The employees are kind but everything is so overpriced. I have found items from dollar tree priced at $6, ripped and disintegrating tee shirts for $8, and destroyed faux leather shoes for $15. There is legitimately no reason for prices to be this high given that Goodwill is a corporation that receives its stock for FREE. I have not seen a single clothing item here for under $5 since pre 2020. It's genuinely egregious. If you're going to charge this much at least pay your employees a livable wage.

I was just there today and I'm not sure who my cashier was a short haired lady with bright blue nails. Anyways so when I came up to the counter, I laid my shirts down and I asked if the green tags were 75% off? Which is not the best deal in the world I paid 9.31 for a pre-owned missouri tigers shirt. The lady didn't say a word she just shook her head yes, I said okay the most she said to me was when I complimented on her nails and she said thank you gave me my change back so i left. My point is their employees aren't very welcoming or very friendly. No no I how you had good luck finding things or anything which I understand people have bad days but when your at work people should try to at least want customer's to come back that's the sec time I've been there and I don't think I'll be back unless I absolutely have too

Busy store with lots of turnover. Bring your own bags. It is clean. Convenient to donate goods with the drive through service. Shop often. Daily savings based on color of sticker. Usually you can park close to the front door. They have new carts, but I think they are too large for the size of the aisles. Always busy. Staff are friendly.

I will say what many are thinking. Why give to a Goodwill Store to be charged "new" prices? This store did not start off this way and is outrageous as to their being money hungry.Shame on Goodwill!!

I just LOVE Goodwill! I always find more clothes than I can afford, and their clothes are highly discounted! Everything has been donated. They put things on shelves & racks. It has a WIDE VARIETY of things, like bicycles, glassware, purses, jeans, fabric, and furniture! It's Great fun shopping there. You may want to bring bags or a box as they have stopped providing PLASTIC bags as part of a way to help out our environment! Definably check it out!

If I could give this store zero stars I would the staff was sooooo rude no one greeted us and my friend had bought a jacket that the lady took away from her didn’t say why came back 5 minutes later to tell her it was $15.00 that’s insane for a coat she could’ve gotten a cheaper at Walmart that’s the whole point of thrift stores they r supposed to be cheaper then before that while shopping she was staring us down and giving dirty looks didn’t read her name tag but if I did I would’ve called her out very hateful and lastly the sizing on my clothing was wrong I picked up two overall dresses nether fit because I got told they were mediums to come home and find out ones a xs and the other is a small no dressing rooms to try on outfits and just a terrible experience DONT WASTE YOUR TIME at this goodwill I’m pretty sure there’s one in Springfield or Columbia and it’s probably better.

Prices are outrageously high for a company that doesn't buy their stock. Brand new items at Walmart & Ross are cheaper. (P.S. The CEO pays himself $240/ hour and his employees just pennies due to a labor law loophole).The salvation army store on Michigan Ave is cheaper & actually helps our community.

I came into this store on yesterday (3/25/2022) to purchase some items before I headed back home.I went to the register and a Cashier named Pat rung me out ( She did not greet me) and I told her the items I wanted to purchase and the items that I did not.The items were snatched out my hand by a young lady ( I cannot remember her name at the moment)Then she came back and got a few more items and said “ Is that it “ in a snide and rude manner.I paid for my items, and asked for a bag, and she stated they don’t give bags ( I understand that different regions do different things, cool not a problem)I stood to the side and began folding my items and placing them in a handbag that I purchased.Three children two males and one female came in and were looking at the costume jewelry on top of the counters ( not the authentic stuff in the counters)Pat and this other young lady began eye balling and talking about these children and then came over to them and told them "they needed to hurry up and pick out something". Then the other young lady came over and told them they need to stop touching everything and pick something and pay for it( The young man had 3 necklaces and they young lady two) the older brother had moved to the other side of the counter by then, and then Pat came back to the younger boy and girl and stated to them she needed to hold their jewelry behind the counter.. they were visibly afraid and gave it to her.By this time, I had moved from by the front door and folding my things in my cart, and moved to the middle aisle in the mens section… Pat then asked me “ Is there a problem?”I told her yes there is, she was very rude to those children, and that they both had racially profiled them, and that I was going to stay in the store until they were ready to pay for their items, and if by chance they didn’t have enough money to cover the items they had chosen, then I would pay for them.The young lady that worked register two with Pat began yelling( the same young lady that took the items I didn’t want ) at me and told me I was yelling at her ( which I definitely wasn’t) and that don’t worry about it she can get her manager, and I told her that would be great.I then went to the back of the store to locate these children, and they’re standing with a woman, and I ask is she their mother, and she says yes.I explained to her what happened, and she is visibly upset, and I ask her to please walk to the front of the store with me so they can see that there is an adult present with them.Their mom also stated that they didn’t take her jewelry, and it was in her hands at the time. So the manger is there I explain the situation and their mother asks if that’s store policy why didn’t they take her jewelry or the other customer that was currently being served on register 2.Pat then apologizes and says “ Well I’m sorry if I offended you” I say you were rude and didn’t greet me like the other customers but it’s cool, no worries, but her, the young lady on register 2 has a nasty attitude and she’s rude, and what you ladies did to these children was wrong.”The mother and her 3 children hugged me, and I said I want a refund, I won’t spend my money in a place where people let alone Children are treated this way.The manager apologized and began my refund, then Her and Pat were talking as she was returning my items about everything being nice and how it still had tags on them, and how did I find these things.I purchased my items at 1:28p.m.I returned them at 1:40p.m.

