I don't have many negative things to say about Harps, only 1 actually, and that is the electronic wheelchairs that they have need to stay charged, myself and many others who have trouble walking or other disabilities, we really depend on these wheelchairs, they keep us living independently and help us to be able to continue to do or own shopping and honestly socialize as well. Honestly the store is clean the floors shine, the produce department looks better than I have ever seen it look, many new varieties of food and snacks, but I am impressed with the new gift cards selection, I am a gift card person, and having them where I buy groceries is a triple bonus for me, easy holiday shopping for me. I also am impressed with so far all staff, willing to help and polite, and that to me goes a long way. Keep up the good work Harps, see u again next week.

Went there to simply buy ground beef and asparagus. Got home and took the plastic off and the heads were jelly they were so bad. Unbelievable.

A little overpriced when it comes to groceries but the gas station part has the cheapest cigarettes in town! Lucky strikes are under $3.00 while everywhere else they are around $6.00

Store is clean. Prices depend on what you are getting but seem to be higher. This store used to be so much better when it was Town and Country/Country Mart. Bought out by Harps, things have progressively went down hill. No more hometown feel. No pleasant shopping experience, but conveniently located and only other option in town is pretty much Walmart.

Personally I worked there and I will say everything is great okay prices clean store but the reason it het 3 stars is because they do not answer there phone at all I got fired after calling up there 12 times to tell them I couldn't work one day didn't end on bad terms with them I already had another job with more hours and better pay but seriously tho you guys (harps ) complain your not bringing in enough monthly yet you don't answer your phone when people call up there time doesn't matter it could be 7 am with 1 customer in the whole store still won't answer

The food prices went up since it was Country Mart and nolonger has that small town family environment. Use to enjoy eating breakfast and lunch there, food selection has changed in hot deli and the usual crowd left. Dinning area nolonger a favorite hangout.

Food prices are absolutely too high and the food is outdated at times and they still charge over the same price but the employees are absolutely amazing I truly understand that the economy has gone up but when does it stop our families like mine that can only get what they can with cash it's still high priced my dad went to your store and bought a loaf of bread and celery,2 can's of tomato sauce and bottled water and it was literally over 30 dollars and we bought the same items at Walmart and it was 15.00 dollars and that was even with 2sodas !

They have a pretty good selection but I think they need to take things off the shelves that have gone bad instead of selling them to customers like bread. Wasn't here for 2 days and got mold on it

Alright the discounts are amazing its insanely cheap. I love the place. Service is awesome. Darlenes my favorite honestly but the others are really cool to. Super friendly super cheap and all around great place to shop. If you dont like it why did you spend your time whining about it online? I reccommend going home sitting in a dark room and contemplating if your life decisions just might be the reason your going to die alone ☺

It's centrally located, however the parking lot is rather small and can be complicated to navigate. This Store could use a cleaning crew. You MUST not assume the products are in date as this Store has a consistency of have Out of date products. Not every product but you must be diligent looking at your item's date. They are convenient for a neighborhood Store however they don't carry products that others routinely stock. Their pricing is tricky, they can be more than competitive on some but can out price themselves on others. They are on the order of what you may have grown up with and not like today's super markets.

Everyone friendly, and eager to help if need. Easy to find products and a convenient place to buy not only groceries at a great price but many other items as well. Such items as oil, antifreeze and other automotive needs, household, and hardware, baby products, a bakery, and meat department, a pharmacy, and even a place to rent movies for a leisure nite at home, or rainy weekend stuck in the house.

Produce is hit and miss, decent meat selection and prices. Typically a higher priced store to shop at so it's only a "go to" store for meat and must haves in a pinch. They really could look at their prices and they would likely get a lot more business.

Fredericktown's Country Mart has just about everything you might need in terms of food, drink, or anything else. Most items come at a reasonable price. Service is often both helpful and friendly, and features such as a pharmacy and movie rentals are an excellent reason for shoppers to drop by!

A little expensive on most of the items that I've picked up but I don't mind to pay a little extra every once in awhile just to get a brake from that other big grocery-mart across town..the checkers and helpers here at Harps are all very nice and helpful

I am so proud of my country Mart here in Fredericktown, they have done an amazing & outstanding job keeping the shelves stocked &everything is so clean every day ..Great service also,&very helpful & friendly...There is antibacterial wipes still at the door, it's where I've been shopping & so far have been able to get everything I need during this crises. I brag about this store to everyone,I haven't even been in the walmart store in town since February, &here it is already May..Thank you Country Mart for an outstanding job ,not only during this Covid19 crises but any day&, I will continue to shop with you & support all your efforts in keeping everyone supplied with essential needs.. If I could give you 25 gold stars I would! Thank you so much!! You &everyone working there are so Appreciated

Had to return a bag of potatoes because 3 out of 8 of them were already rotten and squishy the day I bought them. I chose a smaller bag than what I would have original purchased because I noticed several of the large bags had rotten potatoes in them. The store did agree to refund my money without any problems.

Just bought a box of chicken from the deli. There's hardly any crust on the chicken. It's all in the bottom of the box. They told my husband it's a new recipe. And I think its also a new breed of chicken because it's got 4 legs and NO wings. No happy. Wings are my fav.

Prices are getting better!! Seemed I got more for my buck here than at Wal-Mart. Didn't have all the rude people that seem to shop at Wal-Mart these days either. Good job Harps my new go to.....

Love this store! Friendly people and really great meat and produce! The butcher is always helpful and will custom cut your meats. Great hometown feel!!!
