The butcher and the counter assistant were amazing!! Loved them both!! Had a great experience in this part of the store, until it was check out time. We accidentally got in the wrong line for self checkout, but couldn’t easily go back out as we had one in a large scooter and had to keep moving. The machine kept beeping at me. Both sides of the bagging roundabout were not fully stocked with bags. Only one side had bags so 2 spots. I had less than 10 items and didn’t want to be self checking out anyway. I was spending $60 dollars for each 3 pack of steaks and didn’t want to put them in the same bag as the cooked rotisserie chicken. There was one employee that apparently hates her life, her job, and probably should retire. Then, the other employee was standing behind a desk area doing who knows what. The employee that was “helping” us went over to her and had time to be witchy but not help the customer in a timely fashion and with a good attitude. Good thing I wasn’t her manager as she would have received an official write up for her attitude. I am going to do the survey as soon as I finish writing this review. Manager: your front end staff could benefit from some customer service training classes as they failed miserably today.

The deli staff was very nice and listed the way I wanted things sliced. Love the fresh Neptune crab salad when it is made without Big chunks. There is one worker there and she is the best at making it. She dices everything up super fine.

We ordered cupcakes from the bakery for a birthday party almost a month in advance. We went to pick them up the day of the party and the order was a dozen short. We asked where the other dozen was and all they said was "we tried". The manager came and said they could make more if we had an hour to wait.

I go there alot but today it popped up on the screen (are you using your own bags) whats up with that? I guess I should check and see if I was charged for bags. Schnucks is a little pricey but it's better than walmart.

The manager here is a joke! I brought back two packages of pork steaks, both smelled terrible and obviously rotting.... I've been cooking for over twenty five years, I know when meat is bad. They refused to replace them, said they didn't smell that bad. Really? Well, you have officially lost loyal customers. I will shop at Aldi from now on, at least they provide fresh meat. Would not recommend going here, spend your hard earned money else where. How embarrassing as a manager that you conduct your location like this.

Great store the best employees in town very helpful and have the best Produce and meat and bakery and the have deals every week on the weekly by the front door. The deals RESET EVERY WEEK ON Wednesday.DEFINITELY AT THE BEST STORE

Schnucks Farmington is a great store to go shopping in. All the aisles are nice and clear to get through. Items are well organized and displayed throughout the store. The staff are super nice. Always be on the lookout for free samples throughout the store but especially at the meat counter. Make sure to check out the manager special bins too in the dairy and meat department for even more savings. Overall a great store.

Just what we need is more people with no common sense! I purchased 4 bottles of andria's steak sauce. 3 days later I opened one and noticed it was unusually really runny. So, the next time I was in town I tried to exchange them for now ones but the manager would not exchange them because it was after 7 days, even though they were unopened and clearly a defective product. So, I just purchased 4 more new bottles and took the old ones back with the new receipt. All the headache and run around for nothing... I try to support my local businesses but after a really rude deli worker in O’Fallon and now this dumb manager in Farmington I just won’t go back. They are so high priced I’m surprised anyone shops there anyway. I’ll stay with “a lot cheaper” Walmart.

Once again issues with marked price Vs. Price I paid Lasagna noodles were on clearance for $2.00. I was charged $2.99. Once again odd way of bagging items, perishables mixed in with meats! Do they not have a training video teaching basics of bagging groceries?

Went to Schnucks for the first time ever and I was extremely impressed. Wonderful prices, the store is super nicely kept. Very clean and it’s not super crowded. The staff was wonderful and it will definitely become my go to grocery destination.Also the carts are amazing. I loved them

They have an amazing selection of everything! I chose to get checked out instead of self checkout and the young lady who checked me out with the nicest ever! She actually made me smile! Beats most of the grocery stores in Springfield! I'll definitely go back, I like their beer selection too

The young who works in the deli, I wish I would of caught your name but is truly amazing and a God send! Doesn't even know me or my son and heard our story and went out of his own pocket and gave my son a gift for his bday! He truly gave me hope for society! Thank you so much young man!

Store is always clean and has great donuts too! Prices on everything are always higher than other stores in town unless you buy sale items. Because of Bidenflation/ Bidenomics, prices continue to skyrocket on everything.

The standard Schnucks store. This particular location is always very clean and tidy. I feel like it’s more open with wider and lower isles so you can see around the whole store from pretty much anywhere. I really like this locations deli and the ready made meal variety. Much bigger selection than the nearby Walmart and Aldi. There are actual cashiers here as well if you’re tired of self checkout everywhere.

I used the pharmacy for years until they stopped carrying a medication I needed. I love the store. The quality and variety of their products is wonderful. Prices are a bit high for me which is why I tend to mostly shop at that OTHER store. However the service there is abysmal so I may be heading back to Schnucks. One thing I was disappointed in. I was told when the store first opened they'd planned on having a bulk salad bar like some other stores, but that never happened. Otherwise it's a great store, and we're lucky to have it.

Beer brats purchased for memorial day...They were awful..so salty should be called salt lick bratts...Manager was kind an offered replacement but kinda late for the holiday...usually their beer bratts are delicious been buying schnucks bratts for over 30 years so perhaps just a new butcher hope so but what a disappointment for such an important day..

I have had to return what was supposed to be fresh fruit FOUR (4) times now. They DO NOT inspect it prior to stocking it. Each Time ALL they needed to do was to slice one open to see that it had been frozen and rotted inside. Prices are way too high to put up with bad fruit . Now I have to waste my time and gas to go back and return the bad produce.Just bought 4 peaches yesterday 3/10/23 that cost over $5.00. got home only to find that all of them had been frozen and rotted inside. This is the 5th time in less than 6 months that the produce has been frozen and passed on to the unsuspecting buyer. They figure to profit from unfit food at your expense. Now, I have to waste my time and gas to bring produce that never should have been sold back to them. I'm going to stop buying anything but meat from them as the butcher there takes PRIDE in his job, unlike the other departments and goes the little extra.
