My go-to CVS on Vivion Road is a favorite of mine. Granted, prices are steep,but they have items I use on a daily basis, and with their reward program I can usually buy at normal prices as elsewhere minus the gas to drive it. A big plus is they are open 24 hours which is most convenient when you're a night owl. I love the employees because they are so helpful and attentive.

This clinic is a joke why is the nurse they're so judgy. The nurse was late getting to our appointment and had the nerve to tell us to hurry up because she had other appointments waiting. When my son asked for a Doctor's note she got mad at him and said why couldn't you say something before I close out your info. And wanted to know why he had to miss school just to get his physical done when he could have came in on the weekend. Dont go to this one.

I had an appointment for a COVID-19 shot at 1.00 pm and as of 2 30 I am still waiting. This is unacceptable. I have wasted my time. Minute Clinic is a JOKE. I will never make this mistake again.

Place is trash. Had prescription sent there said was ready got there and they said it wasn’t there was at another store went there then they said it was at another store to find out the original store had it went there and then had to wait 45 mins to find out they had it the whole time. People working there are idiots.

May have to stop coming to this location. While the pharmacy staff are nice enough, they are always out of my medications, the drive-thru is always closed due to lack of employees, and I feel like I'm almost being attacked, clearly harassed, by the charity that is always in front of the building. I have talked to them, I'm not interested, and if I go out of my way to avoid them, they should not be screaming out to me as I walked my car. Frustrated with this location, entirely!What on earth happened to this location? Went through the drive-thru a few minutes ago. Six... count them SIX... employees working in the pharmacy area. After several minutes, I finally left. I was the first one in line and while I did not see the line inside, surely one out of six people could have at least spoken to me? Looks like I will be changing pharmacies. That's very disappointing as I've been a customer for 11 years.

Terrible service waited over a hour for a covid test....and STILL WAITING WITHOUT ANY EXPLAINATION FROM ANYONE AS WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG AND HOW MUCH LONGER IT WILL BE. There used to be a concierge.

I want to take a quick opportunity to let CVS know that the ongoing focus on labor productivity and shareholder profit is securely established at the North Kansas City, Missouri (#8543) pharmacy location. I arrived at the pharmacy at closing time on Sunday, December 18 to pick up one prescription that was ready. As I approached the pharmacy, a young woman greeted me by saying, “We’re closed.” I asked even if it was to just pick up one pre-paid prescription. She replied by stating the register had already been shut down earlier. Her co-worker promptly lowered the gate in front of me. I took a photo of the closed gate, time-stamped at 6:00 P.M. sharp…not 6:01, as that extra minute would not have supported the practice of efficiency and profit.At no time was there any risk that I would have confused CVS with a company that had a genuine culture of caring for people. The indifference and lack of simple politeness are effective tools to achieve CVS’s efficiency goals in North Kansas City. They are on it!

Great place to stop by if you need a place after hours. Friendly staff and clean store. The self checkouts can be a nightmare, but the staff have no issue checking you out at the register. I’m not a Luddite, I have managed self checkout just fine at other places, theirs are simply finicky.

I made an appointment online around 5pm for a flu shot and a Covid booster shot. All the emails that I received confirmed my appointment at 7 PM I filled out all the necessary forms. I knew I couldn’t just walk in without an appointment so I made it online like I was supposed to. When I got to the location at 640pm the pharmacy cashier ask what I was there for and I told him. He then told me they couldn’t open another booster vail because it would be wasted. I just don’t understand how you can make the appointment just to be told to come back tomorrow…. I was made to feel bad because if they opened the booster vail then 5 people wouldn’t be able to get it… really! So it my fault that I did what I was supposed to. COVID has really made people be so not caring. Almost every time I go to a CVS it’s something wrong. They even closed, they out of stock, understaffed… just a mess…The CVS store manager was nice … all she could do is give me a 1800 number… knowing thats not gonna help anything!! People just need to start caring and update your systems so that you can inform the customers that you CANT open a the medicine you need because it would be wasted….

Called for assistance because the CVS app NEVER works (tried 8 times today) and the pharmacist on duty today was so rude “can’t help you” was her response. Nice to know they’re just there for a paycheck -not to actually help sick people. I will NEVER go to this CVS pharmacy again. Hateful individuals.

