Coming into town on short notice (funeral) and was able to get an account set up and the staff was very helpful. My two younger pups 1&2 yrs were put in the high energy group for play and seemed to do great. The play did the trick, they mostly laid down on the 3 hour trip back home instead of pacing the back of the SUV. My 13 year old geezer seemed like he was no worse for the wear either! Very happy!

I started using Collar Club a few months ago, and I've been so impressed. My dogs love going there, their facilities are clean, and the people who work there seem to really care about all the dogs they are looking after. Yesterday I was using their service to drop off my dogs before they opened, and I had an issue with the app (totally my fault, I later realized). However, I was able to call the emergency number very early on a Saturday morning and someone was able to help me immediately. I really trust that they will be there when me and my dogs need them most.

First time groom with my Golden Retriever. The front desk was attentive with no evidence of stress and short staffing that is so common elsewhere. Bonus, I had the option of setting a time to pick-up, rather than we will be done as soon as we get to it (usually end of day). The dog looks great and most importantly, came home so calm she went to sleep. I’ll be returning as a grooming client. Fast and efficient with great results. Thanks to the team, great job!

My baby girl looks fantastic. I also believe the prices to be good considering she is 135 lb. This was our first visit and if my baby wasn’t a bully I would totally take her for the day, all the dogs looked to be having a great time. I also ran into some regulars and the really seemed to love the place. For now on Bertie will be going to The Collar Club.

My dog is a rescue from an Amish puppy mill. He went today for his temperament experience. He is very anxious around anyone, but me. He seemed to be okay when I picked him up. Going to try his first official day soon. Am hoping to get him used to other people and other dogs.The staff is very helpful.

I’m new to the area and this was my first time boarding with Collar Club. The process was so easy and well explained, everyone was so helpful to answer questions. The 24 hr drop off and pick up is fantastic, and even with a small problem with my pick up time due to a delayed flight, the staff was very responsive after hours and accommodated us. Excellent communication skills all around, and my senior dog came home so happy and clean. I highly recommend Collar Club, we will definitely be using this boarding service for future trips.

We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now to stay for various amounts of time and haven’t had many issues but what we saw today was unacceptable.When waiting to pick up, we saw an attendant grab one of our dogs by the collar extremely aggressively and dragged her out of the room then pushed her through a door out the back to another space. Our dog was excited and yelling when she saw us (shes vocal, pretty whiney) but this did not call for borderline abuse. We still weren’t checked in yet as a couple people were ahead of us and we then saw this happen with our boy dog who I watched closely and was only sitting and barking. Mind you, everyone waiting could see what was happening due to the large window.This attendants temperament is not cut out for this work, as we continued to watch them yell, aggressively push other dogs who were jumping up on the wall, and scowl at any type of behavior that wasnt acceptable to their seemingly high standards. Our dogs have loved coming here and we’ve been loyal customers but today our trust was shaken. We likely won’t be coming back.

I’m quite upset with our recent daycare experience. We have an admittedly high energy 9 month old pup that is new to daycare and sometimes struggles with self-regulation. The Collar Club has never communicated to us to stop bringing him, but after what happened on Wednesday, we can no longer recommend their services. I happened to be watching the camera and saw one of their workers grab our dog’s leash and yank him around by it several times. At one point, he fell to the ground and she pulled up very hard to make him sit upright, which choked and gagged him. To the manager - I have this on video if you’d like to see it. It’s very upsetting to see how your employees handle situations like this.Our pup then spent half of the day in a kennel and was soaked in urine when we picked him up.The Collar Club has far too many dogs in the high energy room for the size of the space. They also never utilized the outdoor space while we were there, even on nice 50+ degree days.

Avoid this place at all costs if you have a high energy dog. This place is completely unequipped to handle a high energy dog. They have a "high energy" "room" which is just a space where they jam like 40 dogs and never let them out. They say they let the dogs out but I've never seen it. They will call you and pretty much admit that they can't handle your dog. Kinda feels like a dog day care place should be able to handle a high energy dog in a high energy room but that's not the case with these folks. We will be looking for an actual dog day care and leaving this sham place behind, I advise you do the sameIf my dog was creating scuffles. Why is he coming home with scratches? Again, this place is unequiped. This place has 2 areas. Low energy, high energy and they're in a small area. No difference. If your dog is considered high energy he gets a box in the back room. I've got a kennel too, why pay?

I took my dog in for a temperament check today (free). She was there for 4.5 hours and had a great time! Check in and out was fast and friendly. I was also able to check in on her at any time using the live web cam. We will be back for more half days of play!

Our 1-year-old dog has a lot of energy, and he had an absolute blast making friends at doggy daycare at the Collar Club! They have webcams that let us check in on him while he was there, and when I picked him up he was having so much fun he didn’t want to leave. Now he is passed out on the couch snoring, and we’ll definitely be bringing him back again soon!

The absolute best groomer I’ve ever had for my doghter. They are very careful about her sensitive skin and always trim her as I ask. (It’s different every time) 10/10 would recommend to everyone with curly haired dogs!

They’ve gotten to know my dog and her personality, they give valuable feedback that guides me on which play packages work best, and although you can do most things on their website, they’ll always take a phone call or text, and most importantly, my dog really enjoys being there. It’s everything I need a dog daycare to be.

Grooming services are the best in town. Ashley is a talented groomer, a lover of all fur babies and kind. I have two Shih Tzu's that have been going to the Collar Club since they were 3 months old. I would not take them anywhere else.

My dog and I use their nail trim service and it was by far the best experience we’ve had. Booking was so organized, customer service was great, and they have so much understanding. Our adopted dog has abuse trauma/health issues and was by far the most at ease here of anyplace we’ve been. So grateful for Collar Club. Overall my experience was great! I wish they could have cut my dogs hair down a little more but with it being my first visit there it really wasn’t anything to be upset about. The staff was friendly and professional and my dog was happy when I picked her up. It also was HALF the cost of my previous groomer. I definitely recommend trying this place out!

This is a top of the line boarding facility and by far the most impressive one I’ve seen! I went in for a tour just to learn more about the boarding industry as I am interested in owning one in the future. All I can say is wow - this is some luxury pet care! The kennels are extremely clean, and the lobby area is stunning. There were lots of staff hanging out in daycare to play with and watch after the dogs. I love that they offer “thunder suites” that are more private and quieter for anxious dogs who might be overwhelmed by loud boarding areas. Overall this facility is extremely impressive and the ladies up front were super helpful and welcoming. Thank you!

Faster service than most other groomers in town! My dog isn’t the easiest but they did a wonderful job at her first visit and she looks fantastic. She also is in great spirits at home, which isn’t always the case post-grooming. We will definitely be returning for the quick and high-quality service!

This place is great! They were originally full when I tried to make a reservation but the manager, Nate personally worked with me to get on the waitlist and made sure my little girl was taken care of. And they have cameras in all of the play areas and the individual rooms so I can see first hand that my baby isn’t just sitting in a crate all day.

I can’t ask my dog what she thought of her visit to Collar Club but she came home exhausted and happy after her 6-day stay and that’s reason enough for me to recommend this place to anyone who needs boarding or daycare! I loved that I could check in on her via webcam while I was away and that she was able to play all day with other dogs instead of being inside a kennel. Pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
