Really disappointed. My husband and I go up to the register and the girl gave us a nasty look… she rang up ONE THING and looked at the other cashier and TOLD HIM to finish ringing us up because she needed to go outside to smoke a cigarette.Before we went up to her register she was talking to I’m assuming one of her friends. So, it’s not like we were interrupting her WORK. I usually don’t have issues with this store and the cashiers are extremely sweet. But she was pathetic.

This Dollar General location is always clean and well stocked. Unlike all the other Dollar General's in this area, this location rarely has anything blocking their aisles. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful.

The store manager is extremely rude to customers and also is unprofessional. She treats us horribly, yells at customers from isles away. She is on a power trip. She accuses others of stealing when they haven't stolen or even tried to steal anything. She bans people from shopping there for unknown to them reasons. When asked why she said for disrespect. I don't think asking if she refused to run my debit card manually is disrespectful. Also she cusses all the time but when I did late one night she screamed at me from like 5 isles away. I just walked up to her and agreed it wasn't nice apologized and told her I would appreciate if she reprimanded me quietly or privately . she became argumentative and offended. She is so horrible I can't put enough expression in to it.

I work with the public so it's important to me that if someone is having a bad day or just a long day at work or home that that person goes home with a smile. The staff here work toward that same goal. Store is always clean, they go out of their way to help you with anything you need, and usually know the answer to your questions. Management is awesome, staff is awesome. Rebecca, Justin, Rebecca, Cheyenne, Alan, that one girl i forget her name lol, new lady, please keep up the good work! I highly recommend stopping in!

The gal that seemed to be managing this Dollar General today was FANTASTIC!! They unfortunately they didn't have any folding chairs but I found a small kids table that could work as a seat. Once I told her we were looking for some type of chair to use in a canoe she showed me a few more things that might work and told me about a cheap pillow to use as a cushion. It will get wet and ruined but it was cheap enough that it'll keep me comfortable for the float trip. I'm very appreciative that she took the time to help me find something that would work instead of just telling me they were out of folding chairs and me leaving with nothing. She was very helpful!

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Everytime ive been in this store whoever is cashier is always on the phone. Its an annoiance to hear "ok baby" "making sure your up" " you know im at work" "when are we taking the car in" also the store can be cluttered at times making it difficult to get what you came in for.

The store manager is extremely unprofessional. Young girl on a power trip. Steer clear and drive past the poorly ran establishment, not worth dealing with a screaming, yelling manager who spends her time on the phone or complaining to customers about the company she works for.

Edit: no internet! We are encouraged to use DG apps but apps need internet in store to work. DG Go is useless and couldn't bring up store coupons without internet. Don't guess that I need to waste the space on my deviceEmployees are almost always friendly. The store is usually pretty clean. I do notice that it's starting to get a bit cluttered. Hoping it doesn't get as bad as the DG in Forsyth.

If I can't find something at one Dollar General, I just drive a bit and go to another one!! Great prices on home supplies!! As good or better than Wally World!!!

As always..... Store was clean, well organized ( even had VALENTINES DAY STUFF UP) ah ha! I would of expected NOTHING else..... The employees greeted us (as always) we love "our" little DG!!!

This is a well-stocked DG. Usually pretty clean and tidy. Friendliest and most helpful employees in the area. They recognize us "regulars". You'll always be greeted.

My cashier was rude and charged me twice for the same item then didnt want to give me a receipt so I couldnt see her mistake. No greeting at door for welcoming in or no greeting leaving the store.

The kirbyville location on E. Hwy 76 near MM Hwy is great! Always neat and always clean! The rest in the area are usually cluttered and hard to get through.
