Called asking about piping for a water main. I was told they had the blue poly, when I got there I was told they only had plex. The man who helped us was miserable, he didn't have a good attitude at all. I went to counter to ask if I could talk to the person I talked to on the phone and the woman behind the counter said "I don't know." Not a helpful trip at all.

Clean store. Spacious isles and loved the inside lumber yard. Picked up another cabinet and was checking out in the lumber yard for the load out area under the canopy when we found a lumber cull pack by the door do we took that home with us as well. $370 in lumber for $99 some great value still a lot of good use will get my brooder area built and then some.

When visiting this store you can find anything and everything you will need. The staff are willing to help you find it as well. Today, we found where something should have been located, and online, it told us they had 3 left. However, it wasn't in the bay. An employee helped us track it down so that we were able to purchase what we needed. We received top-notch service on a day that they are packed with customers.

Workers aren't very friendly. I've had several issues with them trying to sell broken/missing pieces at full price, when they offer a discount for stuff like that (like $1 busted bags of cement). One lady signed me up for a preloaded card that never worked and the manager told me it was my loss even though I had the receipt. Seems like poor careless management.

I've been with Lowes because of the military discount for about 15 years. I recently signed up for the Pro Account and it was not explained to me about and losing the military discount. I have contacted them locally and the corporate office. I told them to take me off of the Pro Account to get military discount. They could not change my status to receive the military discount. I have been going to the Menards and Home Depot in Quincy and the Home Store since this started and the employees are very helpful and polite. Lowes lost about $1,500.00 in sales since this started and will lose more to the Home Depot and Menards in Quincy IL and the the Home Store in Hannibal MO Home Depot gives me the militay discount. I guess this shows how much Lowes cares about veterans and their customers. I hope enough veterans read this and are careful if they sign up for a Pro Account and do so with a knowledgeable employee helping them through the process.

I went to lowes to get a stove. I had to oder one because they don't carry none in stock and refused to sell me one off the floor. They next day when the delivered it, the delivery guys stopped out on the street instead of pulling in my driveway. They asked me to drive my truck up to them so we cd t it into my truck which they did. Expecting them to follow me to help unload it, as I got to my house I realized the guys had already left. So here I am with this brand new stove that not in a box or package of any kid to unload myself in the pouring down rain.. in the store there was two employees, richard and Hayley that were very helpful and pleasant to work with but the delivery of the stove was a complete joke. The stove was left out in the rain while I had to call someone to come help unload it.

Holli (the appliance manager) and Steve (our appliance salesman) are both terrible with customer service. When selling the washer and dryer it seemed like we were an inconvenience for Steve. The order was placed on 28th and delivery scheduled for the first available day for this store, December 8th. On the 7th when a reminder call for delivery was not received we called the store. Steve and Holli were both not in but a very nice lady in customer service (Misty) told us the delivery now showed 22nd of December. How does a delivery date change and the customer not be informed? We called to talk to Holli but she is absolutely no help at all when she will answer the phone (we called and were transferred 6 times to her desk because she would not answer calls or pages) before we went to the store. She was absolutely no help in store and was un empathetic for the situation. A month without a washer or dryer is ridiculous and Holli just does not care. Now it’s out of stock in store and in the warehouse because Hannibal Lowes oversold what they had in stock after we left. What will this store do to make the situation right? I honestly hope neither get commission from this sale. By reading a past review it clearly is not the first time Holli has shown face and how she really should not be a manager or in customer service.

In the day and age where customer service is non-existent, Tristan helped me out not only in his department but in various departments that I was searching in. He was courteous and helpful. Hannibal Lowe's is my go to. Thank you.

I bought a DK2 chipper from Lowe's Home Improvement in Hannibal Missouri upon receiving it getting home I find out that there is no manual there is no warranty information and according to the card that was on the machine it was supposed to come with an extra set of blades, Lowe's told me they looked for them couldn't find them and to contact the manufacture and that they would help me out. I calling the manufacturer they told me that it was not their responsibility to make up for lows incompetence but they could sell me another set of blades for $199 ,buyer beware when buying pre-assembled products from Lowe's in Hannibal Missouri. There is a problem the other chipper out front has the same issue no information no warranty no extra blades😡

Lowe's has most everything you need but sometimes you have to find it yourself and sometimes you have to pack it yourself but they're friendly and some of the employees are helpful I would add a half of a star if I could make it three and a half Stars

Employees either don't know what they're doing, complaining about working too hard, or about other employees not working and the cashiers enjoy standing at one register and making everyone wait.. People aren't very friendly either... Hannah, Laura and Clay are some good employees. Dont bother ordering anything custom. Most employees can’t measure or even use the computer program to input the order.

