We were taking our dog every three weeks for almost three months. After his last groom, I found big mats on his beard and ears, his ears were dirty, his coat didn't feel clean, and his paws were a mess. We had noticed he didn't feel clean after every groom but this was too much. We called it after this and decided to go somewhere else. I'm not even sure what we were paying them to do every three weeks.

We have been going to The Animal House for several years. In my profession, we did have to move out of state several times for the company I worked with for a few years in between moving back to Kansas City. We did use several different groomers during these times but none as good as right here in KC. Sheri is great with our pets (kids) and would not want to change again. Best in KC! and really everywhere else we have been to.

The staff here is amazing! I've taken my pup to other places and he doesn't usually do well with cuts. They are so patient with him. They are always so excited to see him! Definitely recommend them for anyone who has a skiddish pup!

She really does an amazing job grooming my small yorkie. Shes also very patient and willing to make accommodations to ensure your pet's best interest is in mind. Would highly recommend trying out this local groomer.

Autumn Sullivan the only reason you left a negative review is because we sent you home because your dog tried to attack a pregnant employee and another client in the lobby. We have been going to Animal House since Angus was 8 weeks old. Sherri does a wonderful job. Angus is an Old English Sheepdog, so there is a lot to do there and she does it very well. Angus always prances out of the shop because he knows how good she made him look. He loves going in as well. He wouldn't behave that way if she didn't treat him right.

My puppies loved going to Animal House. They would prance around because they knew how pretty they looked. I was sad to leave them but we moved out of state. Definately a great place to take your pets.
