Hate the self check. There was 1 checker with a line of 8 customers with 2 staff to help the self check and countless employees filling call in orders which you would think customers that actually come into the store would be at least as important. I also hate that the 2 liter bottles are up so high that I have to track someone down to help me get them down or ask another customer.

Just a heads up. Do NOT go to Gale if she is running a checkout. She took 30 minutes checking us out while our 7 month old was crying. SHE IS THE SLOWEST PERSON I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY LIFE AND NEEDS AN ATTITUDE CHECK.P.SThe Walmart is great just avoid Gale.

Typical Walmart, but still a 5-star. As with typical Walmart, the products are complete, cheaper than others, but the quality is a little burn worse than the others. This Walmart is clean and well attended. As usual, self checkout lanes works good. Restroom is clean. Parking is good.

I wanted to speak about the deli. On days where I don’t feel like cooking I stop in for some ranch wings. They are so good but today I bought some and they were not fully cooked. I was disappointed but put them in the air fryer to finish them. I just wanted to let you know so that no one gets sick eating half done chicken in the future.

One Star is what Walmart gets from me every time I go in. I have shopped at the store for years . Walmart outrageous concerns about shoplifters is really making the experience even more horrible than has been in my opinion. First we have to go to through a cattle chute. Then they only have four registers and usually only two of them are are open. The screen that informs the customer of the price we are paying never works anymore when going through the regular register. If you go through self check out they have a camera looking down at your cart got a person right there watching everything you do and then when you leave they want to see your receipt as you walk out. I've been red flagged by the security system twice now the first time was the item beeped when I scanned it and then they popped up and said I was just sticking it in the bag without scanning it. This time I just left a couple items laying there that I wasn't going to purchase and security red flagged me again. I do not plan to use self check out again unless I have one or two items . I also don't plan to wait more than 10 minutes to be checked out at the register Customers should also be aware of the fact that the self checkout register Rings up items twice many times so in some cases you're paying twice as much for one item. Then you have to put up with a rude associate to come and remove it. I'm sure it would be just as cheap to hire more people to work registers as it would be go through all that b******* and risk insulting customers. 2 days ago I.wanted to buy some shoes that were supposedly clearanced. When I went through checkout to pay for them they came up at the regular price. Same exact shoe different barcode. Confusing. How many people thought they were getting the shoe on sale and actually paid regular price. Makes me wonder who the real Thief is Walmart. In the past few years I realize there's almost a problem with every trip to Fulton Walmart rude customer service problems with the checkout price problems nonsense very obvious the customer means nothing to Fulton Walmart .

I think the remodel looks nice but they need more checkers for the front. There was only one checker there when I went the other day. All the rest were self check out. If I wanted to work there again I expect to get paid well!!

These people are great I'll tell you what, all the staff is friendly we've had wonderful encounters at this location. The staff is always so cheerful and they seem like they just enjoy their job. That takes good management so that says a lot about this Walmart

I love the order and pick up option. They always get my order right when I don’t want to or can’t go inside.Fulton Store is clean and organized. Produce is fresh. Pharmacy is organized with professional friendly staff. Would be nice to have drive up option for pharmacy, but I don’t know where they would put it.Overall I love our hometown Walmart. The size is perfect for our little town.

I can still find most items here cheaper than some.other places.I recently reminisced about the Sam's choice products that have disappeared. I believe Sam Walton would be disappointed on how so many things have changed or gone by the wayside at Walmart... And in the entire US population.

This is what happens when you try to do curbside in Fulton. Dish soap and hairspray all over my groceries, they must've thrown everything in there. I was staying socially distant and couldn't check until I was home 30 minutes away... $100+ down the drain. Do betterUpdate: you know what? As soon as they bring back 24hr Walmart they'll get 5 stars from me

Disgusted how horrible customer service is to people, never once have I had a positive time at this Walmart, customers service employees are extremely rude and should not be working anywhere if it envolved dealing with people. Also the only Walmart that will not return anything without a receipt.

A normal trip. This store is always clean, and staff are pleasant. The most frustrating part is always the oversized carts staff must use for the pickup orders, especially when the store is already crowded with shopping customers.

I think most of us have become familiar with Walmart employees being friendly and helpful. However, for some reason, this particular Walmart this doesn't seem to the case. No one has been outright rude, but most don't seem happy either. The store manager is very friendly, however. This store is fairly clean and mostly well maintained. Why do so many of the employees at this store just seem so unhappy? Regardless, I'm glad we have a Walmart and not a target!

It's a fine version of a Walmart. One of the few walmarts left that has only one door but still has a full grocery section. Its definitely in the smaller range for supercenter walmarts but if that means there's less items in the store I couldn't notice a difference from larger versions in Columbia or Jeff City. The customer service desk is smaller and oddly placed which has led to me waiting for quite a while to cash a check or make a return before. But other than that I have no complaints at all. Just be prepared to hear high school kids hanging out in the parking lot and playing loud music if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. Apparently it's still cool to hang out in the Walmart parking lot in Fulton, Missouri.

Well, if you "Dare" to use the "self Checkout" kiosk(s) after 8:00 Pm, be prepared to hear from an attendant "Cards only, no cash" even though they have signs on the terminal(s) that clearly read "Cards only". What's the point of having signs on the terminal(s), if your going to treat someone as if they were "Stupid" & can't read?

I had to purchase a lot of items so I ended up being checked out by the cashier Tallia…. She was very professional and patient. She showed very good hospitality and was very sweet…. Update: since my last review, the store has gone through some upgrades. Still, not anything like the bigger ones in surrounding areas, but the aisles are better. I will say the Pick Up option is the best!!! Very grateful to have it here.It gets the job done for a few necessities, BUT this is not a "supercenter" at all. The store is tiny, the aisles are way too tight, and the selection of any product is ridiculous. If you're in the Jeff or Como area, shop there instead.

Friendly store with helpful associates. I'm not a fan of showing my receipt on the way out. If you don't trust me, get rid of the self checkouts. Good selection. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked.

This location could really benefit from a remodel. Always numerous items out of stock and the selection isn't great. I'd rather drive to Mexico. At least the employees are really friendly and helpful and I've never had an issue with curbside.
