Got Your Six is amazing! We adopted a rescue dog a little over a year ago and she was very anxious. She was scared of everything and also pulled on her leash while on walks. We did the 2 week board and train and she was a different dog when we picked her up! She still had her fun personality but had a much calmer mindset! It is also more fun to to take her on walks! I highly recommend Got Your Six Dog Training!!

We took our Golden here for the 2 week board and train and am shocked at the night and day difference in her with barking and jumping that we had issues with. She seems calmer, more confident, and they do a great job with communicating your dogs needs and teaching you how to continue the training once they go home. I can’t wait for the Saturday 6 week after class to begin so I can continue her training and make sure she gets to be 100% where I want her to be. Got Your 6 is amazing! We took our two older dogs who were having trouble with separation anxiety and some dog aggression. We got consistent updates on their progress and have been doing amazing since we got them back. No separation whining and our walks are now relaxing and fun for all of us. We love spending time working on their continued training and home and the dogs still have fun training like it’s a game. Do yourself a favor and take your dog here!

My family and I recently enrolled our dogs into the board and train camp with Got Your Six. We have two female Sheepadoodle dogs, litter mates. They had been getting aggressive with each other, counter surfing, leash pulling and jumping. Having three small kids also they were difficult to manage. After spending a month at camp, we picked them up and couldn’t hardly believe they were the same dogs! We can now walk them together with NO pulling, they sit and stay in place which makes everyday activities easier for me, and they very very rarely jump. With consistency they are managing and adjusting to being home well!! I have and will continue to recommend Got Your Six Dog Training to everyone I know In need!

Our dog was previously trained before we got him but due to COVID we were unable to learn how to work with him. We had a lot of trouble with him learning from us because of it. He did the board and train for four weeks and he did excellent. He was a different dog when we got him back and they took the time to make sure we understood how to work with him. We continue to work with him but they did an amazing job and he can be on and off leash without us being concerned and he listens well. We HIGHLY recommend them. We continue to ask questions and they are very responsive.

Got Your Six has played a huge role in our pup's life! Originally a pandemic puppy, Tucker had some severe behavior and attachment issues. Tucker went through their 2-Week Board & Train program, and came back a brand new dog. He's able to go out in public trouble-free and acts great around home visitors.We continue to take Tucker to Got Your Six for boarding when we need, and their care and refresher training is so appreciated. Would highly recommend Got Your Six for any training & boarding needs!

Calvin is our third dog. He has been a struggle with several behavioral issues. We tried another trainer and exhausted other options. Was ready to give him back to breeder as was not adjusting to us. We took him to GY6 as a last effort and have been thankful we did. It takes our effort to keep up his training but the difference in him was night and day. Thank you GY6.

Trisha and her group of trainers are beyond amazing! I Don’t trust anyone else with my girl. I rescued a German Shepherd that had never been inside and had been chained up her entire life, she went to board and train a nervous, no confidence, crazy girl and a month later I had a confident, anxiety free German Shepherd. I live about 45 minutes away and when ever I have to board her we go back to Got Your Six, she gets refresher training and she loves it there. We used Got Your Six for our litter mate goldens about a year ago. We did the two week board and train. Tricia updated us daily on their progress and helped make it so everything in life could involve them. We go on regular outings, take them on hikes, and their commands to remain calm have helped so much. We are able to text her questions or concerns to this day abs she remains available. We are so glad we invested in our dogs with GY6!!

Got Your Six Dog Training and staff are fantastic! They use positive and reward techniques to train which helps you and your dog to bond and build trust. I am so so pleased with all that I have learned and how much my dog's behavior has improved! The training enabled him to passed the Canine Good Citizen test and he functions well in the community.I love the videos and success stories of how GY6 has rehabilitated dogs with aggression and other behavior struggles. They have reunited families with their dogs to coexist in healthy and happy homes.

Trish and the staff at Got Your Six Dog Training helped our dog go from being reactive towards other dogs and people to being able to be around anyone without barking or lunging. We are now able to take him on walks on trails, stores and walks around our home with little to no difficulty. Trish was personable and amazing to work with. Our dog enjoys going back for maintenance training and we plan to board him at Got Your Six when we go on vacations.

