My two standard poodles were groomed at Wicked Wagz for the first time. The experience was outstanding! The whole staff was on top of things with shot records and very pleasant. The groom quality is top notch. By far the best groom my dogs have ever had and this is not my first standard poodle.

Super friendly and professional. The salon environment is calm, warm and inviting. Definitely a ‘stress free’ zone. They listened carefully to my grooming requests and nailed them!I was also impressed with their knowledge about our specific breed. I was given tips and information to be aware of as our puppy ages and was encouraged to follow up with our vet - which I will do very soon.Finally, I truly appreciate the oodles of love and care the entire team gave our sweet Lucy. We look forward to our next visit!

This was Annabelle’s first grooming and they were very kind to her. She looked beautiful when we got her back. They gave her a toy, which she loves, as a first time gift. Wicked Wagz is a little hard to find, driving the final way on a gravel road. It is in the basement of a house, done very professionally for dog grooming.

I cannot say enough good things about these people who love on our pup like he’s their own.Before Wicked Wagz we could never find anyone who listened to what we wanted for each grooming, and our dog was terrified to visit the groomer. We would have to drag him, kicking and screaming, into the groomer’s each and every time.Since going to Wicked Wagz he actually gets excited and LOVES going to visit his groomers. They are consistent, kind, compassionate, and absolutely wonderful! I trust them completely.

I took my 9 month old puppy for her first haircut. Wicked Wagz staff were VERY patient and kind to my little Angel 😊. They did an excellent job in making Angel feel comfortable and at ease for her first visit! I really appreciated their professionalism. I highly recommend these wonderful groomers.

We took our fur baby to On Broadway and wow! Excellent service. She was very patient with our dog and he has never been groomed, we adopted him from the shelter so we wanted to get him cleaned up and treated. I was amazed how different he looked and I will most definitely be taking him back for more grooming in the future. Highly recommended!

My pup went to Wicked Wagz for the first time today. We had a previous not so great experience elsewhere , so I was a bit nervous. I was put at ease at my arrival. A very kind person greeted me and my dog. Once I picked her up, she looked amazing. They had a first time customer goody bag and a report card of her visit. These extras aren’t necessary but are so appreciated!! Thank you Wicked Wagz for taking care of Willow!

I have two Lab Hound mixes that are brother and sister, 3 years old. They can be a handful in any occasion. Heather and her team kept them calm and did a phenomenal job getting them back into shape. We are now getting on their monthly program after the experience we had there.Great service and handleing for dogs that can be skittish. They were calm and looked great when we picked them up.Tell your friends and family if they want high end service at a great price,Go see On-Broadway Pet Styling....Worth every penny!!

Worst grooming ever done. My Australian shepherd was groomed completely wrong. He even had anxiety issues after visiting here. He is now afraid of quick movements.

We decided to have our large dog groomed for the summer. Not even 30 minutes after dropping off our pup we received a call stating that they “could not handle our dog.” When asked why they stated he kept reaching for the brush when they attempted to brush him. He does this at home as well but after a few minutes he stops. We asked if he was being aggressive and they stated no. I will never deny that he was most likely excited and nervous, he is just a year old and this was his first time ever going out for a groom and we explained that. She stated on the phone that she has dealt with many large excited dogs. He is very obedient and listens well. I do not feel as though she gave him a chance. She called very shortly after us dropping him off for us to come get him. I feel as though she could have tried more with him or even try different routes rather than just giving up. I would not recommend taking your dog here unless they are used to being groomed and not a puppy. Thanks.
