As of writing this review the pharmacy is super understaffed which results in very long wait times for prescriptions. I understand though that many of these issues are not the staffs fault fault they Re doing the best they can. The staff are always very friendly and helpful when shopping there, it's unfortunate that they are short staffed which is causing a lot of frustration for customers when getting prescriptions. Nice store o really though.

Terrible Photo center. They shouldn't offer a 1 hour service because it can't be provided. Went on Tuesday to pick up my order over 2 hours after it being placed and there were multiple photo center employees there, but not printing or dealing with photos. One lady didn't even know how to work the printer, it had issues in the middle of a print job and she didn't know what the flashing lights meant or what to do since it had stopped printing at some point, who knows how long, which happened to be my prints coming out of the machine when the issue started. Four hours later they contacted me to let me know my prints were done. Got there to pick up and they said they couldn't find the prints. They were finally located but only half of the order was complete.

The staff is very friendly and nice!!! This Walgreens is a lot better!!! Fast pharmacy times and my prescriptions are always ready! Thank you for making my life easier!!

Worst pharmacy around!!! Do not listen to the good reviews. they never know what they're doing, they put insurance stuff wrong with you standing there reading it to them. They tell you your prescription is getting filled three times at a fill station the next time then they're out when it's been 6 hours and your still waiting and have called 4 times. They should be shut down as a pharmacy that Walgreens is straight trash this is my last time using them and I apologize to all the people that have to put up with their Idiocracy!

Make up their own minimum limits for uploading cash to your cash app, chime, other debit cards etc. Cash app says the cash upload requirements are between 5 and 500 but this location will only let you deposit between 20 and 200... Guess corporate agrees to work with these debit cards and do a service for them... As long as they can make up their own for the debit card company..

I needed some bandages after having surgery. I cannot walk right now. If I attempt to ill mess things up and hurt myself. So even though walgreens is so much more expensive they are supposed to offer 30 min curbside pick up. So It's worth it to get what I need. I placed my order waited 30 mins and went to the store. I waited another 30 min and never got the text. I called and the they answered the phone said sorry we are short staff..eventually I went and got gas to come back and called again..finally he found order and ran it out to me. After over 2 hours. I understand working short sux but dang. That was my first time and my last time ever using Walgreens curbside pick up. It ruined my entire evening. Confirmation order number #209315479913.

The employees and the managers hear have to be the dumbest people who have ever worked at Walgreens. They all need to be fired and replaced with people who know what they are actually doing. You do know that you can use your family members points. So now the points my family have been saving for my pregnant wife. So she could buy diapers and baby stuff now she can’t use them.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Not only was the wait time ridiculous but the girl couldn’t even figure out how to run our insurance so we had to pay more and the SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH US. We will NEVER be back here

Well I was just hung up on by the walgreens because I asked about what time my prescription would be ready I was told they couldn’t know exactly what time. I told them what’s the difference in the automated machine and you when the machine gives a time. I was told if I didn’t like their answer I could transfer my script elsewhere. When Ivan asked to speak with a manager, she told me that all she could tell me is to come in at 8 o’clock in the morning and wait around until my prescription is filled as if I don’t have a 12 hour job. I asked her name the managers and then I was hung up on. I called back to get the managers name and they proceeded to tell me that they wasn’t allowed to give that out. I wouldn’t even give the store a half of a star and unfortunately you have to in order to leave a review.

Do you enjoy waiting for you medication in store for at least 20 minutes, even after being told it's ready? Do you think poor customer service is a fun time? Does being gaslit by the staff make your day? Do you like being told your Dr needs to authorize medications for weeks when he never received the request in the first place? Well, look no further! Because this is the place for you! I have waited a week for one of my important meds, and before that had to fight with staff for a refill when I was dying from Pneumonia (they had simply forgot to refill it lol, but said it was 6 hours late because they were "a lil behind" )If you love to argue every month to get the meds you need, seriously. This is the pharmacy for you.

If I could give negative stars I would. Have been waiting 3 hours for a prescription that should have been ready in a hour. They acted like they couldn't find my son name in the cpu first. Now insurance companyis confused over billing because of wrong info. Total nightmare to help a sick kid. Listening skills are terrible at this location. Some people need to stop thinking they're always right long story short. Customer service 👎. The time of the year kiddos get sick. Wouldn't depend on this Walgreens for prescription medicine at all, point blank.

The whole world is short staffed right now and I can handle longer than normal wait times. The staff - while frazzled - are nice here. What is concerning about this Walgreens is they usually don't have the prescriptions in stock when you need them. I always try to plan ahead so I don't run out of my maintenance medications - even so it has taken over a week on multiple occasions to get routine medicine. (And then usually they'll tell me they don't have it when I come back and I have to go through the whole story until they magically find it.) They've also messed some things up with prescriptions that have delayed them. I worry about having a real crisis situation where medicine is essential immediately and they are the only option for "after hours" medication.

