Jenna is always good to and likes Tyson a lot. She does a great job he always looks feels and smells great when I pick him up. I will continue to use Jenna for Tyson's grooming as long as she works there. Thank you for taking care of my best friend and making him feel so much better.

My dog has gone to another local groomer twice and has not ever looked this well groomed. She's also a total drama queen and a little difficult to work with, the groomer called x 2 to update us. Well done, will start bringing her once a month.

I took my little dog in for grooming. Her last groomer retired and my dog loved her. My dog has never ever tried to bite and is so good. She was always happy when I would pick her up and would say goodbye to my groomer. I took her to Petco because I couldn't find a private groomer. They used a grinder on my dogs nails and hit one of her pads with it. They also ground the nail too short and for too long and burned the nerves in her nails. She had a big whelp on a back leg/hip area, so I suspect they hit her. She was nursing that area on her hip and the pad that was injured with the grinder. She was very upset when I picked her up and just layed around all day. That is not her normal behavior. The cut was a little sloppy. Never again will I take her there.

Amanda, Jamie, and Lindsay are great with my two pups. The “girls”, my pups, are always excited to go to their grooming appointments and to see the ladies. There are groomers in my town, but in my experience with them, my pups didn’t enjoy the services or the groomers. I travel almost 40 miles to take my pups to PetCo because I know they will be treated well.

Very happy with how Jamie accommodates my pack and I. I have two service dogs and Jamie makes sure they are always presentable for my SDs working in public. She runs the gambit with Shih tzus and a Cane Corso. Awesome groom experience

Great service as always. The first goomer that was there in the morning when I dropped off my dogs is awesome. I really like her and she is very good with the dogs. The person who was there in the afternoon when I picked them up was nice enough.

Went there with an online coupon, only to find out that this location wouldn't honor the coupon offer. So, a one-pound bag of dog bones that were supposed to be free cost me $6.10. Don't really think I will be back.

At first glance I thought it was pretty good but then when I started looking some hair was not cut where it should have been cut and they cut a spot in his chest that made it look like he had a slice taupe area in his chest he didn't have a slice but it look like it so no I was not happy after I looked closely
