The prices were really good and the people were kind but when it came to the care of my cat I wasn’t satisfied. I got my cat spayed here and she stayed the night and when I came to pick her up the next day she was in a small kennel with her own matter all over it, which shows me that she likely was not given a litter box to use. I was given no instructions on how to care for her or any pain meds (thank god for google, half an aspirin a day made her able to walk more than just to the litter box and back to her bed). She was terrified and when I came in to get her she was hissing and aggressive like I’ve never seen her before. When she heard my voice she started meowing in the most sad way I’ve ever heard, and he had to leave the room for me to be able to get her out. When we went back in to remove her stitches 2 weeks later, as soon as she saw the building she went straight into panic mode, then he suggested just leaving the nylon stitches in because she was aggressive while attempting to remove them but I insisted they needed removed as they were not the type that would dissolve and she had been pulling on them and making them bleed. He gave me a pill to make her groggy a few hours before coming back in a week later, and even on the pill she was terrified of that place the same way she was before. I had to pin her down with a towel wrapped around her while that service was completed after he suggested yet again to just leave them in! She hasn’t been the same since. She used to be very trusting of people and very kind, and now she is extremely aggressive towards new people. My sisters stayed with me for a few days and she used to love them, but now she’s been hissing at them the whole time they’ve been here. She used to love having the base of her tail scratched, and now if I even brush over it on accident she freaks out and starts hissing. I’ve had her since she was 6 weeks old and she is a year now. I regret ever taking her here as she is not the same and it makes me very sad. She flinches when I pet her if she doesn’t see me coming, and she hisses at anything unfamiliar now. She never used to do that. I suppose I got what I paid for because like I said the prices were very low, but honestly the service was terrible and I will never bring my pets here ever again.

If you're a farm family, or someone looking for an easy going no-nonsense vet, I recommend Kling! He is very helpful and friendly and won't guilt trip you for having outdoor animals or unfixed cats and dogs. He answers any questions and has unbeatable prices as well! Highly highly recommend!

Best Veterinarian we have ever experienced in a lifetime of having all our pets. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t do any unnecessary tests. Definitely knows his stuff. A good vet, we enjoyed taking our cat and dog here for sometime but we moved. He was pretty considerate and kind. Always honest and direct. Very straightforward when explaining cost prior to doing anything. The vet technicians were always professional and gentle with our pets.

They put duct tape over my cats iv that’s not safe nor is it humane, there is softer wrap that could go over but that could cause very many infections. I’m not happy.

I've been going to Doc Kling off and on for year's. He has been the best vet I've been to. He has been very caring towards my animal's. He has saved a couple of them. Just one example...one time I had a ferret that got real sick...looking and acting like he was knocking on heaven's door. I took him to Doc Kling to have him put to sleep so he wouldn't suffer. He looked him over and asked me a couple of questions. Then he said..."give the poor guy a chance." He told me a few things to do with him. So I went home and tried it. My ferret got back to his onry little self. I could give other examples but it would be a long post. I appreciate his prices too.I recommend him when the chance comes up. I'm no vet but I have dealt with a lot of variety of animal's all of my life...and I have to say that Doc Kling is a darn good veterinarian!!

My mom used Dr. Kling for all of our animals while I was growing up so I have followed in her footsteps and only go to him for my Siamese cat and my pug. He is straight forward, explains things, fun to talk to and very reasonably priced. The facility is always super clean and his staff is very sweet and professional as well. 10/10 recommend everyone to use this Veterinarian.

My dog had an emergency situation yesterday and needed to be seen asap. I looked for the nearest vet that's open on Saturdays and found Kling which claimed to be open till 4pm. No one answered the phone and no one was there. Wasted time driving to Kling that could've been spent better if I'd of known.

I have not used this vet for any services. A dog that I rescued had gotten their shots from here and I had to get those records. I was able to get them with little effort and am grateful for that. Have heard nothing but bad things about them from dirty kennels to the vet continuing to do surgery on a dog even though the dog was not fully sedated. I personally will never use them.

Dr. Kling is literally the best veterinarian I've ever come across. He has a calm gentle nature with animals and our invoice is always affordable. (I think for my dogs shots, rabies shot, dewormer and hot spot treated it cost me $35) It's very clean in his office which is a huge thing for me. I drive from Shawnee KS because Dr Kling is the best vet in Kansas city area!!! And my dogs like going there. Thanks Dr Kling for all you do!!

I have been going here for almost a decade and will never go to another vet unless forced to. Kling is awesome and the staff is always friendly. Cost is very affordable. Never tries to make you waist money gives home stuff to try before bringing your pet in and have to pay money. Never charged for a phone call.

I have a friend been coming here for years. So when I moved up in the same state I knew there was only one vet I could trust! I live almost 2 hours away but totally worth it for the outstanding care and knowledge he gives. I feel he and his crew go above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. Welcoming. And the appointment go as fast as possible without having to sit for hours.Can't recommend him enough!!

Dr. Kling was a god send for us to find. We have brought our dogs in to see him and he has given us medicine to help when necessary and told us ways to take care of our dogs at home when he didn't believe purchasing prescription medicines were necessary. We boarded our dogs with them for about 5 days and the woman working the front desk was so sweet and didn't get annoyed when I called numerous times to get everything scheduled (due to questions and schedule changing). The prices are much more affordable and they are upfront and honest about what is going to happen and how to go about treatment. I was completely comfortable with leaving my fur babies with them while we were gone and knew they were in good hands. My only regret is not finding them earlier!

Veterinarian services that are affordable! Both of my small/medium sized dogs had their dental exams & cleaning along with their annual vaccinations done by Dr Kling and the staff. We’ve always had great experiences with Dr Kling but sadly we moved to Georgia. We are home visiting family and took our dog to get his shots here. I left my headlights on and our battery died he spent an hour outside helping us get our battery cleaned and jumped! He gives quality costumer service at a great price!
