We are here on vacation. Usually when I stop in small towns, I normally do not receive great hospitality because of the color of my skin. I must say John's Frosted Mug was great. The food was great and the employees were excellent. Thank you for the great welcome, John. You have great people working for you.

Best place in town for food and drinks. The food here is your standard bar offerings but Johns Frosted Mug does it better. I recommend one of their pizzas. I always get a single Canadian Bacon and Pineapple pizza that is outrageously good and for me, enough for two meals. Their potato skins are pretty darn good too. Drinks are well made and reasonably priced.

Our group came upon this place for a stop on a bachelorette trip. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal, our waitress/ bartender was super sweet, fast, kept our drinks filled and kept us up to do date on our appetizers and food as they were in the kitchen! It was a reasonably large group so we tried a lot of the menu items, some of our favorites were the fried mushrooms, onion rings and the burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. We decided to stay for the Karaoke, and y’all the talent in this little town was insane! There’s a great variety of music played and some genuinely talented regulars as we learned. The staff was very friendly and interactive with the crowd, it was overall a really great experience, I would definitely recommend for a girls night or fun date night. I will definitely going back as soon as possible!

LoL, def not for out-of-towners! Stood at the door for a few minutes while everyone including waitresses stared at me before just seating myself (no signage). After ten minutes or so of sitting there with the bar patrons, gamblers and pool players looking at me like I was a alien a young lady in pink dreadlocks attempted to take my order but I think the meth had already kicked in or was wearing off…If you like dirty everything and cigarette smoke so thick you can barely see through it then this is the place for you! I ordered pizza to go and after only 53 minutes it showed up and I got the heck out of the place. The chow was decent, the coke was a diet instead of regular.

My husband, 15 year old son and myself dined here Saturday evening and won't be visiting this place again. My son decided he wanted to sing karaoke so we got up to choose a song for him and while we were doing this, a waitress came by and cleared our drinks, my hamburger and fries and my husband's partial that he removed to eat. I had hardly touched my hamburger and fries, but was planning on finishing them and we weren't done with our drinks.She didn't ask us if we were done with our food/drinks and I'm dumbfounded that she thought it was okay to throw away someone's tooth?! Let me be clear when I'm talking about his tooth/partial; I'm not referring to a tooth he pulled out and was holding onto, I'm talking about a partial that he wears daily for a missing front tooth that was $1600 out of pocket! Once we realized that his partial was gone, myself and my son asked if we could dig through the trash to locate it. We weren't offered an apology or even for the waitress to dig through the garbage to locate it since it was her mistake!! We didn't end up finding it, but my son and myself came back after we dropped my husband off at home who was distraught after this happened, mind you. We asked to take 2 bags of trash with us so we could find it. We were met with overwhelming rudeness because apparently we left without paying our $60 something tab in all of the chaos. This wasn't purposely done, but was easy to forget about considering the circumstances. I paid the bill while I was there, but you think that would have been the least of their worries when they threw out a $1600 partial!! Long story short, my SON AND I found my husband's partial after digging through GARBAGE with no help from any of the staff. It turns out that the woman who cleared our table and caused this unnecessary mess was the owner's wife. I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth with the LACK of customer service and common courtesy this place offers. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Haven't been there in years. Very glad we stopped in! T-bone steak was AWESOME! Cooked perfectly, scrumptiously seasoned, and tender. Chicken strips were really good. Seasoned fries were very flavorful. We'll be back!

I was told this was a employee he had. A pizza delivery bag the young man passed us in a no passing zone 40 miles an hour residental area then when I told him he shouldn't pass on double he gave me the finger and motioned he wanted to fight I pulled back around he pulled a gun on me went into stance we called police he said he didn't pull gun he lied my wife told police he did pull gun they said he didn't point so he was legal if you employ this guy shame on you I wouldn't recommend being this places parking lot bad way to run business.

Only one server there when we first got there, but she was working it, and making it work. Food was fantastic, had the Big John Pizza...so so good, Bob had the spaghetti special, was good too. Service was amazing. Definitely eating there again.

Pizza, 🍕, pizza. So if you want good pizza you can go to Casey's, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, etc. They are all good. When you go to John's for pizza it is different. It goes above and beyond all pizza experiences. I get the big John with jalapeno and black olives and it is in a category of its own. Forget the pizza and go to John's for the best pie you will ever have.

Great place!!! Lots of fun and amazing staff!!! Carly is the BEST bartender! Music is always on point! Pool table is always popping, drinks are really good and priced very fairly!! All around great atmosphere great people and a wonderful place to blow off some steam at the end of your week! Must visit!

Probably the best mushroom and swiss burger I've ever had! I've been here a few times and it seems there is usually only one person taking orders and working the bar, so sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it! I go to the Forsyth area several times a year on the motorcycle for all the great roads, and always look forward to stopping in at John's Frosted Mug!

Had the Fish Plate. No complaints with the meal. But our server didn't come back after the food was served. We didn't get drinks the rest of the meal. Its a bar, drinks are what they do, right? So we went to the gas station next door to get our drinks. Get the food to go and buy a six pack next door. :)

It took a while it get it tonight but it was worth waiting for. Best pizza I've had in a long time. I might add that the gal working there was really working! They were busy!
