Great location, we didn't find a lot of what we were looking for, haven't been to this store in a little while didn't know it had changed to more of a grocery store. We picked up a few items, and upon check out our cashier was really friendly. This was a Friday evening and we're in town most Friday evenings, so I could see us stopping back in more frequently because of this experience.

The cashiers are friendly and helpful! However, the shelves are typically blocked with new stock waiting to be put on the shelves and the line are usually long. We deal because it's the store in town, but if there were more employees on the clock the store would be more efficient and convenient for customers!

This Dollar general had wide selection of goods from grocery to general merchandise. Well organized and stocked up pretty good. Makes it more likely to find what you need in this small town without having to drive at least 20 minutes to get to a Price chopper or Walmart. And the lady that was working the closing shift was very nice and professional. 🙂

I love that they added fresh produce.. now only if it most of it wasn't rotten and their coolers didn't break twice or more times per year. The staff that runs this place is the best feature to this store.

Absolutely enjoy shopping with nikki!! She is such a helpful, friendly, funny and respectful employee. Glad she has joined the team here in Garden City. Didnt much enjoy shoppong there before but she has changed my view. Thanks Nikki keep up the great work.

The manager is rude the isles are cluttered can't find anything. The general staff are very nice and helpful which is a plus.Since this review things are looking up now store is clean and organized and everyone is very nice and helpful, good job dollar general.

Workers are pretty rude and don’t care about business. They are too busy goofing around most of the time I go in. I always end up being the only person in line and still have to wait 10 plus minutes for someone to come to the register even after seeing people in line.

Store was cold. The doors wouldn't stay closed. Kept opening. Felt sorry for the lady at the cash register. She wad cold. This is bad. Where is the owner. I bet they wouldn't stand there and check out people very long.

Dollar General is stocking more items that add convenience and save me a trip to the bigger towns. But if you ask to have a balloon blown up they treat you like it's a major inconvenience

Just moved into the area and there was a DG just around the corner. Made me feel right at home. Love this store as it has everything you need in a pinch!

Check sizes. They are often slightly smaller, making for 0 in savings. Low quality often in toys and clothing. Unless it has changed, their motor oil says in small print not to be used in engines manufactured after 1940... 😕

The Dollar General in Garden City MO is a great store. They have an amazing variety of product. The aisles are a little narrow, but I think that's typical of all DGs

I just love that little store if they carried produce I would never go into Harrisonville and definitely wouldn't go past Belton.