We are from St. Louis and brought our dog, Bear, to Got Your Six Dog Training as a sort of last resort, on the recommendation of colleague at work who also traveled from St. Louis for training at GY6. I had worked with some other trainers but made very little progress with Bear's anxiety and agression around other dogs. Bear has made amazing progress working with Trisha and her team! I don't know what we would have done without them!

I have LOVED GY6 so much! I have had 2 dogs go through their puppy board and train program and it has been an incredible transformation for my puppies! The training is top notch! not only for the dog but for me! When picking up my dog, they showed me everything so I could continue the work and growth at home :) 10/10 recommendWe have also boarded our pup there when we went out of town for 2 weeks! love that she got refresher training! I love that they are super quick to respond and send lots and lots of pictures and updates!

Trish and her team are amazing! I have a boxer, we took him to the board and train for 2 weeks! He is a very hyper dog! Her and her team were able train him where he would place and is now easier to walk on a leash. He seems more confident too since his time there! Since he went to their training he can now go there for anytime for some refresher training! We highly recommend Got Your Six!

I brought my Golden Retriever for board and train two years ago and just this month my Standard Poodle. They are the best behaved dogs and everyone who comes around them comments on how good they are. We made sure to keep up with training when we brought them home too. Having dogs is so much more enjoyable when they are well trained. We can take them anywhere without stress. People can come over without stress. My kids can give the dogs commands and they listen. The day we took our poodle, River, home from board and train we stopped at 'Sweet Smoke BBQ" and ate on the patio while calmly laid beside the table.

I can't say enough awesome things about GY6. I just dropped off my second dog this past weekend for a two week board and train. I brought her from out of state just to go here because they did such a wonderful job with my other dog (Because of their confidence component, she was able to be around strangers without being terrified).This is the place to come if you want solid training for your dog.

The trainers are amazing and very easy to work with. I some how got days mixed up and missed drop off for the 2 week training however they totally understood and took my dog a day late anyways!!! They are amazing. I do want to point out one of the 1 start reviews because I was there when this couple was as well. The trainer never said to get rid of their dog she said that the breeders should never have sold them the puppy because he was specifically breed for the K-9 unit so he was more aggressive and high strung. He bit the trainer and own the day of pick up. The owners even said that at times they had to put him outside because he would try to attack them. So I believe these trainers are amazing and some people just take criticism too personal. Thank you Got Your Six!!!!

Trish and all the staff at Got Your Six are amazing! We did the two-week board and train program for both of our puppies. The frequent updates during their stay was much appreciated. The training they received along with the training the humans received when we picked them up was invaluable. Both puppies behavior and obedience is 100% improved.

We have taken three dogs to Got Your Six for two weeks of boarding and training. The information and guidance they give at drop off and pick up helps you understand the process and how to continue training at home. But the best part is the updates they give you through those two week! We missed our dogs terribly but the photos, videos, and progress updates they sent were great!

Best money we have spent. We were on the verge of having to make a difficult decision to keep our dog and deal with his crazy behavior, send him off for training or find him a new home.We decided to try the training. We've only been home a few hours and I'm sure we will have our difficult days to come but I know we made the right decision to get our dog training instead of giving up on him. I loved the daily updates we received and the training we received directly from the trainer before we left with our pup sure made me feel more confident that we can do this at home. Highly recommend having your dog trained at Got Your Six!!

Took our German Shepherd 1 year old to Got Your Six after trying a few other training programs that were not helpful. We board and trained our Shepherd with GYS and immediately noticed a significant difference. We continued to take her to the offered training courses which helped us continue to train her. This is a great training program and facility with well trained and knowledgeable trainers. Trisha and the trainers are well versed in all different kinds of dogs and behavioral problems. We now have a well trained dog and place to kennel her. We know if anything comes up with our dog they will and can help us. The trainers are accessible and return phone calls promptly and are quick to answer any questions we have about any dog behavioral issues that come up. Great place! So happy we found them. Definitely recommend the program and staff.

We have a mixed breed Jack Russell terrier/Beagle that went to the 2 week class . We followed up with the 6 individual sessions. His behavior is much more manageable. Trish was great to answer questions and teach us how to continue working with him. We have also used the Doggy Daycare and had a positive experience. Well worth the time and investment!
