Clean and easy to find things. They have downsized the toy and clothing sections they carried. Not all things were labeled with a price. Cups, tables, and various food items such as milk, had no clear labels on the items or shelves.

They didn't have as much stuff as other dollar generals and I bought a pack of mixed gummies and they were FIVE MONTHS EXPIRED, we so confused of why they were hard when I bought them a few days Pryor so check the expiration dates I guess.

I picked up 4 bottled sodas they had on sale. A kind person with a cart full let me go ahead of them in line and the cashier is always friendly. The store is full but clean. Good to grab a quick couple things.

The store isn't the cleanest, but it's staff are the friendliest and super nice. They were helpful and cheery. It's odd to be greeted with such genuine kindness in the dollar store. They had a great selection, I was surprised at the decent deals (especially on name brand soda!) and the variety of items. Bathroom was SUPER clean, especially since the floors of the store were so dusty, I expected it to be filthy, but was surprised!

Everyone at the store is very nice and helpfulThere a good looking girl that works there that has a different color hair every week it seems but the Blue or the Pink look good in her hair in case she reads this and sees my review answer.She's really cute and the glasses make her look so Intelligent and witty . The staff there is so helpful and courteous .They are all polite and Terry the cashier is awesome . She is so nice to everyone that walks through the door .The street is always clean and they are always stocking the shelves . Great little store with great people to go with it .You'll Love this store guaranteed !

Always a great place. They almost always have great sales, especially on soda. All the employees are usually nice. Everyone has bad days so I can forgive that. Sometimes you have to find someone or wait a minute at the register to check out but there's usually only ever 2 people working so to me it's understandable.

Good selection of home goods, decor, and appliances. A less than average (but NOT small) selection of food, snacks, and beverages.I will, however, say that while the employees are nice, they are usually somewhere other than the register, and you will sometimes wait a few minutes before anyone even notices you're up there. Aisles are small and constantly blocked with employees' carts of merchandise to be stocked. Many shelves are often just empty.I only go for a select few items, or if I don't feel like driving more than 5 minutes to another larger retailer.

I shop here all the time. Today I was with my child and there was a vehicle in the parking lot with 2 men who I felt were watching me.. In made me very uncomfortable the 2 ladies working were nice enough to walk me and my child out to the car and even carried my groceries I was extremely grateful!!! Everyone is always friendly at this location to me.

This low review is only because the employee's don't wear masks. One was coughing without covering her mouth! I really like the store and the people but do not feel safe. So I told them I would not be back. It's a shame because it is so close! So if they decide to mandate masks I'll be back!

I love this place! The staff are always nice and professional even with tuff customers. If they are out of anything they always tell you when they are getting it in. Julie Deanna Anna Gale Steve and Carrie are the best!

Good selection the staff here just don't seem to care when I visit then it looks like no one has done there job and there is boxes laying around hard to shuffle through some isle later in the evening

Not enough Mountion Dew products. It sucks when the soda is ordered for a worker and theres not enough to sell to costumers. Thats the new Mountion Dew flavors. I spend a lot of money at that place . I am very uncomfortable around the blond worker.

Great prices and usually friendly staff. I get most of my sundries here. They also have discounts based on the colored dot on the merchandise on top of their low prices.

Called at 9pm to ask if they had a certain item. Lady on phone was very rude. Website on google says open until 10pm. Everyone else has updated their covid bs hours. Even all the other dollar generals. Lady couldnt even tell me on the phone that theu were already closed. Instead I loaded up the whole family and drove to this place only to find they are closed at 9 not 10. Thanks.

The staff are AlLWAYS friendly and helpful at this location. When I shop Dollar General, I always go to the Otto store. One of the more organized and clean stores as well.

They've got so much more stuff since the remodel! Its honestly like a mini Wal-Mart for me lol bc its much closer than Wal-Mart! All the employees are friendly as well

It's hit and miss here.. But It 1.5 miles from the house. They've updated the store with a new layout. Place looks cool and more inventory added.

They charge me more for an item. When the sticker said less then wat they charge me. They need 2 fix their prices & some shelves dont even have sticker prices. Plus they're prices are high.

The selection is good but the store had empty boxes left on isles as they stocked staff was not welcoming and they watched me and my friend like we were thief's because we look a certain way

Always always always carts in the aisles....clutter everywhere and whats with having to get a key to go to the restroom? Oh and the House Springs location always smells like sewage is backing up into the bathrooms. Yuck!