I've noticed the prices have practically sky-rocketed in the fall compared to the summer.I understand that prices may increase during the holiday season, but most people walk into a Goodwill NOT expecting to pay so close to retail for pre-owned products.You may consider a more reasonable pricing structure in order to get merchandise moving.

Love 💗 it! I made a quick stop for something in particular and found it right away. The new store has a lot more room and seems very spacious. I can't wait to have several hours to just look around and shop. The new location is great. It's easy to get in to and out of, plus it has a beautiful view overlooking Jefferson City.

They are getting pricey now days. The employees are rude and act as if you are bothering them. They have the dressing rooms out of order due to COVID-19, but mask are just recommended. The tags are all the same price yet they color them

Extremely rude & unfriendly staff who watched a customer with a cart "FULL" of stuff cut right in front of us after I'd been standing there in line literally 20+ mins waiting & the staff done/said nothing, just starting checking them out. So all my stuff got sat on the counter & I walked out & will "NEVER" go back there ever again! Sad people have to be so rude & unfriendly especially people who are working with other people/customers!

I SO look forward to coming through Jeff city from my home in K C to shop at this goodwill when I have the opportunity, BUT without a dressing room to use any more.... what is the point?? I generally shop for clothes so...I will not be returning. Laziness.

The staff of the new Goodwill is rockin,' it! The new store is awesome for shopping! Everything is coordinated by colors sizes styles makes shopping so easy and so much fun! I once got a J.Lo or Jennifer Lopez handbag for $3. I love it! My husband likes to buy recycled jeans as he calls them and there are so many to choose from! The entire place is just awesome. If you haven't been there yet you should definitely check it out!

Place was packed. But I found so many things for Christmas. Something for my girls. Something for my stepgranddaughter. Also a 7.5ft Christmas Tree for only 30 bucks. I felt so good when I left with everything. Oh and the employees were so nice.

I go there alot, maybe to much and I come out of there spending $200 and realizing only half of the stuff I will use,or maybe its so one else can have it. lol Its a first coming first serve store. They barely have more than one of each item they sell. I think I have a problem. Im gonna go back tomorrow and see. lolP.$. If you overly love holiday decorations/decorating(like me) this is the place for you.

It's like going on a treasure hunt I had a found so many things that I treasure.My personal opinion is we can't hardly beating its clean the workers there are friendlyAnd I find it very affordable. The new building that the Goodwill Store has relocated to is Working out Wonderfully! I had to let them have a while to get settled before I traipsed in to check them out.👁️👁️ I am delighted to say that everything they had going for them BEFORE- IT'S EVEN BETTER NOW X2!!!!! THANKS to a great staff (AND Management I am CERTAIN!) THINGS are VERY WELL ORGANIZED and that's NOT AN EASY JOB (So always be nice and if it doesn't work give it to the nice person sorting through things on a rack just like you did at Sears! K? Thanks!) But seriously their selection of clothes were awesome! My girl is a big "Retro Buff" and she was "like, SO WANTING THIS AND THAT!" After $50 I sadly said no to the Boyz2Men T-Shirt. So soft though.......I had a blast in the book and picture and furniture section. 4 Danielle Steele books added to my hardback collection and I was sure wishing I had my Van so I could strap the sofa, kitchen table, each only $30.00 & the Super sturdy $10.00 wooden rocker THAT SOME FIRST TIME DADA TO BE NEEDS TO RUSH IN AND BUY HIS MAMA TO BE REALLY QUICK! NO WAY IS THAT NOT GETTING SNAPPED UP! I ALSO BOUGHT 4 NEW BED PILLOWS SO NOW WHO NEEDS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BEDSPREAD????? ALL THE WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY AND THAT I JUST HOW IT'S GOTTA BE, TO GET 5 STARSFROM ME! GO! ENJOY! YOUR MONEY GOES SOOOO FAR EVEN WITH TEENAGERS!

Read fine print. They put price on signs in BIG letters, "Unless otherwise marked "is in smaller print.Sales girl gave me price as $23.94. I count out exact amount, she tells me need .05 more. 99 does not sound like 94 & she repeated 94 at least 3 times. Idiot child