I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever had (although the Quincy store is in the running:1. Belligerent staff. When I went to pick up an in store order for my daughter back in December. I went to the service desk, said "Hi, I need to pick up this order for my daughter" (30 boxes of tiles), and handed them the printout. The person working the service desk holds up his hands, shakes his head and says "And?" When I was finally able to get him to go back and look for them he pulled them up to the edge of the desk and then stood there with a pissed off look on his face and watched me pull the several carts out and load them all. No help, no offer of help, just a jerk attitude.2. UPDATE. This next paragraph 2 was a complaint about a hateful lady that was obnxious on the phone to my daughter. I discovered that the lady was actually at the Quincy Store, so I have removed this issue from my review and added one star to this review because the obnoxious behavior turns out wasn't a Hannibal employee being a jerk.3. In on online order for free store delivery there were spindles that came in two parts. About half of them were missing a part. Rather than try to get us the other part, they insisted we return the entire spindle. OK, fine so long as we are going to get a replacement correct? In the store, they pretended to reorder for us, but now have called my daughter and told her we have to order online. Guess what? Actually they are apparently out of stock. So now we have half the spindles we need to complete this stair case and no way to reasonably replace them. Again, that's a service issue.If they get to pick and choose when they actually deliver free to the store in my town I guess I might as well go to the one in Quincy. UPDATE: Nope, not going to the Quincy Store. Then again, maybe I should go to Home Depot or Menards instead.

Hannibal Lowe’s is awful..I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from them and still have the manufacture warranty..the warranty ppl have been great but every employee that I have spoke with at Lowe’s has been very nasty. Holly is the worst I haven’t had a refrigerator for almost a month waiting on them and she never once said sorry or empathized with me and it’s been 100 degrees for a few days and I’ve lost food and medicine. After I told her she was very rude she had the nerve to say “I can be a lot ruder.” I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I have never spoken to a customer like this especially after they are spending their money..I still do not have a refrigerator and just paid on it today. I would not recommend Hannibal Lowe’s at all.

Wade does a wonderful job at this store. I have meant to leave this review for years. My fault, I am sorry. Life gets so busy sadly at times that we skip out on telling someone they are so appreciated. I do appreciate you man!Wade's services throughout the years have always been exceptional. My husband and I have been helped and witnessed his customer service with others. He is a great person.I am grateful for Lowe's and how wonderful it is to have it here in Hannibal Missouri.

After searching up and down isles for someone to help me I finally found someone named Corwin. He told me that’s not my area. I said can you help me find someone and he said he would help. He said I don’t know the prices and I said well can you look them up? He said ya but it will take awhile. He had a scanner in his hand. Lol. Okay. That’s what I want. A price. He was not helpful when asked to show me where something else was. He acted like it was way too much trouble. It’s the only hardware store in town so we don’t have much of a choice and have to go here.

Service is awful. You go to the front and ask for help. No one ever shows up to help you. I have left the store more than once because no one cares about working. They just want a paycheck. It is better to go somewhere without the aggravation.

Everything you would expect at a Lowe's. My only complaint is it seems the bean counters want to save a buck and won't turn the A/C on to a proper temperature. It's quite unpleasant to walk around their sauna inspired warehouse.

I like Lowes. I count on Lowes for a lot of different items. I have remodeled a number of homes using primarily there products. I buy and use their tools.One of the only few issues is when a customer orders materials and I go to pick them up, it's always a debacle. One employee says go over to this section and wait for somebody, and then I'm not sure if it's right because I've been waiting for awhile and I think I'm in the wrong place, and I end up spending almost a hour or better waiting and running from one end of the store to the other.Trust me one of the other big box stores is far worse, but the other one is by far the standard in which the other 2 should set.Just want my favorite big box store to be the best. Thank you hope I helped.

All across the states same thing... Lots of em employees moving things around yet b no one really knows anything helpful. But when you know what you need and you know what you are doing than all be darn if it isn't the fastest one stop tools shop!! For all your fix it needs!!!
