This is the second time at this location this has happened, first with this lady. Let me just say...we all understand you close at 10. I live around the corner and stop at dg(mostly the other ones but this one is closest to my house). So at 9:59 I'm informed that the store is closed and it's time to go...I point out to her that I'm aware of the time situation and move on to grab 1 more of the 3 items I stopped in to get. She continues to inform me that they are closing...like I didn't know. I informed her again how I'm aware of the situation and am getting 1 more thing. Then 30 seconds later at check out she refused to give me her name(said she wouldn't feel safe) so I requested a manager...she replied that she is one lol. Still wouldn't give me her name. The lack of professionalism was pathetic. A clear result of participation awards.

Went to get a bag of almonds for cookies and like always I will find other things, like cans of mushrooms, that we needed. I looked at the fruit snacks for my grandson since I was going to visit, but most of the four shelves were wiped out, assumed that they were taken for kids going back to school. The two ladies, that we're working there, were friendly and helpful while they were doing multiple jobs like the register, restocking all the empty shelves in multiple areas, moving items around to set up the Halloween items and still very pleasant with all customers that needed help or having to pass thru the area where they're working. The lady at the register was very nice, considerate in helping bag my items nice and together so I had only one bag to carry and could answer any questions I asked or would be happy to find out for me.

I go to this place for last touch groceries and cheap makeup. Pretty okay customer service. But dear lordy is it dirty. Honestly I don't think anyone has cleaned it since 1955. I think if the place was demolished it might make it look better.

Staff is helpful but the store is unorganized and always looks like someone is just moving in or out stuff every where trying to hold to many items and the isles are to narrow. It needs work.The store is clean and organized for the first time in years the staff is doing a great job thank you.

Typical DG. A little dirty and not the same selection as Wal Mart, but you dont have to drive across town through four more traffic lights. Fast, convenient and the cashiers are higher quality than you might expect. They are friendly and fast.

Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, selection was better than expected. The store was not organized with like products together. I found sugar in 2 different sections of the store. Empty boxes were scattered around the floor, making it hard to navigate.

Has alot of good stuff, good place to go and grab a drink for a dollar or some snacks for 1 or 2 dollars, not to mention the good people who work there. I've never had a bad experience there. Good place to get something to eat or drink as well as getting some cheap supplies or toys or just pretty much anything for around a dollar. Overall a good place to go to.

Really wish they would get a case with locks for their makeup products! And have testers. It's always a mess and opened by people trying to test the products that aren't testers! The shelves are always a mess and the aisles are always full as boxes that haven't been placed on shelves. The staff aren't the friendliest people in the world. They need to check expiration dates on their food items. They also need to go through their coolers and check their food items. I'm pretty sure bacon isn't supposed to be Gray!

Very convenient and reasonable prices. Love the digital coupon app. Just put your phone number in when your done and what the price come down! Once, I had a $30 order and only paid around $10!!! LOVE CLEARANCE AND SALES!

It is ALWAYS messy. The $ section looks like they throw it up there. The floors look like they've been mopped with dirty water. The inventory doesn't seem to be done because they will go weeks without items. I really only use this Dollar General bc it's within walking distance from my house.

When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find spring items marked 70% off, all kinds of great deals!! The store has a great selection in every department and nice customer service. Thanks for a great shopping trip!!

This had always been a decent store, it's a great size, yes it's a little worn out, but the size helps to get through the aisles and locate things you're needing. We used to live in a small town 8 miles East of this store so it used to be a staple stop for us, now it's a when going by stop.

That was a cool place to check out! Never seen wine sold at a Dollar store before! You guessed it...I"m from MD, lol. We're not that lucky. I liked their lil Christmas decorations while being there...great for paper plates and utensils - can't beat a dollar! It makes ya holla! ;)

Customer Service is great, but location needs to move to adjacent space since aisles are small and store seems overly congested with various products. Location has both refrigerated and frozen foods including staples such as milk, eggs, bread and snacky foodstuffs. Aside from food store also offers some clothes, nick-nacks, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, health and beauty supplies and some first aid items (i.e: bandaids, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide, etc.).

This store is one of the most un organized stores I have seen! That is saying alot since I come from kc. With the exception of a few the workers are very rude especially the manager! The other day my husband and I went to the store and also wanted to buy tobacco cigars. The guy asked for his I'd. Ok no problem my husband gives him his Mexican consulate I'd card which was issued in downtown kcmo rightvhere in the United states. So the guy tell him he cannot except this type of Id keeps on looking at it and looking at ot up in the light as it was a fake 100$ bill! What a embarrassment for me and my husband and all this while we have a line of at least 5 ppl behind us.!Needless to say none of my household will be returning to this store ever again I would rather drive 30 minutes out of town then to be ridiculed again! Disgraceful!

I like Dollar general, this particular store is not in a great location, the building is pretty run down. I still find what I'm looking for and still enjoy shopping here. They will have a new building in time.

All staff is very courteous, welcoming and always willing to lend a hand to help customers find whatever they may be looking for! Never over crowded. Very convenient.

Everytime I walk in it's like Friday night on repeat people be swinging from the ceilings playin pong on the cash register and slamming red solos and then there's confetti poppin off DG is by far the best thing since the wheel or sliced bread....

I like Dollar General because you can get so many different things. The only thing I don't like is that it is so crowded and so many aisles especially the toy aisle. I like that you can basically find anything you want for a decent price.

We love Dollar General, (in general,) but this particular store (Harrisonville, Mo) is the most crowded, cluttered, sloppy looking Dollar General we've ever seen. Any of the other towns in the area put this one to shame.

When available the clearance items at this location amaze me. I have purchase a ten dollar large decorative pillow for two dollars.The same with two piece pajamas sets.

Crowded isles, boxes, and merchandise laying all about, small and crampy. And not lit up with outside lights very well, rather dark, they always look closed.

Great place to get needed items without the crowds of bigger stores . Being handicapped in the legs I can get what I need without the long walk from one end of the store to another . Employees are always courtious .

This store tries to put big box inside small bldg..I love it faster in and out friendly ppl and we'll bargains
