When we went to Walmart that day, it was not busy, shopped fast, and got in out of there with no issues. I like it so much better because it's not far from me and it's not crazy busy like Walmarts that are closer or in the city.

Open more check out lanes with an employee working the register. Some of the store shoppers need to realize there are other customers that need to get through the isles also.

Ignorant policies! Stand in line for 20 minutes at one of 2 isles actually open to check groceries out just to have to stand in line for 20 more minutes at customer service to purchase a phone card. Very inconvenient, and for what? I'd give no stars if I could.

Felt like a thief. Had a 12 pack of Coke and some beer in my cart, that WE (my wife and I) paid for at an actual register with a human being. As WE were leaving, an employee came running up to us asking if he could see our receipt. He looked specifically at the beer and the Coke, then back at the receipt and said ok.I asked does it look like I'm a thief..NO REPLY

This is the second time an employee has accused my grandchildren of stealing when they were with their adults one incident what's a fishing pole the second incident today was a pack of cards they removed the cards from my 8-year-old granddaughter's hands told her she stole them made her cry for 3 hoursWalmart your mine this is out of control

I visited walmart in excellser springs during lunch hour and i went to customer service to cash my check and i made the inquiry about their recipt bonus gift cards well it really is no surprise that the 4 or 5 1,000.00$ gift card was a camers way of telling america major enterprises have been hacked..i say this to any and all companies that use the middle eastern call centers and callist for insurence, should be held accountable for allowing hammers to use the robots,.and asians,indian, when they call they will lie to you sale your private onfo and so on.and the only real way to stop these people from invading your private live blowing up our phones with callers normal red blooded Americans cant understand. whatever happen to the integreties of our great nation have our people gotten so twisted in their thinking that we actually believe that it doesnt do any good that you would actually vote and go with it instead of speaking the truth. since when did bate and switch con artist games become legal. i dont know about you all but frankly im getting pretty tired of it..arent,you...??? since when was the last time your votes and or (any we the people for the people matter) to our leads... remember this...

Better than most Walmart's aroundEdit: Was 4 star now is 1 star. Never have what you want. Hope you like pepperoni, cheese or supreme pizza because this is all they can be bothered to carry when it's actually in stock at all. Trash on the floor everywhere now because they close right after I get off work.

If I could give this Walmart a Zero star I would, definitely one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been to! Would rather shop anywhere else than be disrespected by a bunch of employees that can't do there own job, shelves are never stocked, employees are always standing around talking, you ask them for help and you think you were speaking alien to them or get attitude like your really bothering them. I've never seen worse customer service, Come on people were doing your jobs for you anyway, we shop for our stuff, we scan our stuff and then bag it ourselves, exactly what are you there for!

Huge Walmart. Small signage. Self check out was nice. Super clean and an unusually light customer crowd for a Saturday morning. From the outside it actually looks like a Walmart in an impoverished area, but inside its huge, clean, had what I needed, got in and out in under 15minutes.

Toothbrush refills are locked in a case. I asked an associate two different times to unlock it, and waited 15 minutes. Nobody ever came and unlocked it. Ordered what I was wanting on Amazon and it was at my doorstep the next day. I'll be using Amazon from now on for this item.

Tried to call, service desk at 6:30 a.m. about a missing item I paid for, nobody answers the phone. Website says they are open at 6:00 a.m., After reading some of the other reviews this seems to be a common problem.

Have to wait in lines forever, because they refuse to have more cashier's. Then because they can't hire enough people, they treat their customers like thieves, would rather shop anywhere, than walmart.

Why is shopping here almost the same experience as shopping in the ghetto of Kansas City all of a sudden? You've got BLM posted up by the entrance doors harassing customers for donations. People are bringing their dogs in for no reason. They aren't even pretending that they're service animals anymore. If I want to bring my full grown 8 month old obnoxious pit bills in, it's no problem I guess. One of the employees was a 6 ft tall 300 lb balled dude with his beard and mustache dyed rainbow colors. The cashier put every item in a separate bag. I bought 50 items and brought home 55 bags. Get it together Walmart. People pay 3 times as much to live in rural areas so we don't have to put up with this. No wonder home values took a plumit in a matter of 3 months.

Let me start with the staff is great. Big smile and always willing to help. But...Always out of things I need. To expensive on a lot of things. Walmart have always been part of the community. There for their customers but not anymore.

Currently and Since 1985 I have lived in Walking distance of a Walmart store. The past 16 years I’ve travel 30 different major cities in the United States.This Excelsior Springs #195 is by far the worst Walmart of all locations. They lack inventory, consistent inventory. Restocking is extremely weak. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this Walmart location a 2. Of the 4632 Walmart locations #195 has to rank in the bottom 10.Sorry to say but it is the truth!

There were no cashiers on a Friday night 9:30 PM. Asked the Employee @ self-checkout "Why no physical cashiers". He said One reason was a problem w/customers being so Verbally Abusive to the cashiers ( 3 ladies in 3 mo's quit!! CRYING)!!! It isn't Walmart's fault. People be kind!! We all Have to work, pay our bills, there's stresses in life It isn't the cashier's issue not a verbal whipping post!!! This gentleman was very kind & disgusted (as I was)I done want to check out my groceries when I go shopping I have a whole cart full, there's no room to bag anything. It was meant for quick trip, a couple items, not a whole basketful.

Big halls are whiter than most stores so there's plenty of room to get around most of the workers were friendly the one acted like she really didn't want to help
