were MOUNTAINS of boxes (both empty and full and stacked taller than me) in the aisles, making navigation through the small store a big issue. And even though the store was CRAZY busy, I could only identify two employees: one cashier and one stocker, both of whom seemed to be busting their rear ends to keep up (but neither one seemed cranky about it. Good work guys! 👍).Seriously, the employees are the only reason this location received more than one star. Despite what seems like a poor management problem (or a bad corporate problem that some poor manager is getting kicked in the teeth for) the staff has always been really friendly and helpful. I get the feeling that there just aren't enough of them to keep up with product demand.As another reviewer mentioned, their hours are often inconsistent too, which definitely points to a lack of appropriate staff.I would love to come back to this location, but will definitely be skipping it for awhile. The frustration simply isn't worth it.

This Dollar Tree Location is one of the best I had The pleasure to shop in. It is hands-down the cleanest store and the most organized to be able to see all of the merchandise they do have. Keep in mind the dollar tree locations don’t control when they get what merchandise. At this dollar tree you can see that they care about the customer.

This location is always poorly stocked. Either they don't have items or the items that are there aren't on the shelves properly and look very messy. I've been in suburban areas around KC that have great looking stores, but in the urban core, they must not believe in training their staff on proper store presentation.

They are by no means the cleanest or well run store but the cashiers were polite to me and they have a really good selection of items. I lost my wallet there and they kept it for me and made sure it was safe. I can't complain and the selection is WAY better than other locations

Every Dollar Tree in the metro does a good job. This one is fantastic. Three employees assisted me in finding what I needed despite loads of merchandise they were stocking during my visit. Each person was pleasant and friendly.

I love Dollar Tree stores but this store is a mess. The parking lot is always nasty. Shelves and merchandise a mess. Cashiers are friendly enough but the manager is rude. They had some empty boxes that they were t throwing away. Asked for 2, but manager rudely replied that they had to break them down and throw them away. No such thing at the other stores. They need to close this store. The Family Dollar store that was previously there was much much better. I will not be patronizing this store and neither will my family abd friends.

The store itself is only a few years old but it is usually a mess with inventory boxes stacked all over the place, staff on cell phones instead of working, 1 checkout person so long lines but it is Dollar Tree and they do have some great prices with the usual inventory. I try to go to the one on 63rd since its usually better staffed and more organized.

I would give it less if I could. Everything that goes on at this store is exactly what most reaidents in this community expected. Another ghetto store run by people who couldn't care less about hownit makes the community look. This is by far one of the worst locations in the city. The management is rude and lazy, they open and close at all hours of the day (if they even open), the shelves are hardly ever stocked even though there are tons of workers milling about and boxes everywhere, and yet there are never enough cashiers. The people in this community deserve much better.

I recently went into this Dollar Tree I would recommend never going. I was standing in line, with my mask, when the cashier told me to stand behind the red line. I sighed, frustrated over all of the forced compliance everywhere I go. I did not say anything to the woman. I moved behind the line. In a very condescending manner, as if I was a child, says "There you go, Awesome". As if to say "See, you're a big boy, you can follow instructions!". I'm a 42yr old man. I DO NOT need to be spoken to as if I am a child, and I refuse to shop somewhere where the staff thinks it's appropriate to speak down to their customers, ESPECIALLY when I silently comply.

Whoever is the management of this dollar tree is probably the worst management in the history of existence let alone just in dollar tree there are boxes everywhere the shelves are never fully stocked and it is absolutely the worst dollar tree in the Kansas City metro area I go to dollar tree all over the suburbs in downtown and this is Absolute worst dollar tree in the entire metro area. They rarely have what you go in for even when it’s dollar tree basics that every single dollar tree always has they can never open on time and close whenever they feel like it. If you have a car just do yourself a favor and don’t even worry about this dollar tree take the extra minute or two to go to the one in Westport

Another new store that could be awesome but it's either short staffed, the manager needs training or both because this store's inventory like another fairly new store in my neighborhood hasn't mastered how to keep your incoming inventor just sitting in isles for days on the floor instead of the empty shelves just waiting to be filled. Also to keep this new use to be new lawn without the massive amount of accumulated trash outside in the parking lot and around the building. This new Dollar Tree has not fixed one of its broken new freezer in months. The only bright side to this store at this moment it has very nice employees. This store needs an overhaul to clean the outside from all the trash everyday. Maybe they could have other store employees from other Dollar Trees to come help get all the boxes of product on the shelves not just sitting closed on the floor. You have a wonderful customer base but even these customers will stop patronizing this store and you are on a high traffic street, Troost which has become a wonder area to shop and buy a home in. Please, please do much better Dollar Tree.

This location is absolutely horrible every visit. Boxes unpacked blocking aisle, displays array & unorganized, long wait for cashier and parking lot cluttered with trash EVERYWHERE. I wrongfully submitted this info for 63rd location and hope it's corrected by this post. Someone in upper mgmnt who cares about the reputation of the stores name needs to visit this location and make corrections. Unable to submit pictures I took during my visit which would validate my post. Store understaffed! !