Every single time I come to pick up a prescription I’m lied to or told something completely wrong and I need to talk to 3 different people just for them to find my prescription. Ridiculously unhelpful and frustrating.

Waited 2 months for irbisartin perscription. Got it in 10 minutes elsewhere. Also heard girls getting yelled at while in drive thru. One gal deserved it . other customer waited 30 minutes while trying to find his perscription. They would keep help if management treated and trained their help better. Im done with them.

If I could give a lower rating I certainly would. Walgreens was supposed to transfer a script. They lost it somehow, kept me on hold and wouldn't answer my calls or questions, and I swear the woman I spoke to spent the whole time on the phone slurping up her drool. This is the biggest dose of stupid I've dealt with in I don't know how long. I definitely will never use Walgreens again, and do not recommend it.

Started using the Walgreens and cvs apps since it’s stuff I buy anyway so why not save! Coupon for $2 off of Lysol said it qualified for the 15 count which was $1.99. I spent $18.50 and noticed on my receipt that it didn’t take the price of the wipes off so I went back in. Lisa, the manager wouldn’t even come to talk to me up front but said I wasn’t allowed to use it since it was a penny over the value. Didn’t matter if I had spent more or the fact that i showed them it was a qualified product. Corporate didn’t care either because that’s their rules. I got my whole amount refunded and won’t be back again to any Walgreens locations as that is pathetic that you don’t care to make your customer happy or walk out with a smile over $2. CVS honors ALL of their coupons no matter what, so I’ll be doubling what I buy over there from now on each week.

They are always under staffed. I called twice to make sure I could pick up a prescription on my lunch. They assured me it would be ready twice. When I arrived, of course, it wasn't ready. I had to wait 45 minutes. If you can, use literally any other pharmacy.

called about my medication. Talked to a very sweet lady who fixed it for me, got it all set. called again another lady picked up “we are out of stock sorry nothing I can do”. They need to have more communication with their staff. 5/5 on the sweet lady though

Wow. I wish I would've read the reviews but I was in a hurry to get tested for Covid. This has been nothing but an absolutely horrible experience. This pharmacy NEEDS to Close!!!!! Do not come here. Go a little further out of your way to avoid this location if you can! Sad I had to make several calls just so someone could acknowledge several cars waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Had to get out sick and knock on the window to get someone to even see I needed help and this was for a scheduled appointment where it says do not exit your vehicle we will come and help you. What a complete joke. Walgreens needs to handle the way they treat their customers also..word of mouth is extremely important for a business and I will make sure no one I know goes here.

I really wish I could give negative stars. Neighbor got released from heart surgery and had to have medicine picked up for evening meds. This store is so irresponsible 24 hours later still can’t get his medication. I hope that the better business bureau shuts this place down before someone dies.

Expect really long wait times at the pharmacy. I called in a script last Friday and told me it would be ready Saturday. I get there on Saturday they are out of the medication almost a week later it's still not filled. I waited 45 minutes only to be told it will be ready in 30 minutes. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Joe B the pharmacist took excellent care as we traveled through their state. We forgot our medicine for our child. We explain that to him he took great care of us had it ready when we got there. This is why we stay with Walgreensexcellent service as you go across the state and need your medication. Cannot explain how great their customer service was

Zero honesty and bad attitudes. Management needs to actually do their job. Wife just had an appendectomy and while we were waiting in line for her prescription she bet me that they would give us a time to come back but still wouldn't be ready. She said they do it every time at this location and sometimes more than once. She was right...they said come back in 25min..I gave her 30 and was welcomed with a "come back in 20min" response. Fk no I'm staying right here til you do your job.

I used this store for 20 years. Sad to see what it became. Corporate won't listen, Store manager won't, and pharmacy manager never listened. I moved to CVS.

Store as a whole is okay. However, the pharmacy is TRASH! They are severely understaffed so wait times are easily an hour+ appointment or not. I went to check in for a COVID shot and the man behind the counter put up a sign as soon as I approached and told me to proceed to the front, they will check you in up there. So I waited, waited, waited, waited some more, and watched a verbal altercation between two other customers about the RIDICULOUS wait times. (Quite amusing to say the least) Anyhow, I get to the window with easily 5+ people behind me and the woman behind the counter proceeded to tell me to go to the check in window. So back to the end of the line I go just to be told there were more people ahead of me. I was not about to be late to work when I called PRIOR and set an appointment. Very infuriating experience to say the least.

Long wait times in the pharmacy, my script was called in at 4:30 pm I go in there at9:00 pm and they still haven't filled it yet, this happens alot, the drive thru is a nightmare. I am switching pharmacies just tired of dealing with continuously having long waits, I can see once in awhile but not all the time.