Been going here for years for the same RX. Pharmacist (new? never seen her) rejected my script (on 12/13) claiming that she called my doctor and that she rejected it. I went back through the drive through and asked her to clarify exactly who denied and she said it was the nurse for my doctor. Called my doctor and her nurse assured me that was most certainly not the case, but that the Pharmacist rejected it because of the paper type it was printed on (same for years). Okay, but why lie? Lost my business.

The minute clinic here is a joke. First- they're VERY slow. Second- they test you for everything even without symptoms; I had NO flu symptoms and was still tested for it. And worse- the nurse practitioner was completely incompetent and uncaring. She was ZERO help and I left without any assistance at all. I will not ever return to this facility.

My experience saddened and angered me. 10pm sunday aug 21. manager hard to find, had to be paged to release anti theft device for some eyelashes. We were able to make purchase thanks to the register clerk who worked hard to help us.

The employees are great. But their foodand drinks are old. They never restock. Seems like who owns this store doesn't know how to purchase inventory. Waited 7 months for a drink to get re stocked. (Not joking) they have a terrible selection of food and drink. Whoever owns this location is doing a terrible job.

July 6 2021 8 a.m. My experience was one star but I'm giving four for the way it was handled. I've been coming here since it was OSCO, yall. I had a 10 picture photo book made online and got the confirmation it was ready at 4 a.m. So SURELY, it would have been done by 815 a.m. It wasn't and the lady working the night before is notorious for things like this. The employee this morning made our book immediately and didn't charge us for it. THAT'S how a business should handle things. Kudos to this employee and thank you so much. She also made sure the other employees and manager was aware. If she's not a manager, she should be promoted. Somebody should really do something about the pharmacy issues though, those reviews are horrendous.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have come here for over a year getting insulin for my daughter with no problems. Now with the new year, these people must always be on edge because they have provoked me to anger twice now. They have made errors, and we didn’t care. They were nice and always accommodated. Then one of their mistakes meant we couldn’t use our FIRST EVER coupon because they had already used one to cover the previous mistake. The pharmacist said “you can’t come in here and use a coupon every month”. Insinuating that this was something I had done before. I repeat, this was the FIRST coupon we had ever tried to use. Over a year paying for meds, and this guy is trying to accuse me of trying to cheat him. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location. The pharmacy staff is terrible, but everyone else has always been very friendly.

I just wanted to say how classy the associates were. My toddler was having a meltdown. He was way over tired and had been in the car a long time. I had to run in to get my dad his medicine though. So screaming toddler in hand I went in. They laughed at us and decided it was funny to point out my 3 year old didn’t have shoes on (I was carrying him).Why is it acceptable to tear others down? Obviously I’m that moment what I needed wasn’t someone’s criticism. Shame on you them. It’s really easy to judge when you have no idea what’s going on and aren’t the one dealing with it. I hope no one ever makes them feel that small.

Giving me 30 pills out of a 90 pill count was your first mistake.Accusing me of re-locating these "controlled substance" pills was you second.Third mistake was when I got the district manager involved, and you admitted someone "didn't put 60/90 pills in the bottle" but your "counts" were still correct.Final mistake: At this point (after receiving someone elses pain meds that could have killed me) I'd rather be prescribed rat poison by a certified pest control service!!STAY AWAY, the manager might be new and knowldgable, but the staff STEAL your prescription Xanax and Klonopin prescriptions, and try to hide it from the camera!I obtained this information by being nice and respectful to the store (NOT pharmacy) manager.

I booked an appointment for a strep test, but they refused to give me one because I was on antibiotics for a week about a month ago. They asked if I have a fever and I said I’m not sure and the head nurse said it can’t be strep if I have a fever, then wouldn’t take my temp. I don’t have insurance and they kept saying if they give me a strep test I’ll have to pay for it, which is obviously already assumed. Don’t come here.

More issues with the pharmacy/dr, who would have guessed looking at the other reviews.Came in for a flu shot as a walk in and left three hours later. Was told by the dr it would be about an hour wait (not a big deal tbh) but found out that I could have the shot done in the pharmacy (no thanks to the dr. Not telling me that).Then proceeded to get the biggest run around I've ever experienced, resulting in me getting my shot three hours later. The lady that gave my shot was professional and friendly, but the whole experience was a mess.
