Head leader was absolutely knowledgeable and so very patient with co-worker she was teaching and beyond wonderful to all customers! She definitely deserves to be employee of the month,year etc.....! We can't remember her name. . but she worked Wednesday before noon on 4/10/24. (Not to be rude but want you to know she was like a mom....aged to respectfulness) We would go back just for her!& maybe try the custard next time 😂 Thank you for making our 1st time AWESOME 👌 👏 👍 😀 all others were on top of things delivering food to each table & keep everything cleaned upParking: A little tight to get out of out parking spot once lunch hours hit....but worth it to have that lady help us & your training employee

On my visit to Culver's in Farmington. I ordered the create a butterburger double at $5.29 w/cheese, then mushrooms was extra .50 according to the screen price before tax would be $5.79. (Picture attached)Cashier says "it's $6.06" I ask why? Response "that's what the register says". Okay well the sign says $5.29 add mushroom .50 (I get the blank stare) Manager arrives, and says "yeah I don't know that's what it's ringing up" So I point to the sign and say again look at the price up there. Her response was the price on signs is before tax. 🙄 So is the $6.06 because with tax it is $7.18 (blank stare) I can call the owner and ask him. Why it's ringing up at $6.06. My response was don't worry, I will pay the difference, don't bother him. So is the sign wrong, computer, or human? and why can't a manager fix something so simple. 🤔

Homey and welcoming atmosphere, great food and service, generous portions, and pretty fast to get in and out without feeling rushed. All the convenience of a "fast food" restaurant but with the feel of a table-service "sit-down" restaurant. Also, I love to check out the frozen custard flavor of the day.

Always a treat. We don’t have one anywhere where we live. I always get a kids meal (comes with a free fruit zen custard that is just the right size. When you turn in the coupon on the meal bag). This time I logged out and also ordered cheese curds. MmmmmmmmA nice factoid about the company is that they believe in rehabilitation and reducing recidivism, my providing jobs for convicts who have served there time and reentered out communities.

Ordered a mushroom Swiss. Burger only covered half the bun and did not see any cheese or mushrooms. Flipped it over to find a little cheese a five slices of mushroom. Went back to complain and staff acted like nothing was wrong. Told me next time I needed to order a double. After getting mad with them they made a new one. The Farmington location is a joke. What a rip off.

A very nice Culver's with the typical Culver's menu. We ate there on a Friday evening and the place was packed. Service, however, was still friendly and speedy.Parking: Parking lot was crowded, but spaces were still available

Farmington MO. 63640If I could give this location -2 stars I would. I honestly give the best reviews I can for places that I go. I understand things can happen , and people can just be having a bad day. With that being said.We ordered our food through the drive thru, and when we received our food, we checked to make sure it was all there. We noticed that we were missing 1 burger and patiently waited for someone to come back to the window... My wife told me to knock on the window, and I said they were busy. It's fine and we should just wait.We waited approximately 5 minutes for them to come back to the window. When they did, they said with a rude tone "is something wrong?" We politely responded with we were missing 1 deluxe burger. She responded that I needed to talk to my manager. The manager came back and said what's wrong in another rude tone....I then responded, "How about we just get our money back and don't worry about it?They said we need to see the bag of food to determine whether we were telling the truth or not and refused to give our money back.I have never in 35 years asked for my money back at a drive thru. Or been treated so poorly at one.On top of it all, the food was cold because the whole misunderstanding took about 15 minutes to resolve after originally getting our 1st order. And the food also tasted pretty awful.They handed me the food like it was a bag of potatoes and rudely said, "Have a nice day with a condescending smile."You too, Farmington Culver's, where the food is bad and the customer service is awful! 😬😐😔

I went there two days in a row and spent over $40 on food both days. They forgot my fry the first day. They asked me if I wanted to come back, but it takes me 15 minutes to get home. It’s a waste of gas to drive another 30 minutes for fries and the other food would have been cold. They said they would write it down in the book. Either they lied or the girl we talked to at the counter lied. They said there was nothing they could do about it. It’s a shame when you spend so much money on food and then you don’t even get it. The worst part are when people are liars. Real great customer service right there.

The service was fast and friendly. However, after visiting several Culver's. This one disappointed in its burger. This is actually a deluxe double cheeseburger. This doesn't measure up to the standards of other locations.

Food is always good here, no matter which Culver’s you go to. This particular location has under par customer service. The workers here weren’t engaged at all with their customers. Thank goodness the dance team was there to benefit and they actually made it seem more enjoyable to have little kids running around and parents who wanted to actually put in work unlike the actual workers. When you forget something on an order, always follow through and make sure your customer gets what they paid for. Don’t point blame on a customer! Terrible! Will not be back!
